The 20-year-old plaything of Linda Hogan’s, Charley Hill, has been
denied a restraining order against Linda’s ex-husband, Hulk Hogan (Terry Bollea).
Hill told the courts that Hulk has been following and threatening him. But the judge didn’t buy it and the request was denied.
Hulk’s attorney, David Houston, released the following statement,
“This is just another blatant attempt by Linda Hogan to try to defame Hulk Hogan’s character. We commend the judge on seeing through this ridiculous stunt and denying these baseless claims.”
In August, Hulk told Access Hollywood that he wished he was back with his wife. When asked if the divorce was an attempt to protect their assets (after the crash of Nick Hogan and John Graziano), he said absolutely not.
“If this is a ploy, her being intimate with a 19-year-old kid is pretty good acting. For me to be able to handle my 50-year-old wife sleeping in a bed with a 19-year-old boyfriend and using my gym, and driving my cars, and living in my house. I guess we’ve got a pretty good act going on ’cause that’s a lot to take on.”

Linda Bollea, is pleading for more money despite receiving $40,000 a month in temporary alimony payments from her estranged husband Hulk Hogan. The Hogans starred on VH1’s Hogan Knows Best, and Bollea filed for divorce from her husband after 24 years of marriage in November.
Bollea’s attorney claiming his client needs more money, asked a judge to set another hearing to discuss unfreezing some of the divorcing couple’s assets for her own use, on Thursday. Hogan’s attorney, however, wanted to see proof that the wrestler’s wife was indeed broke. Ann Loughridge Kerr, the lawyer for Hulk Hogan tells the Tampa Bay Tribune:
“They have to tell me why she’s out of money. They have to show me in bank statements.”
Linda’s legal team also claims that Hogan refuses to pay for cable, pest control, window washing and their security system. Back in August, Hogan — in addition to the monthly alimony payments — agreed to pay some monthly costs, including repair and maintenance to their home. The judge told Hogan’s attorneys to pay for those costs, excluding the security system payments. One thing Hulk does not want to pay for is to foot the bill for Linda’s 19-year-old boyfriend’s nautical tuition? Charley Hill wants to go to sea school, and supposedly Linda wants Hulk to pay for it.

Jodie Sweetin, the former Full House star who in the past battled an addiction to methamphetamine, filed for divorce from her husband Wednesday.
Sweetin often credited her husband, Cody Herpin, for helping turn her life around. The couple had a baby daughter in April, who Sweetin took with her when she left. Her husband is concerned for his child’s safety and says he was blindsided by the news.
“I was dumbfounded. Over this past month something has been different. I’m concerned about our daughter and I just want her home.”
Sweetin’s agent claims that the actress is 100% clean, but it sounds to me like she is covering up. I mean, hello! That’s her job.
She stated, “[Jodie has] come to this path in their life and she felt like this is the way she had to go. Jodie says it’s unfortunate but it’s just what has to happen right now. No more detail, only because she says she doesn’t want to be disrespectful to him.”
More like she has no idea what’s going on either.
Jodie probably took off with the baby and is sitting her ass in a crackhouse right now, geeked out of her head. I hope I’m wrong, but this whole scene is fishy..

Former Full House star, Jodie Sweetin, 26, has taken her baby and left her husband Cody Herpin, 31. Sweetin filed papers on Wednesday in Orange County for legal separation from Herpin, who she has credited with helping her get off drugs (methamphetamine addiction). The pair were married in July 2007 and recently announced they were working on a reality show together.
The distraught husband Herpin tells People Magazine, “I was dumbfounded. Over this past month something has been different. I’m concerned about our daughter and I just want (Zoie) home.”
The couple became parents of daughter Zoie in April. Sweetin’s agent, Stella Alex, says the actress is “absolutely clean” and that the couple have “come to this path in their life and she felt like this is the way she had to go. Jodie says it’s unfortunate but it’s just what has to happen right now. No more details, only because she says she doesn’t want to be disrespectful to him.”

After being whisked away to the US by Madonna, who is in the midst of her Sticky and Sweet tour, an emotional Guy Ritchie was reunited with his sons Rocco and David at a London airport this morning after weeks apart. Rocco and David have barely seen their father since Guy and Madonna announced their plans for divorce in mid October. But as Guy held his two boys close for the first time in weeks, his estranged wife tightened her grip from the other side of the Atlantic. The UK Daily Mail reports that Madonna has issued a list of demands that Ritchie must meet while the children are with him in London. It includes a ban on TV, non-organic food and clothes not sent by her. A custody arrangement for the children remains perhaps a major battle for the estranged couple, who were married for almost eight years.
Madge who has a daughter, 12-year-old Lourdes, whose father, Carlos Leon, lives in New York, reportedly wants to leave the family’s London base and move back to the U.S. Last week Guy, 40, hired a top lawyer in his battle with Madge over where their children should live. Stephen Cobb, QC, is regarded as the leading specialist in divorce cases in which the country of residence of the children is in dispute. It’s also being reported by Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper that Guy planned to divorce Madonna over the summer but was ordered not to disrupt the singer’s Sticky & Sweet tour plans. The pair had been under intense media scrutiny since the summer (08) amid rumors she indulged in an affair with New York baseball star Alex Rodriguez. Madonna and her rep claimed at that time that the divorce rumors were false and the marriage was fine.

I think everyone saw this coming. Peaches Geldof, 19, going on 15, and daughter of Bob Geldof, now wants to divorce her new husband after 96 days of marriage, according to The News of the World. Celebuspawn Peaches got hitched to 24-year-old rocker Max Drummey in Las Vegas back in August after meeting him on MySpace. Recall that Peaches hooked up with Max just after her alleged overdose. According to the tabloids sources: “Her drug use had been exposed in public and she wanted a new life. She saw Max and New York as her way to escape.”
Peaches, who has been living in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, is flying back to London this week to start the divorce process. A source said that the two have been fighting all the time and Peaches wants out:
“She doesn’t fancy him any more, and wants to move on. To her it is as simple as that. She just wants to divorce him and find a new boyfriend. Max is heartbroken. He has been through the mill in the last three months, but there is nothing he can do. He genuinely believed marriage was a long term commitment, but Peaches has shattered his dreams.”
Someone needs to explain to Peaches the difference between dating and marriage. One usually finds it bads form to talk of finding a new boyfriend after 96 days of marriage.
Just three weeks ago Peaches unashamedly admitted that she didn’t expect her marriage to last the course. She confessed: “I didn’t go into it with Max thinking, ‘This is going to last forever’. But I did go in thinking, ‘I love him right now and I know I will continue to love him for a long while’.”
Nice to see the sanctity of marriage is still alive and well! Meanwhile Max is said to be heartbroken. Sources say “He genuinely believed marriage was a long term commitment, but Peaches has shattered his dreams.”
Don’t fret to much Max, go get yourself a good divorce lawyer and get paid.
Update: Peaches has now denied she is to divorce Max - but admits the couple often said things “in the heat of the moment” which may have been to blame for the rumors. Friends though say the rocky romance still has big problems.

Danny Bonaduce’s 18-year marriage is officially over. The actor and radio personality and his now ex-wife Gretchen filed court papers, which officially end their marriage, in Los Angeles on Tuesday. Their marriage was the subject of the reality show, “Breaking Bonaduce,” which also chronicled the former PARTRIDGE FAMILY childhood star’s bout with addiction. Gretchen Bonaduce filed for divorce in April 2007. According to the documents, obtained by U.S. news show Extra, Bonaduce will pay his ex more than $16,000 -a-month in child and spousal support. The former couple will share joint legal and physical custody of their two children. Apparently Bonaduce hasn’t giving up on marriage: he’s keeping the rights to sell a show called, “The Next Mrs. Bonaduce,” according to documents signed by a judge on Thursday.

Just in time for Halloween, Corey Haim announced on his website that he’s going to marry scream queen horror actress Tiffany Shepis. The guy and ghoul first met 12 years on the set of “Fever Lake.” They reunited recently at some autograph show. Tiffany has acted in many low-budget horror oriented B movies, so being married Corey might seem fairly normal. Some of her most recent films include Dorm of the Dead, Bonnie and Clyde Meet Dracula, Basement Jack, Nightmare Man, and Chainsaw Cheerleaders. The wedding has been set for May 9, 2009!

The NY Post is wondering if it’s over between John Edwards and his wife, Elizabeth. The former North Carolina senator who ran for president twice, finally acknowledged three months ago that he had an affair with campaign videographer Rielle Hunter. Edwards denies he’s the father of Hunter’s baby girl, although he has been spotted visiting mother and child. A source said Edwards is no longer living with Elizabeth and that the couple have separated. The Washington Post also noticed yesterday after covering a speech the cancer-stricken mother of two gave in DC on Monday night, that “her wedding band is missing”.

We previously chronicled here how Guy Ritchie and Madonna seemed to be a bad match from the start. Things didn’t get much better as the marriage started to wane. after the couple attended counseling two years ago. Madonna allegedly documented a detailed a list of rules for Guy including things like, not to shout at her and to devote time to sex, it has emerged. A source said Madonna had the contract pinned up in the couple’s New York home after they attended marriage counseling, and would reprimand Guy by saying ‘contract, contract’, if he broke the rules. Hysterical! I would like to be sitting in a pub with Guy when he decided to tell stories about his ex someday.
According to The Sun the document even had instructions on what words Guy should use during arguments, and he was told to ’state calmly: I understand that my actions have upset you, please work with me to resolve this.’
He was also expected to spend several hours reading Kabbalah texts with Madge.
Yesterday it was claimed that Guy had turned down a massive $31 million offer from the Material Girl to settle their divorce out of court. A source says, “Guy is certainly not going to accept the first offer - $31 million is a lot of cash, but not in their world.” Madonna’s fortune is estimated at a staggering $468 million. The former couple is also at odds over their custody plans. Madonna is said to be planning to move to New York with their son Rocco, eight, adopted son David, and Lourdes, 12, the singer’s daughter from a previous relationship while Ritchie wants them to remain close to his London home.

I saw this article today that seems to have a strong insight as to the main reason Guy Ritchie and Madonna’s relationship was ill fated. I am sure you have seen some of the stories here or elsewhere claiming the A-Rod affair, Kabbalah, Madonna’s self involvement or Guy’s lack of compassion as reasons for the split, and true any of these may have been the final straw. But what seems to be apparent is these two were a poor match from the start.
It seems that Guy wanted Madonna to be an English wife living a normal quiet life, which is pretty funny when you consider who he was dealing with. And Madge smitten and eager to please initially tried to go along with it for awhile. He craved family activities like long walks, Sunday English roasts, watching the telly on the sofa and drinking quietly at the pub on a Friday night. In contrast Madonna wanted to get dressed up and be seen. She loved the glitz and the glamor and the photographers waiting for her. He preferred alone time drinking and playing cards with pals. But she craved constant attention and demanded glamorous nights out with her man. Many couples start out with diverging needs and life styles. But these two were worlds apart with neither really wanting to be what the other wanted. I am surprised they lasted as long as they did.

They have barely separated but the head games are already starting (supposedly). Guy Ritchie was reportedly furious at Madonna yesterday for dressing his 8-year-old son Rocco in a Yankees T-shirt. With Madge’s suspected relationship with Yankee’s star Alex Rodriguez suspected as a catalyst for the split, seeing the son he fathered with her sporting a Yankees logo was just too much, Ritchie’s friends said. A source on the set of his upcoming drama “Sherlock Holmes” claims:
“He’s actually been crying over it. He’s in a terrible state but is doing his best to be on form at work,” the source said. He said she is the ‘lowest of the low’ and is even more determined to fight for his side now,” the source added.Madonna has hit the wrong button. … She better watch out because it seems he has a lot on her.”
Rocco, his only biological child with the 50-year-old Material Girl, was photographed Monday in New York wearing the navy-and-white Yankee shirt. The couple’s other kids by the way are David Banda, 3, whom they adopted from Malawi, Africa, and Lourdes, 12, the singer’s daughter with personal trainer Carlos Leon. The fight over Rocco is just the latest nasty turn in Madonna’s bitter battle with Ritchie.
Friends revealed yesterday that as their sexless marriage unraveled in recent months, he has called Madonna “old, fat, ugly and wrinkled” - real gut punches for the image-obsessed aging pop icon. But she gave as good as she got, Us Magazine reported.
“She would taunt Guy, saying, ‘I should have married someone like me: strong, hot-blooded, intelligent, ambitious, spiritual,’” a source close to Ritchie said.
“Their fights would often get heated. A few times Madonna slapped him or poked him.”
Meanwhile A-Rod, whose own messy divorce was recently settled, is looking to move near the singer’s Central Park residence. And Ritchie is reportedly already supposedly dating 31-year-old Kelly Reilly, a sultry, blue-eyed, fiery redhead starring in the director’s new “Holmes” flick.

Yesterday while at the Chelsea Piers Gym with his mother and sister Lourdes, little Rocco Ritchie was spotted wearing a NY Yankees shirt. It’s kind of sad, because it’s not like he knows any better.
As you know, Madonna and NY Yankee, Alex Rodriguez, have been having an affair while the material girl was still married to Rocco’s father.
Whether or not the kids will be raised in London or New York remains to be seen. There are rumors going both ways with stories of Madonna staying in London and others claiming she will raise the children in New York City.
I am pretty sure Madonna is going to be living in New York. C’mon, it doesn’t take a genius to figure that one out.
Kids, schmids…her soon-to-be-cheating asshole boyfriend lives there. Of course she’ll be residing there.

But friends of Madonna give a different perspective on the relationship and reportedly insist Guy is a tightwad. One said: “If he’s meant to be worth millions, then Madonna’s never seen a penny of it.
“He’s never contributed towards the running of the family and his son’s schooling.
“Contrary to the image being projected, Madonna’s been the rock of the family. She’s the one who has the kids with her at all times.
“They are home-schooled and they go on the road with her.”

Guy Ritchie and Madonna have already come to a financial arrangement according to The U.K. Sun, as they move forward with their recently announced divorce. The Sun quoted a source as saying:
“The negotiations were relatively painless, Guy knew what he wanted and Madonna knew what she was keen to keep. There was a spell when Guy was in a mood to dig his heels in, but he decided this arrangement seemed reasonable and a long battle over money would make life unbearable.”
The movie director will reportedly walk away with assets totaling around $60 million, including the 1,200-acre Ashcombe House country estate, the Punch Bowl pub in Mayfair, and around a $40 million cash settlement.
