After more than seven months in lockup and multiple visits from his “I’m No Good” wife, Amy Winehouse, Blake Fielder-Civil has copped a plea with prosecutors in regards to the 2006 pub brawl that resulted in the bodily harm of a local bartender.
Fielder-Civil, who has been locked up since November, pleaded guilty to the charges earlier this week. He now faces a maximum sentence of five years in prison for an assault charge, and a maximum life sentence for a witness tampering charge.
The day after she physically assaulted a paparazzo, Amy Winehouse rushed into her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil’s court appearance.
It was a typical courtroom affair, with the “Rehab” singer blowing several kisses at her incarcerated hubby as he was brought before the judge on charges of assault and conspiracy.
If it weren’t for celebrities, how would the world’s legal systems stay busy? Case in point: Amy Winehouse.
She was arrested in London just over a week ago, and now she’s being summoned by a Norwegian court in regards to a marijuana charge she acquired this past October.
