Beyonce Knowles’ recording company, Columbia Records announce that her yet-untitled third solo album will hit the stores on November 18. Described as her “most personal, reflective and revelatory collection to-date”, the album is credited with her songwriting effort. Two of the singles, “If I Were A Boy” and “Single Ladies”, are confirmed for release on October 7. There was some talk right after Beyonce married Jay-Z that she might retire from recording at least for awhile to focus on the family record producing business.
Beyonce’s younger sister, Solange Knowles, debuted at No. 9 on the chart last week with her second album, “Sol-Angel and the Hadley St. Dreams.”
Meanwhile Justin Timberlake recently revealed that he is working on a new song in collaboration with Beyonce. “I’ll be in the studio this week with Beyonce. Who knows what will come out of that,” Justin says in a statement.
The collaboration follows up their recent duet at the Fashion Rocks concert where he and Beyonce performed Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell’s classic single called “Ain’t Nothing Like The Real Thing”.
Last year, the two pop stars have also collaborated in Justin’s song entitled “Until the End of Time”. The five-minutes tune appeared in the deluxe edition of Justin’s second solo album “Futuresex/Lovesounds (Deluxe Edition)”.

According to FOX Pop Tarts’ Hollie McKay, things went south for the “Sandcastle Disco” songstress during a live interview with the Las Vegas FOX affiliate yesterday (August 27).

"Just Stand Up" will be released on September 2nd, and the song features Mariah Carey, Beyonce, Mary J. Blige, Rihanna, Fergie, Sheryl Crow, Miley Cyrus, Melissa Etheridge, Ashanti, Natasha Bedingfield, Keyshia Cole, Ciara, Leona Lewis, LeAnn Rimes and Carrie Underwood. Whew!
What's even more impressive is all 15 singers will share the stage to perform the song live on September 5 during the "Stand Up to Cancer" television special, which will air on ABC, NBC and CBS.
Other stars to appear in the special include Christina Applegate (who just recently went public with her own cancer battle), Jennifer Aniston, Charlize Theron, Lance Armstrong, Katie Couric, Sally Field, Salma Hayek, Meryl Streep, Forest Whitaker and Reese Witherspoon.

Some of the most popular female singers are teaming up to record a single called “Just Stand Up,” to benefit cancer funding. The gathering group of female songbirds, according to MTV includes vocal contributions from Ashanti, Beyoncé, Bedingfield, Ciara, Fergie, Keyshia Cole, Mariah Carey, Mary J. Blige, Melissa Etheridge, Miley Cyrus, Natasha Rihanna, Sheryl Crow, Leona Lewis, LeAnn Rimes and Carrie Underwood. The tune is being produced by the powerhouse duo of Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds and Antonio “L.A.” Reid, who are working together for the first time in nearly 20 years on the track. According to a press release announcing the project, the song was conceived by Reid, the chairman of the Island Def Jam Music Group, after a meeting with the women behind the Stand Up to Cancer campaign. The song will be available for purchase exclusively on iTunes on September 2nd.
The song and likely a video will get its TV premiere on September 5th, during the live “Just Stand Up” special, which will air simultaneously and commercial-free on CBS, ABC and NBC. As one of the richest figures in hip-hop, we've been waiting eagerly to see the terms of Jay-Z's pre-nup - after all, Hov's one of the few guys on the planet who has cause to worry about a girl as well-off as Beyonce Knowles taking him to the cleaners!
Fortunately, it appears that that won't be the case - the Enquirer has gotten their hands on a few details from the arrangement, and it appears both parties' interests have been looked after. The basic terms direct Jay to pay Beyonce $10 million if their marriage ends after two years, with an additional million being added for every year she remains in the marriage. The payout is limited to fifteen years' worth of marriage, but still - that means a potential $25 million dollar payday for B!
If the couple has children, however, the sum grows even higher! The agreement calls for Jay to pay Beyonce $5 million per child - "for her loss of income during pregnancy and child-rearing years", the mag states.
Jay also made sure to write in a provision guaranteeing that his bride would always have access to the luxurious life, guaranteeing her access to the couple's private jet and giving her a whole fleet of cars - including a 1959 Rolls Royce convertible worth a million bucks!
Of course, considering the extent to which Jay and Beyonce love each other, these terms are just precautionary. And hey, it's not like Jay can't afford it - after all, he's only worth about three hundred million bucks!
Still - $25 million? That's one hell of a payday!
Hollyscoop reports that Beyonce Knowles is indeed pregnant! Apparently Beyonce and Jay-Z’s sudden still unconfirmed wedding on April 4th wasn’t just a sudden whim. Also according to the sources the entire wedding party were told of the couple’s exciting baby news.

Retiring is such a fickle word for celebrities. I don’t doubt that Beyonce may take a break from recording and work with Jay-Z to find new and upcoming artists.
