  Actress/model Caroline D’Amore must have been feeling pretty animated yesterday as she had lunch with some male friends at Joan’s on Third. She jumped and pranced around on her way to eat and we got the EXCLUSIVE shots of her awesome day.

  These are the kind of fotos we love to take. They’re full of life, fun, and spontaneity, and it’s why we continue to love this business. Had we not been there, this fabulous moment would have gone unnoticed. And isn’t that the spirit and soul of photography - to give respect and recognition to the moments and spaces in life that could easily be missed.   America Ferrera has been suffering lately as the set of Ugly Betty has moved New York City from California. Her layered, nerdy-neon-chic look must have her roasting like a peanut in the shell. And most times, they just look crazy fro comedy’s sake. But this look, from scenes shot yesterday: while it’s pretty ridiculous and over the top, We can totally imagine some eccentric fashion type wearing this look to work on a normal weekday. Or if we took a trip to an M.I.A. concert in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn, we are positive that at least 5 identical looks would pop up before the show even started. And 10 girls would have those tights. If they keep styling American like this, the show could bring in a whole new fan base.

  Brittny Gastineaulooked like she was ready to go for a fun run (sans the Chanel bag, of course) a couple of days ago as she walked through West Hollywood. She was laughing and having a good time with a guy (who was not Fabian Basabe for once) next to her, and he seemed equally amused. We’re hard pressed to believe that this is anything more than a platonic relationship; something tells us that Brittny has a different type of guy in mind for dating.   Andrew McCarthyarrived on the Greenpoint Avenue set of Lipstick Jungleyesterday in Brooklyn. In the scene, he enters into Victory’s (Lindsay Price) boutique with a new piece of arm candy at his side. Maybe it’s just us, but this leggy model looks a lot like Lisa Kudrow in the face. We know it isn’t her (not even close), but we certainly detect a resemblance. We’re excited to see the new season of the show; and with Andrew’s new girl at his side, Victory’s response should be priceless. This is looking like a sure-fire hit.

  The oh-so-pretty Lindsay Price will be thanking the wardrobe team profusely when the new season of Lipstick Jungleairs on ABC. Why? With curve-hugging, sexy but tasteful looks like this cute t-shirt dress, Lindsay will be at the top of her game on the show (and will likely bring in some new male fans while she’s at it). The actress entered the fictional boutique of her character on the show while on the set in New York City. The show is currently filming in Brooklyn, and foto was taken on Greenpoint Avenue.   Maybe it’s just the Hump Day Fever, but Lindsay Lohan looked better than we’d seen her in ages yesterday! Her skin looked good, and her body was bangin’, even in such simple duds as a red tank and leggings (boo to the leggings, of course). We caught these shots in New York City yesterday, where Lindsay was filming more of her guest appearance on the TV series Ugly Betty opposite America Ferrera. The set was at Flushing Burger restaurant in Queens. Lindsay seems to be getting her crap together lately - her leggings line is sold out in all the stores in L.A.

  It’s no secret that we really like Kim Kardashian, so she’s going to get a pass on the leggings that she wore yesterday. Leggings are a great accessory, when they are worn once in awhile instead of every damn day, like other CERTAIN actresses are prone to doing. Kim however looked hot in them as she did a little shopping at XIV Karat Jewelry store in Beverly Hills, California. Her tight outfit showed off all those curves that Kim is so proud of, and we think she should be! Thanks for the smiles, Kim. Love that Chanel bag that she is carrying.

  Janice Dickinson gave us a dozen different poses yesterday in Beverly Hills, all of them great. Girl knows how to pose because she was the world’s first supermodel, remember? Janice was spotted as she entered a medical buildings to get work done on her teeth. We think your teeth look great, from what we can see, Janice! Love that gorgeous Valentino bag that she’s carrying. We think she should stick with Valentino and the like - sometimes her bags are too teen, and Janice is clearly too sophisticated for that.

  John Mayer and Pete Wentz are two of the most realistic celebs in H-town, if you ask us. They get what celebrity means in this day and age, and are utilizing it to their best advantage. They may get frustrated with the cameras in their face, but we doubt we’d ever see any lens-punching from these guys. Pete and John has some bonding time together when they went shopping yesterday in Los Angeles. The two boys (who are notable fans of clothes) hit up Magnolia and were all smiles as they headed to their car after. John and Pete even had sorta-matching outfits! John wore a white t-shirt while Pete did the same but with a sweater over it. Aw, cute.

  Rosie Perez took a walk on the set of Lipstick Jungle yesterday in New York City! This scene was filming at Greenpoint Avenue in Brooklyn, and we think Rosie totally rocked it in that cute summer dress, stunning bag, and teetering heels. The actress was still limping from a foot injury. We’re thinking those heels weren’t helping anything! Rosie showed off that hot Latina body on a sweltering New York day, and still managed to look sexy!

  Deryck Whibley took a stroll with a male friend yesterday in Beverly Hills, California. Deryck wore a blue jean jacket, a studded belt and black shoes on the sunny day. Seems a bit warm for a hot L.A. day, but Deryck is from Canada (eh) and maybe that’s what they wear even in the summer up there. Deryck is the lead singer of the pop-punk band Sum 41 and is married to Avril Lavigne.

  Emmy Rossum was looking summery in her dress and vest yesterday in Beverly Hills. The Phantom of the Opera star got her nails did at Nails Design. Emmy Rossum gave us a very sweet smile as she walked in in a very high pair of espadrilles! Careful in those stilts, Emmy! While she was sitting at the salon chair, she asked the paparazzi about the color that they would suggest getting; they responded with purple and Emmy said that she would keep it in mind. We may be the world’s first paparazzi/nail style advisors. Next up for Emmy? The Dragonball movie, where she sports a very silly-looking wig.

  The classic icon Shirley MacLaine was looking beautiful with flowers in her hair yesterday in New York City. Shirley was on hand to sign copies of her new book “Sage-ing While Age-ing” at Barnes & Noble at 66th Street and Broadway (Lincoln Triangle). Her book starts out with the words “I’ve been a questioner all my life…”. We think thats more than appropriate, considering how interested Shirley has been in different, New Age-type things, including her deep belief in reincarnation.

  We caught Cheryl Burke coming out of Villa Lounge last night after a long night of (what else?) partying hard with one of her friends. Maybe it’s just us, but Cheryl’s 15 minutes feels like it’s stretched to a half hour that’s about to expire pretty quickly. And that hideous sack of a dress doesn’t help. Still she decided that it good idea to accessorize with them when she went bowling at Lucky Strike Bowling Alley in Hollywood a few nights ago. And that poor Balenciaga ‘Arena’ bag had to get caught up in it. By the way, what do you think of the new PCD single, “When I Grow Up”?   The children of celebrities (and even the heirs of major fortunes) seem to be born with the ability to do nothing. Often, they are only famous because of their parents, and their own attempts to be famous without having any real talent. Take Sean Stewart, pictured here going to a medical building in Beverly Hills a few days ago: his father is immensely talented, but Sean hasn’t done anything but start fights outside of clubs and make people laugh at him. He’s more infamous than famous. Well, at least his girlfriend with the Jimmy Choo bag is kinda cute.

  Shauna Sand’s ex-husband Romain Chavent clearly likes a certain type of woman: blonde, leggy, and a little skanky to top it all off. The frenchie took his date to Villa Lounge in West Hollywood a few nights ago to party and dance. We hope the girl didn’t sweat out her extensions.   We know that you have missed the fotos and escapades of our talented New York paparazzo Justin Campbell. He has been off painting at his summer villa. He was in the city today to search for apartments for his return this fall at Parsons.
