I don’t know where the loathsome twosome got the cash, but clearly they’re worth some serious change. In July the two were seen house hunting and were serious about a $12 million home. The realtor told TMZ (I have no idea why) that he felt they were several months away from being able to buy the home. Which you want to snicker at, until you realize the rest of us are several billion years away from buying that kind of house.
If nothing else, I satisfy myself with the knowledge that now that Heidi and Spencer blew $400,000 on a Rolls Royce, they’re probably a few more months away from that multimillion dollar home. And I bet that car was used, too. Sniff.

Sure a Rolls Royce is nice but I’m partial to my ‘83 Subaru BRAT. Boy does its engine purrrrrrr like a kitten. It’s been a long time coming and finally last night Heidi Montag and Lauren Conrad were spotted looking more like friends than sworn enemies.
Everything went down at Los Angeles’ STK restaurant, where Miss Montag and Spencer Pratt were out on a romantic dinner date. When Heidi noticed that Lauren was holding her LA Fashion Week celebration in the same restaurant, she took action.
Looks like Heidi Montag was delighted to be reunited with her former BFF Lauren Conrad at STK last night! But what's really newsworthy is the fact that Spencer had kind words for LC - he even congratulated her on her show at LA Fashion Week. Ok seriously, what's going on here? Maybe everyone's getting paid big bucks to be friends again? It would explain Spencer and Heidi's new Rolls Royce Phantom!

Now that the fall season is well-underway, our favorite stars are embracing the change of season with some autumn activities. And from the looks of it, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt had a blast yesterday on their trip to the Pumpkin Patch.
The “Hills” co-star couple was on a mission to find some perfect pumpkins, though it seems Spencer found himself at the mercy of his girlfriend as he ended up in the stocks.
Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are so lame, that I don’t doubt for one minute that they would ‘fake a pregnancy’ for press. These two celebutards probably spent hours finding a dress that would give Heidi the appearance of a baby bump…ugh…when will MTV put us all out of our misery and cancel that damn show????
When reality star Heidi Montag talks, I very rarely pay attention. She’s always spouting some ridiculous crap in order to keep her bland image in the press. She’s like vanilla ice cream that’s been in the freezer too long. It looks like it’s going to taste ok until you open the package and realize a treat that would be completely average has turned into something totally unpalatable and warped.
Last month Heidi was saying that she wanted like 10 kids, some of them biological a bunch of them adopted, and added that she wanted “her own orphanage like Mother Teresa.” Her ever-present boyfriend, Spencer Montag, added that she wants “kittens and puppies,” and that he’s “fighting her [urges] every day.”
22 year old Heidi might have her dream of children come true sooner rather than later. She sported a suspicious-looking lower belly while out at Mr. Chow last night.
Part of me really hopes that this woman is just gaining a little much-needed weight, but she’s incredibly thin and fit and it’s doubtful. If she has a baby we’ll never hear the end of it and she’ll be bringing the infant out for shopping sprees on Robertson and lunches at the Ivy.
This is Heidi, so she won’t keep the public in suspense for long and is likely to confirm her pregnancy sometime today. She’ll never miss a chance to get some more publicity and she seems to have figured out that the best way to stay in the spotlight was to get knocked up. She’s not as dumb as she looks.
Update: Thanks to Elisha for reminding me of this story about Heidi planning to fake a pregnancy for publicity purposes. Hopefully that’s the case and she’s not really pregnant.

We’re used to seeing them out on swanky dates at fancy restaurants all over Los Angeles, but yesterday Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt opted for a little Waffle House action.
The peroxide pair was joined by Pratt’s sister Stephanie at the Sunset Boulevard eatery, and from the looks of it, they had a marvelous time, with Spencer feeding Heidi a nacho at one point.
With drama surrounding her and Lauren Conrad’s friendship, Audrina Patridge met up for a coffee with Heidi Montag on the day rumors that her on/off boyfriend, Justin Bobby, hooked up with her friend and ex-roommate.
Lauren has since denied the allegation on her blog. Nonetheless, Audrina found it necessary to seek advice from Miss Montag, who happens to be Lauren’s sworn enemy.
Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have continued their plans for world domination by making significant contributions to three of the world’s most important areas this week: politics, world hunger, and Audrina Patridge.
They also gave a few accidentally priceless quotes, just in case you forgot how stupid they actually are.
Heidi Montag has made no secret of the fact that she supports Republican candidate John McCain for president, but it seems she’s an even bigger fan of his running mate Sarah Palin. “She will do great in the debates — she’s a strong woman and my prayers are with her,” Montag told Pop Tarts on Wednesday at Taco Bell’s Reality Check Challenge. “She has definitely been victimized by the media; it’s very hard for a woman being vice president or president. But I think she is standing strong,” Montag added.
Speaking of prayers, Heidi’s beau Spencer Pratt said he is praying for “The Hills” co-star…. Audrina Patridge, who is experiencing “personal problems” that are too dramatic to even air. “My real prayers go to Audrina; she really needs it at the moment. She is going through a lot, I just wish her and her health all the best,” Spencer said. “Something big is wrong, but it is up to her as to whether she wants to go public with it.”

I’m pretty sure that wasn’t an accidental “Oops, I didn’t realize that by saying I’m praying for her health but I won’t talk about it because it’s her business I’ve pretty much talked about it,” slips. But because he’s Spencer Pratt and thus more notorious for doing whatever he can to create bitchy drama, it could easily be nothing at all. I’m guessing it’s actually some kind of veiled insult, like maybe he told Audrina to get her PMS under control and now he’s decided to call it a health issue to the press. Not that you can tell from looking at a person, but she appears pretty healthy. And I’d trust my cocker spaniel’s medical opinion before Spencer Pratt’s.
So what were Heidi and Spencer doing at Taco Bell? Why fighting world hunger of course.
The reality TV duo downed fast food at a Los Angeles Taco Bell to bring awareness to the World Hunger Relief Movement.
“It’s really important to be here today — world hunger is a bigger issue than people realize. Every six seconds a child dies of world hunger, so that’s a huge cause,” Montag told Tarts. “It kills more people than AIDS and tuberculosis and those diseases put together. We really need to do all we can to help out.”

Wow. I knew a lot of children died of malnutrition or hunger, but I didn’t realize they were actually dying of world hunger. I thought that was a way of describing how this terrible problem affects people around the entire globe; I didn’t realize that world hunger in and of itself could kill. I am not at all mocking the cause, just how stupid, shallow, and empty Heidi Montag is. She’ll do whatever she can for some free press but clearly doesn’t know what the hell she’s talking about. I’m surprised anyone – politician, charity, or just the guy sitting across from these two at Taco Bell – would want Heidi and Spencer associated with their cause.

Roughly a year after their first visit, Heidi and Spencer were back at Taco Bell yesterday to promote the “World Hunger Relief Movement.” The two even got into the spirit by manning the drive through window . . . or as Spencer called it: 2009.

For the second year in a row, reality TV stars Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt joined forces with Taco Bell to help raise awareness in support of World Hunger Relief Movement and The World Food Programme on Thursday (October 2).
The “Hills” co-star couple smilingly posed for photographers as they fed each other tacos in between serving up Taco Bell fare to the store’s customers.
Enjoying a romantic evening out on the town, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were spotted on their way home from dinner at Beverly Hills restaurant Mr. Chow.
Proving that chivalry isn’t dead, Mr. Pratt opened Miss Montag’s car door for her before hopping in and driving off into the night.
