Kathy Griffin has been forced to add a FOURTH show at Los Angeles' Kodak Theater in December after selling out the first three nights.
We're hearing there are talks for Griffin to perform at Madison Square Garden, as in the arena and not the theater.

Abrasive but funny comedian Kathy Griffin opened up about her highly publicized series of cosmetic surgeries and her worries about her figure. She was quite frank about the procedures she’s had done- and even more honest about the realization that in the end, they really didn’t make her feel better about herself or help her get work as an actress/comedian.The 47-year-old Emmy winner and star of, well, her own life, aka the reality-TV hit Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List, has gotten smarter when it comes to her body. “I spent 20 years obsessing about my weight. But I realized that I’ve never lost a job — or gotten one — because of it,” says Griffin. She has a strict no-extremes policy, just eating and exercising sensibly. “But if I eat something that’s not so good for me, I don’t feel bad anymore. If I don’t exercise one day, I’ll make it up some other way.”
The funny thing about her healthier, more relaxed attitude, she says, is “I like my body now more than I did two decades ago.” That’s a punch line that’ll never get old.
Kathy has admitted to having a facelift, a nose job, veneers on her teeth, an eyebrow lift and liposuction on her arms, legs and stomach - the latter of which nearly killed her when she developed toxicity and nearly bled to death internally. After all that work, Griffin admitted that she didn’t really notice any results, except for her teeth, and that if she had it to do over again, she would have avoided it all.

Kathy Griffin Opens Up to Fitness Magazine, and She Makes a Lot of Sense!

“I’ve been off the junk, as I call it, for five years. I’ve had face lift, eye job and all that stuff five years ago.
“What I found, though, was that it didn’t help me one bit,” Griffin says. “It didn’t get me happier or didn’t make me look particularly younger.”
“I really thought ageism is so prevalent in Hollywood, especially in standup — it’s such a male dominated zone,” she says. “I thought, ‘Dammit, I got to do everything I can to look my best.’”
She says she later learned aging “is not really going to keep you from what you want.
“For example, if you work in an office, you’re probably going to do the same job if you’re 10 pounds heavier or lighter,” Griffin goes on. “I’m not talking about anorexia or obesity — those are obviously two different animals.
“But I spent 20 years of my life obsessing about 10, 15 pounds, and what I found as a comedian … is that nobody expected me to come out in a bikini anyway,” she says. “I’ve never lost a job because of my weight, and I’ve certainly never gotten a job because of my cosmetic surgery or my weight.”
She says she has come to accept her body over the years.
“I’ll say to my younger friends, ‘C’mon, I have a hot body, right?’ I mean, not a hot body Hollywood-style… but it’s hot for 47.
“So that’s my new thing — I like my body now,” Griffin adds. “For 47, it’s pretty darn good.
Kathy has decided to save the face. Smart move! She’s already on the cartoonish looking side. Everytime I see her, especially when she raises her eyebrows, I’m thinking OUCH! Doesn’t she look like she’s in pain and her skin is just too tight?
But her body is completely amazing for being 47. Great boobs, nice abs, thin arms and legs. Kathy’s hot; plus, when you’re funny, you don’t have to be that attractive - you get, like, 10 bonus points for being able to make people laugh.

Kathy Griffin said she faked engagement, never slept with Steve Wosniak

Comedienne Kathy Griffin is claiming that she and supposed ex-fiancé Steve Wozniak (the teddy bear billionaire co-founder of Apple) were never really engaged. In fact, she’s claiming that their relationship was pretty much platonic the whole time, even though she says they were dating. Griffin claims she and Wozniak never slept together – and she wore a giant fake engagement ring to the Emmys – which he didn’t even notice.
Kathy Griffin says she never went all the way with her ex, Apple co-founder billionaire Steve Wozniak. “We were dating, but were just friendly. I never f—-d him or anything!” she told Usmagazine.com during a visit to our NYC offices last Thursday. “The truth is,” she added, “we really were friends the whole time.” They definitely had their laughs together, she said.
“When we went to the Emmys together, I put on this really huge engagement ring and didn’t tell him,” she told Us. “There are these great photos of me posing with this great big fake diamond ring. He didn’t notice!” she added. “I was like, ‘Oh, by the way at the Emmys, I had on a fake engagement ring!’ And he was like, ‘Oh, that’s very funny.’”
She announced their split in April (they met in 2007 after he watched her perform). After they called it quits, she said “he met someone very quickly and then they [got] engaged.” No hard feelings, said Griffin, who plans to visit Wozniak (who appears on her Bravo reality show) in Saratoga, New York, on July 11. “I have had dinner with them, and she’s a thousand times more appropriate!” she said. “I hate to say it, but in the Bruce, Demi, Ashton [scheme of things], I’m the Bruce!”

My first reaction is that she’s trying to save face, but that doesn’t really seem like the self-deprecating Kathy Griffin we’ve come to know. It’s a little confusing that they were dating but “just friendly.” I thought dating happened once you felt more than friendly for someone, no? The thing about the engagement ring doesn’t surprise me at all – I know at least thirty guys that would never notice something like that unless someone pointed it out.
Griffin and Wozniak seemed like an unusual but cute match. From the interviews she did this past fall, it sure seemed like they were together in a more traditionally romantic sense. Either way they’re obviously still good friends, and it’s great that they can be happy for each other’s new romantic successes.

Here are some pictures of Kathy Griffin and one of her best gays Lance Bass, engaged in some on-stage wardrobe malfunction shenanigans at Bravo's The A-List Awards. The D-List star pulled down Lance's pants ("You mean you can wear stripper clothes when you're not stripping?") while it looks like he retaliated by ripping open her shirt.
Exposing a chest covered in prosthetic breasts, Kathy pretended to be as astonished as Janet Jackson was during her infamous Superbowl mishap with Justin Timberlake. Meanwhile, I'm still not sure why Lance felt the need to wear a tiny nose prosthesis. Oh wait. That's his real nose.

Kathy Griffin has built an entire career on making fun of Hollywood celebrities and herself, of course, but her on-stage target of the moment is Scientology. The red-haired comedian's inside view of the organization comes from a close friend of hers, Judy Toll, who thought it would be a good career move, but the honeymoon with the cult quickly ended and according to Kathy, she required the services of a lawyer to fully extract herself from their clutches.
In Griffin's act, she gives the audience an inside look into the strange practices required for membership, which includes something referred to as "auditing." Griffin explains that the process basically consists of members elaborating on their entire sexual past, including any and all "deviant" behavior while being recorded, so that the Church can have it all on record, should a lamb decide to leave the fold.
Yikes. Here's to not believing in anything.

Sometime co-host Kathy Griffin has reportedly been banned for a second time from appearing on that post-menopausal bitch-fest, The View. Seems that every time Kathy comes on the show, she uses it as fodder for her stand-up comedy routines, in which she mercilessly skewers the celebrity guests and hosts—including Barbara Walters.Kathy Griffin is an outspoken comedian who has apparently stepped over the line, at least where Barbara Walters is concerned. Griffin does a dead on impersonation of Babs. She has been performing her standup act in a sold out run at Madison Square Garden. Her final show is tonight, and she had planned to be a guest on this morning’s broadcast of the popular talk show, The View.
Griffin apparently received a phone call yesterday from the shows producer Bill Geddie. He informed her that they have canceled her scheduled appearance because she was too mean to Barbara during her last special on Bravo.
The comedian said that she had been banned once before, but was incredulous to have been rebanned. Griffin is likely to use this momentary setback as fodder for her stand up act. Babs may regret the slight because of the ensuing fallout that is likely to occur.

Barbara Walters really needs to get over herself. It’s obvious that Kathy Griffin idolizes Walters, and is poking fun in the same, good-natured way a kid sister picks on her older sibling. Griffin herself has admitted to antagonizing Walters on the set because she loves trying to “shock” her. It also happens to be hilarious. Besides, Griffin isn’t the first comedienne to mimic Walters—Gilda Radner did a killer impression of Babs on Saturday Night Live back in the ‘70s. If Walters had been hosting this piece of crap show back then, Gilda probably would have been banned, too.

Comedian, Kathy Griffin, will have find a captive audience on board Air New Zealand's "Pink flight" from San Francisco to Sydney, Australia, where the Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras will be taking place. The bit will be included on Kathy's reality show, "My Life on the D-List," and will feature Kathy performing stand-up for the passengers, along with live performances by drag queens (not to be redundant...) as well as in-flight entertainment that includes "gay-themed films," cocktails and goodie bags.
Already, I'm loving this plane. It's basically how I spent my New Year's Eve. In my dream world.

I know that some (J. Harvey) might suspect that Kathy Griffin's simply dating Apple bigwig, Steve Wozniak, for either the dough or the publicity, but I'm such a fan of hers that and she looks so damn happy in all of those pictures with him that I'm kind of hoping it's the real deal. If I were her, I'd ask him to dress me in gowns made of hundreds of video iPods strung together, each playing one of my favorite TV shows. Wow. That would be HOT. In any case, the occasion for these two to step out was the opening of Vegas hot spot, Diablo's Cantina, by "Entourage" actor, Kevin Connelly. And here's "Lost" actress, Michelle Rodriguez, enjoying her days as a free woman, before having to serve her time for charges related to her DUI. I know she'd probably beat the crap out of me, but she's looking hot in these pictures on the red carpet, guns blazing. Why am I only attracted to the ones who are most likely to give me a shiner?

Our girl, Kathy Griffin, took home her first Emmy at this year's Creative Emmys for her reality series, "My Life on the D-List." This award comes after Griffin's second nomination for her show, her first being the one she received last year for the episode in which she traveled on a USO to entertain American troops stationed in the Middle East. She spilled to People about her excitement at winning.
"I have an A-list pass for the day," Griffin joked backstage at the Creative Arts Primetime Emmys on Saturday night in Los Angeles. "Tomorrow I'll be back on the D-list when someone says, 'Congratulations, Miss Gifford,' which they will at the mall. Believe me."
Yay! Whatever, that would totally suck if she suddenly got too big for reality. Cause as it is, we get A-List laughs at D-list prices. (Bravo, if you want to use that tagline, feel free, because I know you want to.) Other winners of the evening were Andy Samberg and Justin Timberlake, who performed the infamous "D*** in a Box" sketch on SNL, Elaine Strich for her guest performance on my beloved "30 Rock" and unsurprisingly, HBO, which received a whopping fifteen awards.
