After almost 20 years of waiting for Kelly and Brenda to totally hate each other and show their dislike for one another on 90210 it is finally happening! I hope the producers keep it going because I would rather see these two hate each other than fake it for the cameras like that have been all season long.

Way to go AnnaLynne McCord! While all the other stars are about bringing their dogs to work, AnnaLynne brought her adorable kitty to the set of 90210!!! I seriously love that!!! I can't believe how well behaved her cat is. If I brought my cat out like that, she would have been gone the second I opened the car door to bring her in to the trailer.

Look which 90210er I saw in the 91505, AnnaLynne McCord was eating at one her favortie places Taco Bell!!! As you guys know I am a huge fan of 90210 and Nip/Tuck, so I had to say hi and get a picture of her to share with y'all! She was nice enough to let me take a picture of her, even though I totally suck at taking pictures. BTW she looks so much better in person and her hair is so perfect!

CBS, NBC, FOX and ABC are all doing election coverage tonight which leaves The CW to be the only network that is airing original programming with 90210 and Privileged. And what really good programming it is! It took 90210 a while to find its groove and now that it has I am totally hooked! Watch with Kristin is saying that someone is going to get pregnant on 90210, and I wonder if that person got knocked up that party… So if they did than that means this the must watch episode!!!
When it comes to Privileged it is the best new show of the season that you are not watching! Please please please give it a chance because I know for me it is one of the only shows (new and old) that I look forward to watching and don’t feel pressured to watch out of loyalty! It is a well written, well acted acted show with great chemistry that leaves you wanting more more more and if you don’t check it out The CW might cancel it. So please give it a chance what else is there to watch tonight?

Michael Ausiello is reporting that Jason Priestley will do at least one episode of 90210, but sadly only to direct. But there is some good news coming from him, Shannen Doherty is very close to doing a few more episodes of the show that made the TV twins household names!
I guess Jason didn’t want to shave to go in front of the camera for the show.
Well maybe not Luke Perry, but the notion was there as Dylan calls Brenda on tonight’s 90210 on The CW at 8p. Plus we say goodbye to Shannen Doherty for the time being because even though she says she is not coming back, you know she loves being back in the spotlight too much not to come back.
Also please please please watch Privileged afterwards on The CW at 9p, it is the best new show of the season that not enough of you are watching.
First The CW went back to school in the 90210 and now Lisa Rinna told Mark Malkin that they are thinking about moving back into Melrose Place.
"I've heard a rumor of them bringing back the show like they did 90210," Rinna said at TV Guide's post-Emmy party. "I heard that it's somewhere at the CW."
No surprise, but Ms. Rinna would jump at the chance to reprise her role as Taylor McBride. "I would do it in a heartbeat," she said.
Melrose Place ran from 1992 to 1999. "Let's bring it on," Rinna squealed. "Melrose, 10 years later!"
I don't know I just can't get as excited for Melrose Place as I did for 90210. Plus I think it is way too soon to think about a spinoff from the new spinoff from the original show that the possible spinoff was spinoffed from. Does that make sense?

Not shocking news, but 90210 is the first new show of the season on the air picked up for a whole season! This show had pick up written all over it as soon as they announced it, so I am glad that The CW didn’t waste any time picking it up!!!
So tune into 90210 every Tuesday at 8p and stick around for Privileged at 9p the show The CW better pick up soon!!!

This post should be titled a mini-Beverly Hills. 90210 reunion because Jason Priestley and Tiffani Amber-Thiessen are reunited; but I can't get over that thing on Jason Priestley's face. That and what is with his shorts? No wonder he turned down doing 90210 2.0 in front of the camera…he doesn't want to shave. All I want to say to Jason Priestley is "Shave man, shave!"

Tonight is finally the night that we get to see the new 90210!!! Is it 8p yet because I can’t wait to turn on The CW to see 90210 2.0!
The new (and old) cast of 90210 2.0 celebrated the premiere of the show in Malibu yesterday and hopefully the show is as hot as the cast looks.
But I have to wonder why is AnnaLynne McCord wearing that black wig on her head, because that is a weird look for her.

You know longer have to miss Shannen Doherty as Brenda Walsh because she is storming back to 90210 2.0 on September 2nd on The CW at 8p for a 2 hour premiere.
BTW I think I am the only one who doesn’t think that it is a bad thing that The CW is not sending out the pilot for review, even if the show was the best thing on TV this year the critics still want to rip it a new one. And last time I checked we are the critics that matter!
Yesterday some of the cast of 90210 2.0 shot exterior scenes outside the Peach Pit 2.0. I don't know who this Adam Gregory is, but he is just peachy to me!!! So in the new Peach Pit, BTW.

I find the idea of Shannon Doherty utterly terrifying. I mean just looking at her face makes me feel a little ill. Considerably more so when she smiles. The woman was never much of a looker, and being a legendary bitch didn’t exactly help her cause much. Doherty was fired from the first version of 90210 after her diva behavior became intolerable – she was consistently late to work, hung over, etc. Basically she was the Lindsay Lohan of her day.
She and Jennie Garth supposedly butted heads more than any other cast mates, which once resulted in a fistfight. So the idea of the two pairing up again had Garth understandably nervous. And while she didn’t exactly sing Shannon’s praises, she did say that it wasn’t as terrible as it could have been. It wasn’t as bad as war, death, or terminal illness. So when compared to those things, it was alright.
Jennie Garth admits she was initially uneasy about working with Shannen Doherty again… But when she reunited with Doherty to shoot CW’s 90210 spin-off, she tells TV Guide, “It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be.
“I’m not much of a small talker, and I don’t think she is either. I was a little nervous because I hadn’t seen or talked to her in 14 years,” she goes on. “Everyone was making it out to be such a big deal that I think we both fell prey to having that affect us.” With their squabbles behind them, Garth says, “I think it will be OK. We’re both grown women, both professionals. Once we were working, it felt like a good fit.”
Co-star Ryan Eggold, who plays Kelly’s new beau on the series, admits “everybody was on pins and needles and sort of waiting to see how they’d react. They started off kind of tentative, but by the time we were five takes in, they were giggling and seemed to be reconnecting,” he says.
Garth says she wishes she could reconnect with Tori Spelling, who recently quit the show over salary disputes. Fighting back tears, Garth tells TV Guide, “I know Shannen probably doesn’t share the feelings that I have for Tori, but I love Tori like my sister.” She says she is encouraging fans to launch a “Bring Back Donna Martin” campaign.

Tears? Really? Okay to be fair it’s not all that cheesy – I often find myself tearing up at the mention of Tori Spelling. Although that’s mostly because I’ve seen some recent pictures of Tori over-sharing her boobs and I have nightmares about what years of silicone implants combined with pregnancy can do to an otherwise lovely body part.
In other 90210 news, rumors are that the new show sucks. This is based wholly on the news that the CW network won’t be sending out any screeners of the show, thus leading everyone to believe it must be because it absolutely blows. Though there’s an equal likelihood it’s just because they don’t want the show all over the internet before it even airs. Because it’ll probably suck.

Since Dancing with the Stars he hosted a show on Lifetime (that I think his hosting led to its demise) and will next be seen in National Lampoon’s 301: The Legend of Awesomest Maximus Wallace Leonidas and producing webisodes on MySpace. Yeah doing 90210 2.0 is a step backwards for him….not. 90210 2.0 probably didn't ask him to come back because they thought it would be a step backwards to being him back to West Beverly High.

"She thought she deserved parity, and she's got a point," an insider explained to me.
I can see Tori's point, but I think she should do it because I think it will help her get her acting career back on track. Besides her reality show on Oxygen what else does she have going on for her?

I am probably the one person on the planet who is dreading the return of that awful teen soap “Beverly Hills 90210.” That show was a flaming pile of garbage the first time around. Don’t believe me? Watch one of the re-runs on Soapnet - I dare you to sit through an entire episode without feeling like you’ve permanently lost I.Q. points. It looks like the remake, or spin-off, has hit a snag. Tori Spelling, daughter of the original show’s producer, was supposed to reprise her dry-heave-inducing role as the troll-faced virgin, Donna Martin, alongside Shannen Doherty (quite possibly the worst actress in the world) as Brenda and Jennie Garth as Kelly. And Spelling wrote a bestselling book besides. Showing once again that it doesn’t pay to underestimate the terrible taste of the American public…
As for Tori, she has told the media only that the timing didn’t work out for her to appear in the 90210 pilot because she was giving birth. “So we’ll see what happens later in the season,” she said last week on CBS’ The Early Show. One insider tells me it wouldn’t be surprising if Tori and the show eventually agree to bring her onto 90210 as a November sweeps stunt. Hmm.

What kind of world are we living in where having Tori Spelling appear on any show would be considered a sweeps stunt? I truly hope that nobody watches this show. But I am sure I’ll be proven wrong and nostalgic Gen-Xers hoping to recapture their 90s glory days of big sideburns, flannel shirts and bodysuits will flock to this crapfest. Not me- I’ll be watching “Mad Men.”

I have to admit I was starting to lose my excitement for The CW’s 90210 2.0, that was until I saw that commercial for the spinoff. Is September 2nd yet? How amazing does it look?
90210 2.0 will be back on September 2nd with a 2 hour premiere and they just finished shooting it 2 days ago. That is a lot of 2s!
Coming back are Jenni Garth, Tori Spelling, Joe E Tata and Shannen Doherty. Yes Shannen Doherty will be back as Brenda Walsh. As we know she left the show she went to London to be an actress, what we don't know is what happened to her. Well she became a big actress in London and NY and she will be back to guest direct a musical at 90210!!! Tori Spelling will be back when she is up for it, but even though she is not part of the pilot we will find out what happened between her and David in that episode.
Although lots of Beverly Hills, 90210ers are part of the show, this spinoff is not going to be like the original. We are going to a different feel from show runners Jeff Judah and Gabes Sachs who did Freaks and Geeks (we will get that feel) and life as we know it. I think they will be a good fit and I can't wait to see what they bring to this show.
How will the new cast, tie in to the old cast? Well Harry Wilson (Rob Estes) grew up in Beverly Hills and lived next to one of the original cast members before moving to Kansas. Shanae Grimes, who is playing Annie Wilson, says that moving to LA from Toronto (where she filmed Degrassi) is like what she is going through with her character on the show that moves from Kansas to LA when her dad becomes the Principal at West Beverly Hills High School. The Wilson Family has to move back to take care of Harry's mother (Jessica Walter) and she is not your average Grandmother.
I love all the tie-ins from the original in the one, and after listening to the cast and Jeff Judah and Gabe Sachs talk about it, I am even more excited for this show. This show is going to be as popular as the original if not more!

While Watch with Kristin's 90210 2.0 gossip is all about Shannen Doherty in talks to come back and Tori Spelling out, her E! co-worker Marc Malkin is all about the new Peach Pit. The new Peach Pit is actually the Kokomo Cafe, but this is only a temporary residence for the Peach Pit because they are building an exact duplicate of it on a soundstage. Oh and there is one more big development about the popular 90210 hang out…Joe Tata aka Nate is back behind the counter and involved in their lives!
I am so excited and can't wait for 90210 2.0 on The CW this fall!!!

After finally hearing from Jeff Judah and Gabe Sachs, I am even more excited for 90210 2.0. The more controversial the better!!!
Jason Priestley is in talks to return to 90210, but not as Brandon Walsh according to the New York Daily News.
"They're talking to me about directing some episodes," Priestley told The News. "I think that's where I'll be most beneficial."
While Priestley may not be champing at the bit to jump back into the area code that made him famous, he does support the show's return.
"I'm sure it'll be great," he said, "and I'm sure that those actors are going to have a great time making it, just like we did."
That is a sacrilege, the only way Jason Preistley should return to the show or be allowed back on campus is as Brandon Walsh. Brandon Walsh or bust!!!

So I am hearing that not only will Jennie Garth be back on 90210 2.0, but so will Tori Spelling for at least the first episode. In fact not only will the BFFs/former-roommates be back so will some of their other classmates. The show is outreaching all those Beverly Hills, 90210ers who have been saying they want to be a part of the new show and offering them the chance to do so.
As soon as I know who will else will be coming back to West Beverly Hills High School I will let you know!

Daily Mail thankfully compiled a list of what happened to the original class of Beverly Hills, 90210 and here it is!
1. LUKE PERRY (DYLAN McKAY)- Perry has done considerable voice-over work for various animated series, often playing himself. He played himself (and Krusty the Clown's half brother) in an episode of The Simpsons (1993). He also voiced himself in an episode of Johnny Bravo, giving Johnny dating advice after Johnny saved him from a stampede of fan girls. Perry voiced himself once again in an episode of Family Guy, where he was labelled as gay by Peter and sues the family. He has also guest-starred sitcoms Spin City (1997) and Will and Grace (2005). Perry was reunited with former 90210 co-star Jennie Garth when he guest starred in What I Like About You.
2. JENNIE GARTH (KELLY TAYLOR) - Garth starred in the sitcom What I Like About You as Amanda Bynes' sister Valerie Tyler. She starred on the show for all four seasons. Garth also appeared on Dancing with the Stars, coming in fourth.
SOW note…She will guest star on The CW's 90210 2.0 as a guidance counselor.
3. JASON PRIESTLEY (BRANDON WALSH) - Priestley joined the cast of Tru Calling as Jack Harper from 2004-2005. He was also a regular on the 2006 program Love Monkey. His television work also includes the 1989 series Sister Kate, the WB show What I Like About You, and a February 2006 appearance on Without a Trace. Priestley has also made several films. In 2007 he returned to television in comedy-drama Side Order of Life.

4. GABRIELLE CARTERIS (ANDREA ZUCKERMAN) - Gabrielle left the series in 1995 and became host of her own tabloid talk show, which lasted only one season. In 2003, she participated in the first season of the celebrity reality television show The Surreal Life. Her most recent project was providing the voice of Elektra in Marvel: Ultimate Alliance.
SOW note…she claims that her face suffered partial paralysis while shooting a movie for Lifetime Movie Network and is slowly getting back to where she was before the incident.
5. IAN ZIERING (STEVE SANDERS) - Ian has continued acting appearing in television series JAG, What I Like About You, and soaps The Doctors and Guiding Light as Cameron Stewart. In 2006, Ian produced, directed and starred in the short film, Man vs. Monday, which won the Audience Choice Award at the 2006 Ft. Lauderdale Film Festival. He won the Best Actor Award at the 2006 Monaco Film Festival for his portrayal of "Francis" in the independent film, Stripped Down. And last year appeared on American version of Dancing with the Stars.

6. TORI SPELLING (DONNA MARTIN) - Since 90210 went off the air, Spelling has worked primarily on independent films and has appeared in small roles in big budget films, including Scream 2 and Scary Movie 2, and TV show Smallville. More recently, Spelling has been the star of two reality-based shows. In 2006, she starred in the VH1 celebreality sitcom So NoTORIous, which parodied her public image. Last year, she and her second husband, the actor Dean McDermott, starred in a new reality show, Tori & Dean: Inn Love, based on their B&B business.
SOW note…Tori & Dean will be back on Oxygen this summer and she is in talks to appear on 90210 2.0 and she is expecting a sister for her son Liam next month.
7. BRIAN GREEN (DAVID SILVER) - Green, who is engaged to Transformers star Megan Fox. He has appeared briefly in drama series Resurrection Blvd., and appeared on 2005 ABC sitcom Freddie, starring Freddie Prinze Jr. He has a recurring role on Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles which will soon begin shooting a second season.
8. SHANNEN DOHERTY (BRENDA WALSH) - The most famous of the 90210 alums, even though she only stayed four years. Doherty moved onto hit series Charmed, but asked to be let out of her contract, due to a feud with co-star Alyssa Milano. Shannen also made headlines with her brief marriages to Ashley Hamilton and Rick Salomon (Paris Hilton's co-star in that infamous sex tape who has since gone on to marry – and split from – Pamela Anderson). After a successful turn in the bewitching series Charmed, Shannen, 37, most recently counseled real life couples in the US reality show Breaking Up with Shannen Doherty.. Doherty starred in her own show, Breaking Up With Shannen Doherty. She also starred in the US version popular British sitcom Bo! in the USA.

Nikki Finke says that Jennie Garth aka Kelly Taylor will not be the only alumni returning to Beverly Hills, 90210. She says that rumors are going around that Donna Martin aka Tori Spelling will also be back. No word what she will be doing on the show, but I hope she is the sex ed teacher.
BTW rumors all over the place are saying that Beverly Hills, 90210 2.0 is a lock for The CW!

But her fellow alumni shouldn't be too upset because as of now she is only a recurring character. He is also says that Kelly Taylor will be a guidance counseler at the school. And recent reports from E! Online tell that the Lizzie McGuire actress has been extended an offer to star in CW’s “Beverly Hills 90210” remake.
Jennie Garth departed the pilot she was working on for CBS, which has a lot people speculating that she might be moving back to Beverly Hills 90210. According to The Hollywood Reporter Jennie Garth's departure from her other show was mutual, her and the producers agreed to let her go after the first table read on Monday. They also added that her father died after she was cast in the pilot, and that could be another reason why she might have left the pilot.
So why are they speculating why this alum is the one returning to 90210?
Meanwhile, it had been reported that Rob Thomas, who penned the script for CW's upcoming "90210" spinoff, has been looking to potentially recruit "90210" alumna Garth to reprise her role as Kelly Taylor from the original series in the spinoff, possibly returning to her alma mater as a fashion design teacher.
There is one problem with their theory, it has been widely reported that Rob Thomas left the pilot to work on two others for ABC, so how much influence can he still have?

The CW is working on Beverly Hills 90201 spinoff and that is all that The Hollywood Reporter knows as of now. It is not sure if it will be like Saved By The Bell: The New Class where Screech came back as a teacher and that was the connection to the original or if it will be like Degrassi: The Next Generation where the spinoff was based on the child of one of the original characters Spike. It will be interesting to see what they will do even though no one who worked on the original will be working on the show as of now. So why didn’t they just do a drama about a high school in Beverly Hills instead of claiming it is spinoff? Novel idea…no?
No word if they show has a good chance of being picked up, but The CW will two extra hours of programming to fill next season on Friday nights now that they have cancelled Smackdown.
Beverly Hills 90210'ers Dylan McKay and Kelly Taylor or as we also them as Luke Perry and Jenny Garth were both at an event together in Burbank 91505 and they both look great. That is the best that Luke Perry has looked in a long time because recently he has looked like crap!
Considering that Tom Jones is in his late 60’s and Luke Perry is in 40’s and they both look the same age, I am going with Tom Jones.
Ian Ziering, Gabrielle Carteris and Luke Perry or I should say Steve, Andrea and Dylan all got together at some event yesterday. They all look about the same as they did on the show, granted they were all about 30 on the show playing teens which means they are now about what mid-40's?
OK! Magazine is reporting that Steve Sanders aka Ian Ziering will guest star for 3 episodes on Brandon Walsh aka Jason Priestley's Lifetime show Side Order of Life starting September 23rd. No other details are know, but I wonder what he will do on the show? Will he be Priestley's ex's new beau or his best friend's medicinal menopause cure…I guess time will tell!!!
