Kevin Smith’s latest movie Zach and Miri Make a Porno is barely making it to the screen with an R rating because of the MPAA, and the poster above is definitely not making it because the MPAA didn’t approve. Here’s my theory on that, if the MPAA were getting what Seth Rogen was getting maybe they wouldn’t have a problem with the poster!!!
On another note, how funny does that movie look? Maybe I am biased, but I love Kevin Smith’s humor and they way he uses it in his movies!
Last night Lily Allen and Elton John had it out while presenting at the GQ awards, and lots of sources were saying that there was a serious rift between the two during that presentation. But after watching it, you can tell it was all scripted. How lame.
On another note, Elton looked way out if it.
One of my guilty pleasure shows is Most Haunted that airs here in The States on the Travel Channel, but one of the things that I hated about the show is David Acorah. There is something about him that seemed so fake when he would get possessed by one of the spirits at the places that they were investigating. So today when I saw this video of him tapping into the spirit saying Mary Loves Dick and the whole crew losing it as soon as they were done with their segment was something I had to share with y’all. Seriously how classic was it what the spirits were telling him to say!
While it is obvious this show is fake, what I love about Most Haunted are the locations that they go to. Some of them have been around for over 1,000 years and others have been places that royalty stayed at like King Henry VIII. It is worth watching just for all the architecture from centuries past!
Tyra Banks and her 2 Jays are back for another season of America’s Next Top Model on The CW at 8p tonight. The casting show as you can tell is a lot different from all the rest, but the zaniest from those 3 is still there.
Now that Tyra has her plus-size model winner she has moved on to trying to find a transgendered model to win the title. Her first one is a pre-op Isis and it looks like most the show is going to be about her. Some of the girls do not feel comfortable about living with her because she still has a peepee, so it will be interesting to see what happens as the season goes on. The good thing is Isis doesn’t come off as confrontational to it all and you have to respect her for that.
The first shoot is political, something I am surprised they didn’t hold off on until closer to the election, but I guess it works because the Republican National Convention is on (I think) tonight.
It is hard to judge who will America’s Next Top Model until after the makeover episode, but it sure as heck will be interesting to see who will win at the season. So tune into America’s Next Top Model tonight and every Wednesday on The CW at 8p.
NBC is working on updating The Wonder Years with a show called Lost in the ’80s according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The project, produced by Sony Pictures TV and studio-based Tantamount, is described as “Fast Times at Ridgemont High” meets “The Ice Storm.”
It is considered an ’80s version of “Wonder Years,” the half-hour dramedy set 20 years prior that tackled the social issues and historic events of the late ’60s through the eyes of teen Kevin Arnold (Fred Savage).
Unlike other remakes the show actually hired a writer from The Wonder Years who will hopefully keep the feel of the original. But even with that I still wish the networks would create original shows like the upcoming Fringe on Fox.

Diane von Furstenberg is the special guest Judge on tonight’s Project Runway at 9p on Bravo and it is going to be interesting to see if the designers will be intimidated because they are designing for her. I am sure they will be, how can you not be.
And stay tuned after Project Runway to watch the season premiere of Top Design.
Bones is back tonight with a 2-hour premiere on Fox at 8p. Bones and Booth are back, but instead of solving murders in The US, they are on the other side of the pond in London solving not one but two murders. The two are not alone as they are being helped on their missions by the English versions of them. It was nice to have a change of scenery, and what a scenery they had. Even though they are overseas, their chemistry is still there and the show’s feel is still very much alive even if they show deals with the very dead.
Not only do we watch Bones and Booth solve a crime, we get a mystery solved when we finally meet Angela’s husband. And let’s just say his appearance shakes thing up and there are lots of twists and turns that you won’t see coming.
Bones is a show that get betters with age, so I can’t wait to see what other decaying bodies they investigate this season. So tune into Fox tonight and every Wednesday to watch Bones!

Jessica Simpson has a secret name for Tony Romo that he doesn't know about according to Star Magazine.
According to a friend, she calls Tony her FBD — future baby's daddy — whenever she talks to her pals.
"She knows he's not ready to get that serious, so she's playing it cool," says the friend. "Tony doesn't know, of course."
I wonder what his reaction will be to that horrible nickname.

This post should be titled a mini-Beverly Hills. 90210 reunion because Jason Priestley and Tiffani Amber-Thiessen are reunited; but I can't get over that thing on Jason Priestley's face. That and what is with his shorts? No wonder he turned down doing 90210 2.0 in front of the camera…he doesn't want to shave. All I want to say to Jason Priestley is "Shave man, shave!"
Talking 90210 2.0, what did you guys think of the premiere last night? I loved it and I am totally hooked!
