Actor Thomas Jane has pleaded not guilty to drink driving (DUI) and driving with a suspended licence. THE PUNISHER does not want to get punished!!
Jane, who is married to actress Patricia Arquette, was pulled over on the freeway for speeding in a late-model Maserati, by traffic cops in Kern County, California, last month.
He was subsequently arrested after he flunked several field sobriety tests. Jane’s next court date has been set for 19 May (08).
I don’t know about the DUI but how do you plead innocent for driving with a suspended licence?

When vacationing overseas, be careful that you don’t have too much to drink, and end up driving a golf cart through a major city. Bill Murray did just this, and now he’s facing some serious charges.
This past Sunday, Murray was pulled over in Stockholm, Sweden in a golf cart, and authorities smelled alcohol on his breath. But when it came time for a breathalyzer test, the comedian referred to US laws giving him the right to refuse.
