Actor Thomas Jane has pleaded not guilty to drink driving (DUI) and driving with a suspended licence. THE PUNISHER does not want to get punished!!
Jane, who is married to actress Patricia Arquette, was pulled over on the freeway for speeding in a late-model Maserati, by traffic cops in Kern County, California, last month.
He was subsequently arrested after he flunked several field sobriety tests. Jane’s next court date has been set for 19 May (08).
I don’t know about the DUI but how do you plead innocent for driving with a suspended licence?

Lindsay Lohan was charged this morning with seven misdemeanors in association with two past drunken-driving arrests. While for most people this would be a troubling scenario, for Lindsay, it all comes as good news. The reason? LiLo skirted the more serious felony drug charges because tests showed there wasn’t enough cocaine on her to warrant them.
And more recently, the Georgia Rule actress has been able to avoid the humiliation of a public trial by striking a deal with prosecutors.
