The American professional skateboarder and up and coming cutie-pie, has been fighting off rumors about which way his skateboard rolls, if you catch our drift. Regardless of the gossip, we still think this kid is adorable. Yes? Check out this darling set of him! Partying in a night club? Please, you know he really went to Chuck E. Cheese’s and played skee ball all night.   Australian born actress and cute-as-a-button star Anna Torv walks to the set of her new TV series “Fringe” on East 10th Street in Greenwich Village in New York. Fringe is anticipated to be the fourth hit TV series co-created by J. J. Abrams who created shows such as Felicity, Lost, and Alias. This show should be a great one considering its cast, its creators and its plot. Fringe is said to be a cross between The X-Files, Altered States and The Twilight Zone. We will be watching Anna!

  Guess how many photo agencies were in the City Council Cambers this morning to witness first hand the Los Angeles Regional Paparazzi Task Force? Just one! Buzz Foto. That was not surprising!

  It was interesting to hear how eloquently John Mayer spoke and what a cry baby Ventimiglia turned out to be. John made a comment that “it takes a lot to get a rock star out of bed early in the morning” and we thank him for his insight on this issue.

  We agree that the industry has gone a bit nuts all driven by this California Gold Rush mentality. Well, the pot of gold is not there anymore. Just too many photographs on the market and there are very few hot and controversial stories out there these days.

  We welcome the dialogue and are certainly concerned with the safety of our community. Let’s see what happens and hope for the best. We love our industry and we refuse to let a few bad apples spoil it for everyone.

  An old favorite Ernest Borgnine signs his new book called ‘Ernie, An Autobiography’ at the Borders book store in West Hollywood, California. This guy has won tons of awards (the big kind, the Academy Award kind) and he doesn’t seem to slow down. The movie Marty currently stands as the oldest film with a Best Actor performance from someone still alive, so Ernest is still setting records! Haven’t seen The Dirty Dozen? Go rent it. This guy is a classic and we’re glad to see him still working! He was in good sprits and made a few jokes with his fans. You’ll never guess how old this guy is. Go on, guess! Okay, we’ll tell you. He’s 91! It’s true folks, this guy ages like an expensive batch of botox.

  Whitney Port takes a day for shopping at various stores at the trendy Grove Plaza in West Hollywood, California in these EXCLUSIVE shots. She hit up the Fresh makeup store, The Apple Store, and the Nordstrom Clothing Boutique. That’s a big grocery list! She decided to end the shopping spree by making a one hour pit stop at a vintage clothing boutique named Some Odd Rubies. This set is beautiful and shows off Whitney’s casual, but classy sense of style. The girl always has a beautiful complexion and she dresses to her strengths.   Holy Mother, are the 90’s back already? Seems like we just kissed all that plaid goodbye yesterday, but since plaid is back this season, it looks like Mary-Kate Olsen is taking it one step further. Mary-Kate was channeling Seattle circa 1993 in shorts, a baggy shirt, and a flannel shirt tied around her hips when we saw her spending the afternoon at lunch with her girlfriends. The girls ate at Real Food Daily - Organic Vegan Cuisine in West Hollywood, California. Mary-Kate ordered Miso soup and a soy latte and took a cigarette break as she chatted on her cell phone. Man, what’s the point of eating all that good organic, vegan food if you’re just going to clog up your lungs with all that tar? We do approve of MK’s Kenny Rogers t-shirt. That has to be a joke.

  Pamela Anderson and her son with Tommy Lee, Dylan, took a trip to New York City. We think it’s cool that he’s finally old enough to accompany his mother on business. We saw mom and son arrive back at their mid-town hotel after she appeared on the NBC Today Show to promote her new reality TV series Pam: Girl on the Loose. Pamela then arrived for an appearance on “The Late Show with David Letterman” at the Sullivan Theater in New York City. Check out that dress, dang.   Recently re-mommy’d actress Tori Spelling made a stop yesterday in the City! We snapped these fotos as Tori arrived at the NBC Today Show to promote her new book ‘Tori Telling’. Tori later signed copies of her book at the NBC Experience Store. We’re digging this black dress on Tori - it’s perfect for hiding the post-baby weight with it’s clever design and of course, black is always slimming.   Daddy-Daughter Date

  Academy Award winning actor and director Kevin Costner and his lovely daughter Lily Costner were seen arriving for his appearance on “The Late Show with David Letterman” at the Sullivan Theater in New York. He is currently promoting Swing Vote where he plays an average American, Bud Johnson who gets caught in the middle of a political fight for his and only his vote. Kevin is said to be currently filming The New Daughter with director John James that is anticipated to come out in 2009. You may not know this, but Kevin’s daughter Lily is also a budding actress. The twenty-two year old beauty has had a few small roles in The Postman and The Babysitters Club. It was nice to see Kevin bring his daughter along and our photographer got some wonderful shots of this talented family!

  Coffee, Tea, or Jail Time?

  Okay, he’s hot. We can all agree on that, right? Sure, it’s in a “I feel a little creepy saying it” sort of way. After all, we first fell in love with this kid on the Disney Channel’s Even Stevens. What, with his big nose and goofy antics. But he was too young and too ridiculously adorable (not to mention illegal) to consider back then, yet since his big blockbusters like Transformers and Indiana Jones, Little Big Nose is all growed up! Of course, coming of age comes with some complications and it looks like Shia LaBeouf isn’t slipping into adulthood so smoothly. As we reported a few days back, Shia was involved in a car accident.
  There were rumors of alcohol being involved, probably due to his increasing reputation of getting all liquored up and causing problems. (Remember the Walgreens incident?) Shia has since promised to reform but word is that he‘s up to his old/new ways. Los Angeles police said while Shia was not at fault for the accident he was however, picked up on suspicion for drunk driving. Lucky for him he didn’t cause the accident, unlucky for him that he decided to drive his car while under the influence. There’s no word yet what punishment, if any, will be shelled out for this sloshed up star. But darn it Shia, you’ve delayed filming for Transformers 2!

  Oh! Little Louis Stevens, where did all the time go?

  It’s nice to see that Lindsay has found some stability in her life. Amidst all the speculation of Lindsay and Sam (are they or aren’t they?) one thing is clear, Lindsay seems to be more at peace than she has in years. These photos capture the lovely chemistry of a lunchtime stop between Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson at Bar Pitti on 6th in New York City.   Apparently this mess made the number two search on Yahoo yesterday. What? What are people searching her out for? Maybe everyone is getting ready for Halloween. Phoebe Price does a little shopping at Intermix Clothing Boutique yesterday in Beverly Hills, California. For those of you who don’t know who this little Miss is, no, she’s not the Wicked Witch of the West and those aren’t Dorothy’s stolen shoes. Unless Dorothy is street-walker with bad taste. No, Phoebe is an ‘international supermodel.’ Okay, okay- the dress isn’t bad. We’ll give her that, but hopefully she picked up something a little more flattering on her shopping trip. Knowing Phoebe, that didn’t happen.

  Julianna Needs No Resuscitation

  It’s good to see Julianna Margulies working again after her bad break up with George Clooney…. or, uh, maybe we’re confusing life with art.  Former E.R. actress extraordinaire, Nurse Carol transforms herself into a Bronx prison guard’s wife on the set of the upcoming movie ‘City Island.’ Filming takes place, where else? City Island in New York City, New York.  Julianna has been off the radar for a while with only a few small roles like Snakes on a Plane and the Sci Fi Channel’s miniseries The Lost Room. But to be honest, this girl looks near unrecognizable! That’s not to say she doesn’t look good; her skin is flawless and glows on camera! Julianna plays the wife of Andy Garcia in Raymond De Felitta’s new film, which also stars Emily Mortimer and Alan Arkin. She looks radiant as she has her hair and makeup done on set. Our photographer Christopher Peterson has captured a moment here that personifies the on set process.  Working with Andy Garcia would be exciting, but as much as Andy lights our fire, we still think George Clooney is a better catch.

  Paris Hilton and boyfriend Benji Madden were back to what they do best when we saw them out yesterday: self-promotion! The happy couple did some shopping at the trendy Fred Segal Clothing Boutique first, which is a favorite of Miss Paris. Then they went to Benji’s store DCMA Clothing Boutique in West Hollywood, California. What a coincidence! And what a cash cow for Benji and his bro for moneymaking. Paris and her man coordinated in shades of gray. We love the outfit Paris is sporting in this foto - its a fun turn on a suit, and she is rockin’ it with that hat.

  We’re not big into John Mayer’s mushy music, but for some reason lately his fotos have sent us swooning. We’re especially digging John’s new short ‘do for the summer - it’s so much better than those lanky curls he’s had for years. John was out in WeHo yesterday engaging in his favorite hobby - retail therapy. John went shopping with a male friend at the trendy Fred Segal Clothing Boutique before heading back to his car.   Is this a new celebrity couple?? God, we hope not. The self-proclaimed first supermodel Janice Dickinson had lunch at the Ivy yesterday. Her date? Celebuspawn Sean Stewart, son of Rod and upcoming star of Celebrity Rehab. Upon exiting, Sean followed Janice closely behind. Usually Janice is a little bit, um…scary…but we think she was looking good in a pair of shorts and a casual tank top. We just really hope that these two aren’t dating - its too weird. Maybe she was just giving the poor lad some advice about rehab.

  Ashlee Simpson was looking summery and cool when we saw her out yesterday, sporting a pretty white dress and a comfy pair of sandals. The mommy-to-be had lunch with friends at Chin Chen Restaurant in Studio City, California, sans her hubby Pete. Ashlee held tightly to a friend’s hand as she was escorted out of the building. No sign of Ashlee’s baby bump, but the dress was a billowy one.

  We always speak about life imitating art in the greatest city in the world and that unfolded today at Bar Pitti on 6th Ave this afternoon. These are tremendous photographs of Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson enjoying a beautiful summer day in the West Village. Real European reportage.

  The photograph with the tea bag hanging from Lindsay’s tea is our favorite and it only works with Lindsay. No one else in Hollywood has her style and attraction with the camera and especially from a profile foto!
