David E Kelley has such a brilliant show with Boston Legal, that is so sad to think it is going to end in a few episodes and shows that are declining by the episode like Grey’s Anatomy, Ugly Betty and Desperate Housewives are going to survive. It is moments like the above one that I am so going to miss. What other shows can do what they just did! I still chuckle everytime the painball fight starts about 1:10 in. The chemistry between James Spader and William Shather was some of the best ever on TV, that I hope someone can pair them up again after ABC says goodbye to one of the few shows that constantly got them Emmy noms.

The saddest part of the on-going WGA strike just might be that it'll prevent Catholic priest David Ajemian from successfully stalking Conan O'Brien. The priest, 46, was arrested last week after sending O'Brien weird letters, harassing his parents and finally showing up at Late Night's studio. "I want a public confession before I ever consider giving you absolution—or a spot on your couch," Ajemain wrote in one of his stalky letters. The Boston Globe points out that Ajemain went to Harvard, just like Conan, so maybe they totally know each other because how big could Harvard be? The Church has placed Ajemain "on leave." We are not sure what being "on leave" from being a Priest involves but maybe now he's allowed to take "spots" on people's couches. [
Here is Boston Phoenix media critic Adam Reilly's backpedaling column on The Atlantic: The magazine is being ruined by its relocation from Boston to Washington, D.C.! "The Atlantic seems drier, wonkier, more focused on grabbing readers (and advertisers) by following the stories of the day, and less interested in examining subjects no one else is talking about." No! Grabbing readers? Horror! And now it is filled with graphs and buzzwords!

But today, it being 9/11 and all, I can confess that we nearly crapped ourselves laughing over this one: "Boston Globe Media Introduces 'Lola' - a Boston Women's Lifestyle Magazine from a Boston Woman's Point of View." I'm sorry, but Lola is A WHORE'S NAME. Your magazine is for whores! Why not just name it "Showgirls" and be done with it? Or maybe "Skanks of Boston"? [
