Heather Locklear Charged for September Arrest

Heather Locklear, 47, has finally been charged for the September incident in which she was arrested for driving erratically after a paparazzi tipped off police.

Locklear was found to have been under the influence of prescription medications.

Senior Deputy Attorney Lee Carter confirmed the news.

“Lab tests showed she had no alcohol in her system and no illegal narcotics of any kind. We believe that the prescriptions she was taking could have impaired her ability to drive a motor vehicle safely.”

However, he would not specify the name of the drug or the amount taken.

If convicted on the misdemeanor charge, Locklear faces monetary punishment as well as up to six months in jail.

Her arraignment takes place on January 26th.

No beauty and brains here, folks.

Miss Teen Louisiana, Lindsey Evans, 18, has lost her crown after being arrested for possession of marijuana and failing to pay a restaurant tab on Saturday.

The teen was with a group of friends who had dined at Posados Cafe in Bossier City. Their bill was $46.07.

A manager at the restaurant had no problems identifying the assailants, because the teen beauty queen had left her purse on the table.

To make matters even worse for Evans, when going through her handbag, cops found 2 grams of weed inside.

In a bold move, Evans returned to the restaurant to retrieve her belongings when police recognized her from her I.D.

Evans and her four friends were booked on theft charges, three on drug charges and two on drug paraphernalia charges.

Now, that’s an expensive meal.

After learning of the pageant winner’s arrest on Tuesday, the sponsor of the event yanked her title. She will lose the crown, but still be able to keep her cash prizes.

Evans spoke with TMZ and shrugged the whole thing off like it was nothing.

“I am only human.”

She went on to say that she paid her portion of the tab leaving a “nice, crisp twenty,” even though a city spokesman said earlier she admitted she did not.

A new Miss Teen Louisiana will be selected on November 1st at a Lafayette, Louisiana pageant.

The police report in the Heather Locklear case has been released by the California Highway Patrol and here it is..

“A concerned citizen observed a visibly impaired woman, later identified as Heather Locklear, at a parking lot in Montecito, CA. Ms. Locklear was driving forwards and backwards over a pair of sunglasses and revving her engine. A few moments later, that citizen watched Ms. Locklear drive away. The citizen left the parking lot and came upon Ms. Locklear and her vehicle now stopped within the roadway on east Valley Road, near Live Oaks Road, in Montecito.

The citizen became concerned when Ms. Locklear exited her vehicle and stumbled into the traffic lane. Concerned for Ms. Locklear’s safety, the citizen called 911 and reported the entire incident to CHP Ventura Dispatch.

CHP Dispatch broadcast the situation to officers in the area. Santa Barbara CHP officers responded to the area. Upon arrival, they located Ms. Locklear seated alone in the driver’s seat of her vehicle which was obstructing the traffic lane.

Upon contact Ms. Locklear appeared to be disoriented. After an on scene evaluation a DUI investigation was initiated. Although obvious impairment was exhibited during the tests, alcohol was ruled out as a factor.

Based on the circumstances and Ms. Locklear’s objective symptoms, she was arrested for suspicion of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance.

She was transported to the Santa Barbara CHP office, where she was evaluated by a Drug Recognition Expert, who concluded Ms. Locklear was under the influence of a controlled substance, and could not safely operate a motor vehicle.

A chemical test was obtained and Ms. Locklear was transported a booked into the Santa Barbara County Jail for violation of 23152(a) VC (Driving under the influence) and 11550 (a) H&S (being under the influence of a controlled substance).”

Poor Kim Kardashian…she and her big bum are real sad.

I guess she was booted off DWTS last night - not that I would know, I personally think that is the worst television show ever and refuse to watch that crap. If I have nothing better to do than watch that show - someone kill me.

The big bootied socialite, known for little more than her plump derriere, is totally “inconsolable” after being the latest casualty of the cheesy reality show.

Damn, I bet she was like, “This is my chance to shine! To actually be known as something other than Paris Hilton’s ex-BFF, the girl with the big ol’ ass - or Robert Kardashian’s daughter!”

And she blew it.

Kimmy took to her blog to tell her “fans” how she felt,

“What can I say… I am obviously sad to go. But I am more sad to not be seeing this amazing cast that really has grown so close together. I know I wasn’t the best dancer and I never claimed to be. I have never taken a dance class in my life until now! But WOW what an incredible experience!””

I’m telling you, that ass is holding her down. The anvil in the pants.. heh.

I watched the video [below] and that sister cannot dance! It’s like her partner was the woman and she was the man - in terms of the sexiness exuded onstage. She was rigid as a month long corpse!

You know she is just as exciting in bed. Lying there in a big heap of hotness just waiting for the guy to make magic happen..

Her partner, Mark Ballas, said after the show, “We talked about it, and I imagine it will always be a sad day for her. I just hope that her time on the show was magical for her, and, at the end of the day, I will always be so proud that I was the one holding her hand up there.”

Ryan O’Neal, 67, and son Redmond, 24, were arrested and booked this morning on suspicion of narcotics possession after a probationary police search of their home turned up methamphetamine.

Redmond, son of Farrah Fawcett, was in possession of the drug and a vial was also found in Ryan’s bedroom.

They are being held on $10,000 bail.

The O’Neal family have had numerous drug problems in recent years. Ryan’s daughter, Tatum O’Neal was arrested in NY last June after attempting to buy crack cocaine. In early 2007 Ryan and son Griffin were involved in a physical fight with a fireplace poker being used as a weapon. Griffin reportedly chained up his brother, Redmond, so he would not buy drugs.

What a looney ass family. Ryan O’Neal is one of those people who should never have had children. He and Farrah did so much cocaine during the 80s & 90s that it’s a wonder their children are doing the same.

Kanye West Arrested for Vandalism

Kanye West was arrested at LAX for felony vandalism this morning after unleashing his fury on a cameraman’s equipment.

While at the American Airlines terminal, a photographer was taking photos of the hip hop star, much to Kanye’s displeasure. He confronted the cameraman, then threw his camera to the ground.

Another paps, who works for TMZ, saw the incident playing out and whipped out his video camera to record the chaotic event. When Kanye saw this he became even more enraged. He demanded, “Give me that f**king tape!”

His assistant backed him up and attacked the paparazzo. After a struggle, the assistant smashed the video camera to the ground, breaking it as well.

Police arrested both Kanye and his assistant. They will both be booked shortly.

Eric Carmen, singer of the 80s hits, ‘Hungry Eyes’ and ‘All By Myself”, was charged with driving under the influence and failure to control his vehicle after being arrested last night in Orange, Ohio.

Carmen, 59, was pulled over at approximately 7 P.M. by an officer after he had ran his Range Rover into a fire hydrant.

His blood alcohol level (BAC) was .234, nealry three times the legal limit.

He posted $500 bond following the arrest.

This is Carmen’s second DUI in a year.

Rapper Da Brat was sentenced to three years in prison today for assaulting a woman in a nightclub last Halloween.

Brat, real name Shawntae Harris, hit the woman in that face with a rum bottle, causing permanent damage. She plead guilty to aggravated assault.

Harris was also sentenced to seven years probation and 200 hours of community service.

Her family was in the courtoom and they cried as she was taken away to serve her sentence. She told her family she loved them and they told her the same.

The victim was a waitress at the nightclub. She was hospitalized after the fight and now has a scarred face.

Shia LaBeouf Flips Truck in DUI Accident

Shia LaBeouf, 22, was arrested for drunk driving Saturday morning in Hollywood after causing an accident in which he was injured.

The accident happened in Hollywood at approximately 3 a.m. after LaBeouf made a left turn in front of an oncoming car. He was driving a green Ford F-150 truck, which was hit by the other vehicle, causing his F-150 to flip.

Sergeant Wolf with the LAPD said it was obvious that the Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull star had been drinking. “It was immediately apparent to officers responding on the scene that LaBeouf was intoxicated and he was subsequently placed under arrest.”

Paramedics were called and both Shia and the driver of the other car were taken to the hospital.

LaBeouf was arrested and booked for a misdemeanor DUI. If his victim would have been critically hurt he would have been cited for felony DUI.

He is being treated at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for injuries to his head, left hand and knee. Surgery was needed on his hand.

If you remember, Shia was arrested last November after refusing to leave a Chicago Walgreen’s for being intoxicated.

Shia, you had better clean up your act buddy, you’re on top of the world - why screw it up now?

Jude Law’s receding hairline miraculously disappeared in these new ads for Dior cologne. Ha, what a loser! Once all the chicks in London find out he has a Photoshop artist on his staff, I bet Jude only bangs five random chicks a week instead of his normal ten. Christian Bale’s mother and sister are claiming the Batman actor assaulted them at a hotel in London the night before the European premiere of ‘The Dark Knight’.

His mother Jenny, 61, and sister Sharon, 40, reported the incident to the police on Monday. Authorities decided to not question the actor until after the premiere of the blockbuster movie.

A source told The Sun, “It was a very difficult situation but it would have been wrong to have wrecked the premiere over a complaint which we don’t yet know is founded in truth. But Mr Bale will be contacted at the earliest opportunity and be asked to provide an account of anything that happened.”

A police spokesperson confirmed the reports, “We can confirm we have received allegation from another force in relation to an alleged incident in central London.”

Update from TMZ: Bale turned himself into a London police station this morning (by appointment) and was arrested. It’s merely procedure, and he has not been charged with anything at this point.

Bale once told E! Online, “If everyone really knew what a jerk I am in real life, I wouldn’t be so adored in the slightest.”

The Cops Were Pigs

We told you about Josh Brolin and Jeffrey Wright’s arrest earlier this week in Shreveport, LA where they had just wrapped shooting for the upcoming movie, ‘W’.

New details have emerged about the arrests and from witnesses accounts we have learned that it was the police who were out of control.

Although both Brolin and Wright had attempted to keep the peace with officers, the cops went on a rampage, repeatedly spraying Wright in the face with pepper spray and tasing him - even though he was on the ground on his stomach. Witnesses claim that the officers used very foul language directed at Wright - even calling him ‘n*gger’.

As Brolin tried to calm to officers and make peace he was also sprayed in the face repeatedly with the pepper spray, even though he was simply standing still and not fighting back.

It’s not yet been decided if Brolin, Wright or the other castmates will be charged with interfering with a police officer.

A source said, “The judge is trying to make an example out of her.”

I’m curious as to how, being as she will most likely only serve a few minutes or hours of the 3 days she was sentenced to.

She admitted to “failing to complete [roadside cleanup duty] and enroll in an alcohol education class.”

Josh Brolin Arrested After Bar Fight

Josh Brolin was arrested after he was involved in a bar fight early Saturday morning in Shreveport, LA.

He is there shooting the upcoming film about George W. Bush called, ‘W’.

The fight went down at the Stray Cat Club at around 2 am. Officers were called with a complaint about an unruly patron. As they arrived, Brolin and castmate Jeffrey Wright (he plays Colin Powell in ‘W‘) intercepted the officers.

More officers were called as the situation escalated, and eventually there were 10 officers on the scene.

Brolin, Wright and four others were charged with interfering with police.

Brolin was booked into jail and later posted the $334 bond and was released.

Also arrested were Wright, 42, Evan C. Bates, 26, of Torrance, CA; Cherilyn Young, 36, of Austin, TX; Amy Draughn, 33; and Ismael Martinez, 28, of El Paso, TX.

Bates, Martinez and Young also were booked into jail and charged with interfering with officers.

But Eric Felland, 29, of Hollywood, CA, didn’t get off so good. He must have been the rowdy bastard who started the whole ordeal. You can probably bet he’s the dumbass with the gash on his forehead.

Felland, a lighting technician, was charged with entering and remaining, resisting arrest and public intoxication. His bond was set at $752.

Naomi Campbell has been formally charged for her incident on a British Airways flight last month.

Campbell threw a fit after learning her luggage would not make the same flight that she was on so she screamed and cursed at staff, spit on a responding officer and caused the flight to be delayed for an hour and a half. Sheesh, I would hope the bitch is getting prosecuted!

She is being charged with three counts of assaulting a constable, one of disorderly conduct likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress and one of using threatening or abusive words or behavior to cabin crew. She is to appear in court on June 20th. If convicted she faces up to six months in prison and a hefty fine.

Her attorney released the following statement:

“Miss Campbell is bitterly disappointed that the prosecutors have advised her she is to be prosecuted for various offenses. She respects that decision and she hopes this matter is dealt with expeditiously.”

This is only one of the numerous abusive incidents involving Campbell, whom I would guess still has a raging cocaine problem. DUH!

Last year she was ordered to mop floors in a warehouse for five days after hitting an assistant with her cell phone. Afterwards, she claimed the punishment had changed her and that she had given up coke. She said, “I’m not proud of what I did, but it’s something I definitely learned from. Now I have to get on with my life, keep working on my problems and go to meetings every day.”

Talking out her ass, saying what the media wants to hear. We know how sincere she was. Look at her now.

I still doubt she’ll do any time, but my fingers are crossed.

The two were seen getting cozy in the VIP section of 195, a nightclub in Essex near Rod Stewart’s mansion.

The woman who took the pics says Jude was not happy about being photographed getting hot and heavy with Rod Stewart’s daughter and tried to delete the images from the camera.

Jude Law and Kimberly Stewart were seen getting intimate together at a Nightclub in Epping, Essex this past Saturday.
The actor took Kimberly, daughter of rocker Rod Stewart who lives around the corner from the nightclub, to the bar at around midnight and bought her the first of three £170 bottles of pink champagne. They were later seen kissing passionately in the VIP area. It surprised a lot of the patrons who weren’t at all used to seeing A-list celebs at the nightclub.

One clubber told The UK Sun: “We were given wristbands for the VIP lounge expecting to bump into Jodie Marsh and maybe Michael Greco from EastEnders.

Jude Law Wants Peace

Jude Law is among the celebrities taking part in Jeremy Gilley's documentary The Day After Peace. The documentary follows the course of Gilley's efforts to establish a day of non-violence. Law is joined by Eli Stone's Jonny Lee Miller (Angelina's ex) and David Beckham in the project.

Law journeyed with Gilley to Afghanistan on Sept 21 of last year to promote the UN's annual Peace Day.

"My overall impression of this country is one of great hope," Law told the BBC about his trip.

Here's Jude with documentarian Gilley. He's looking very suave-casual and making me forget about the Cliff Huxtable's gay brother's sweater he was sportin' last week.

Christ, combine the rapid hair loss with that sweater that Loni Anderson wore on one episode of WKRP and you've got one Birdcage-looking actor! Jude Law is being called out for supposedly using a body double for a kissing scene in Alfie. While weird, I'm not sure if it's that crucial. I would say it was probably to avoid Sienna Miller's mouth but he did end up dating her.

BBC3 is filming a documentary about celebrity stand-ins, and it will reportedly feature an interview with a man who stood in to kiss for Jude Law while filming Alfie. Uh, ok. Jude's rep says that it's in his contract that he doesn't use body doubles.

'We can't understand it. We don't know who this man is or where they found him, but Jude never uses body doubles and it is expressly forbidden in his contracts. The only possibility is that he played the back of his head at a time when they needed to reshoot and Jude was on the other side of the world, but certainly nothing more than that," his spokesdude says.

Jude's people are supposedly looking into this and it could possibly affect the production company's documentary. Isn't there a war on? Isn't there a new Joss Whedon show coming out WITH Eliza Dushku? Can't I not find appropriate lodgings for Bear Week in P-town? There are way more important things to worry about, Jude Law minion!

Jurors 'Uncomfortable' With R. Kelly [Law & Order]

Rkelly Poor R. Kelly. All the R & B singer did was maybe videotape himself having sex with a peeing on the face of a girl as young as 13 and now he faces 15 years in prison. Well, Mr. Kelly met his prospective jury this week and it did not go well. "Some of the potential jurors looked uncomfortable, and at least a few placed their hands over their eyes as the judge read some of the more graphic sections of the indictments, said Verna Sadock, a sketch artist who was in the room."

"Before jury selection began Friday, [Circuit Judge Vincent] Gaughan denied a defense motion to again postpone the trial because of intense publicity surrounding the case, appearing to accept arguments from the prosecution that jury selection could weed out any tainted jurors.

"But defense attorney Marc Martin said the jury pool had been 'irrevocably poisoned' by a front-page story in Friday's Chicago Sun-Times that cited unnamed sources talking about a potential witness.

"Many of the potential jurors would have read the article on the way to the courthouse, Martin said. 'There is no escaping the fact that the Sun-Times will be in every news box in Cook County,' said Martin, adding that the contents of the story were also broadcast on TV and radio stations. 'I heard it when I was putting on my tie this morning.'

"'Somebody out there is trying to sabotage Mr. Kelly's right to a fair trial,' Martin said. As he arrived at the courthouse Friday morning, Kelly didn't acknowledge the crowd outside as he walked through a special entrance. One raucous onlooker shouted 'I love you'; another shouted 'R. Gary Dourdan issued a statement via email to Access Hollywood regarding his arrest for drug possession in Palm Springs a few days ago, but after it was printed his rep denied that it was meant for publication.

His rep is also claiming that it wasn’t an email sent to Access Hollywood, but instead a personal text message sent to a friend.

The statement was a little weird. It’s almost as though he wrote it while he was toasted.

“Obviously I certainly wish I hadn’t been responsible for so many people getting to the festival’s VIP area. And the after party, it ran me ragged, but I’m glad pulling over did prevent a DUI. I recommend not driving at all, but a little kip (nap) is always good (on either side of the road LOL).”

Dourdan goes on to say that the drugs found in his vehicle during the search were not his.

“I am blessed that the Sgt. realized that the luggage carrying whatever they found was not mine and that my tests have been coming back negative. I’ve been happy to cooperate in any way to clear myself and go on with my blessed life.”

Dourdan continues, really laying it on thick..

“I am so sorry to all my fans, especially the young ones, like Taylor Swift, who I should’ve been supporting with my daughter instead of driving tired in the desert. I am planning events to get the word out that you don’t need a bunch of nasty chemicals to have a good time. Just good friends, family, good music and a good honest spirit full of faith.”

Typical of celebrities to say this sort of thing, or anyone caught with drugs for that matter, so I totally don’t buy it. Remember Lindsay Lohan saying that she was wearing someone else’s pants after cocaine was found in them? Heh.

Peaches Geldof Filmed Scoring Blow?

Peaches Geldof, 19, is set to be questioned by police after footage of her buying drugs was found during a search of a drug dealers home.

The home of Jonny Blagrove, dealer to numerous celebrities in London, was searched during a Scotland Yard investigation and during the search they found a PC memory stick with footage of Peaches buying drugs from Blagrove. Also found was footage of Amy Winehouse.

The recording of Bob Geldof’s daughter had been deleted but police recovered the evidence. In the footage Peaches is seen holding £140 - and Blagrove tells her it’s going to cost her £190. She agrees and then says, “I’m going to need Valium tomorrow after this.” Although it’s not known what exactly she purchased, you can guess it’s most likely coke.

Peaches mother mother, Paula Yates, died at the age of 40 from a heroin overdose in 2000.

Peaches has said in the past that she does not use drugs, although she added that her friends do. I always love it when kids say that. How many non crackheads do you know that hang out with crackheads? Exactly.

Peaches will be formally interviewed but it is knot known if she will be arrested. A police source said, “The priority of the investigation is to nail the people who are supplying the drugs.”

Also found on that same memory stick was more footage of Amy Winehouse smoking crack. Blagrove was the one who apparently filmed Winehouse smoking the drug last January and over two hours of additional footage was discovered.

R. Kelly Actually Going to Stand Trial [Law & Order]

Kells Remember that whole thing six years ago with R. Kelly where this happened? "The [Chicago] Sun-Times reported it had received a 27-minute video of Kelly having sex with various women, and most troubling, the paper said, one scene appeared to show Kelly having sex with an underage girl and urinating on her face." [MTV] But then nothing much happened and people still bought his CDs and went to his concerts and all? Well, his trial finally starts this week and things are looking downright shitty for the singer.

"Troubled R+B star R.Kelly has been hit with another setback in his underage sex case - a new witness is set to testify she had sex with the star and an underage girl. The 'I Believe I Can Fly' hitmaker is currently awaiting trial on 14 counts of child pornography, with proceedings due to start in May (08).

"Kelly is accused of filming himself having sex with an underage girl, who is believed to have been 13 or 14 at the time of the assault.

"But reports now claim a new witness has come forward to testify against the star, claiming she enjoyed a threesome with the singer and the teenager at the centre of the case.

Hottie Megan Fox was banned from shopping at Walmart in her hometown after the actress was caught shoplifting as a teenager.

Fox, 21, was caught red handed stealing makeup from a Florida Wal-Mart before her rise to stardom and the incident caused to her to be banned from the retail chain.

A friend of Megan’s said, “Megan was quite a rebel growing up. She thought she could get away with anything, and definitely had sticky fingers. She would pocket things like candy and gum from convenience stores, but Megan’s shoplifting days were quickly put to an end when she got busted for heisting a $7 tube of lip-gloss from Wal-Mart.”

“At first, Megan denied it. Even after they told her they caught her on surveillance video, Megan still tried talking her way out of it. But when they threatened to call the police, Megan broke down in tears and confessed.”

Fox’s publicist refused to confirm or deny the reports.
