Rachel Hunter (born September 9, 1969) is a fashion model, actress and reality TV show host.

Born in Auckland, New Zealand, Hunter began modelling by age 17 and rose to prominence after posing as a Sports Illustrated model in 1989. She appeared on magazine covers, including Cosmopolitan and on the 1994 “Dream Team” cover of Sports Illustrated’s annual swimsuit issue.

She was paid a reported $1.8 million to pose nude for Playboy magazine in 2004. She also became the face and body of Ultimo, a Scottish lingerie house, famously replacing Penny Lancaster, the fiancee of Rod Stewart (whom Hunter was married to). Here’s more info on the designer behind these shades…

Jun Takahashi is a founder and head designer of cult Japanese label ‘Undercover’. Born in Kiryu, Gunma prefecture, Japan in September 1969, Takahashi studied Fashion Design at the Bunka Academy of Fashion. During his study period, he founded the ‘Undercover’ brand with his friend and classmate, Nigo (who now heads the inconic Japanese streetwear label ‘A Bathing Ape’). Following his graduation in 1991, Takahashi continued to develop his Undercover label and showcased his A/W ‘94-’95 collection in Tokyo in March 2004. [Anastasia]
