Joaquin Phoenix and his busted hand were partying at Bardot last night with brother-in-law Casey Affleck (he's married to Joaquin's sister Summer.)
And although Casey looks like he's in much better shape than Joaquin, were the bros hitting the bottle a little bit too hard last night?

At home with the kids, most likely while the boys had a good time!
Hey, Liv Tyler! Wrong Affleck, missy! We saw Liv out with Casey Affleck last night, and we were totally confused. She’s supposed to be with BEN remember? Okay, okay, Armageddon was just a movie, but it still feels a little weird. Liv was also accompanied by a male friend who is NOT Royston Langdon, her soon-to-be divorced hubby. The three had dinner at the trendy Dan Tanas Restaurant in Beverly Hills, California.

Casey Affleck is the dark horse of the Affleck family. His older brother Ben is all white and stalwart, and Ben's wife Jennifer is sweetness and light. Casey is the artistic, sort of oddball younger brother who's all vegan and sort of weird-looking and brooding.
Ok, I'll admit it. I'm still jealous because his team beat ours in Drama Festival in high school. I know I always bring it up but I'm bitter! They put on some fairytale play and we did one about teen pregnancy and apparently magical pasta pots are way cooler than young mothers shaking their fake babies in strollers. Kim Robinson played the MESS out of that abusive mother.
Here's Casey with wife Summer Phoenix (River and Joaquin's sister) and sons Indiana and Nameless. Yeah, they had another little guy in November and haven't released his name, yet. So I guess it's "you", "the baby", "Ben's godkid", "pee machine" or "#2". Fer chrissakes, name your baby, Affleck.

Britney Spears' business manager Howard Grossman is definitely on the fast track to the welfare office. The documents from last week's emergency hearing have been released, and the courts have given Britney's Dad and conservator Jamie Spears permission to fire Grossman. Reasons for the firing include Grossman allegedly ignoring the courts and convervator's directions as to how to handle Ms. Spears. Grossman was told not to let her ass spend any money and not to meet her at the Beverly Hill Hotel, which is her home away from...ok, it's her home.
Grossman defied this order, and had Britney's new Mercedes delivered to the hotel for her and met with her there. Grossman, perhaps realizing that his ship was about to run aground, pulled one of those "I'm taking you with me" manuevers. He testified that Britney's bff Sam Lufti demanded some of Britney's money from him in several e-mails. Grossman is also being fired for refusing to surrender those e-mails. Dude, I would want money too. I'm not paying for all that Starbucks and ripped fishnet tights myself. That shit adds up! Does Britney take T&E forms? Doubtful.
