Think the former Singled Out host is still a MILF?
Uh, YEAH! Heck, she's only 36!
Jenny McCarthy says she has helped her son, Evan, recover from autism, despite criticism from the American Academy of Pediatrics.
The actress - who believes the MMR vaccine (measles, mumps and rubella) was to blame for her son’s diagnosis - says a strict no wheat-and-dairy-free diet has changed her son from a quiet little boy who used to flail his arms around to a loving six-year-old. McCarthy tells Us Weekly in their new issue:
“Before the vaccination, he was huggy, lovey, snuggly. Then it was like someone came down and stole him.”
McCarthy, 36, remembers when Evan began to come out of his shell while watching a SpongeBob episode. “I heard Evan laugh…I jumped on the bed and started screaming.”
She adds, “When he finally hugged me, I prayed, ‘Please God don’t let this be the only time.’”
McCarthy has become an outspoken advocate for autism awareness, has avoided one controversial critic: Denis Leary, who blamed “inattentive mothers” for autism in his new book, Why We Suck: A Feel-Good Guide to Staying Fat, Loud, Lazy and Stupid. (He later said his words were taken out of context).
I am not to sure about the message Jenny is sending in terms of scaring people from having their children vaccinated. I know she totally believes in her heart they were the root of her sons problems, but vaccines save so many lives you don’t necessarily want to throw the baby out with the bathwater so to speak. I am though a strong advocate of alternative medicines and not taking everything the medical community espouses as gospel. I do think it’s very interesting that Jenny’s boy has been helped by what I am pretty sure is a form of the Specific Carbohydrate Diet (SCD). I have used the diet myself for IBD and so have many others to great benefit, even though most doctors I have spoken to don’t seem to get it’s value. I have heard of many parents using a similar diet to help their autistic children as well. I hope Jenny’s sons’ remarkable turnaround (let’s not use the word cure) helps get the word out.
Jenny McCarthy is no doubt going to cause quite a commotion with her Us Weekly cover that claims she’s found a cure for Autism. Jenny insists that the MMR vaccine is what caused her son’s Autism and she feels sure that the strict wheat-free and dairy free diet she put Evan on is what cured him.

Jenny’s claims that diet and nutrition can cure this awful disease is receiving criticism from the American Academy of Pediatrics…but whatever…her kid is ok now so she did something right. Jenny has been an outspoken advocate in the fight against the disease and even reached out to John McCain when she found out that he also believes vaccines are to blame. “I got on a helicopter [to meet him for] an on-camera interview. By the time I got there, the campaign manager said, ‘He’s ahead in the polls, and this is too controversial, and he doesn’t want to go one way or the next.’”
Not cool John McCain.
Jenny McCarthy gets Rickrolled
A few weeks ago, Jenny McCarthy hosted a live webcast on Oprah’s website. McCarthy, the spokesperson for the organization “Talk About Curing Autism” (TACA), was there to take questions about the disorder as well as her experiences in raising an autistic child (her son Evan was diagnosed in 2005). Anyways, some dude totally punked her:
McCarthy [reading the question]: “Amanda from Massachusetts. ‘I am a single mother. My son was diagnosed with autism when he was three and I’d love to take care of him with the best of my abilities. I was wondering if you have any tips on how I can never give up on him and never let him down. At one point I even considered deserting him.’ Wow. Wow. Wow.”
Yes, those are the lyrics from Rick Astley’s 1987 hit “Never Gonna Give You Up.” And, yes, Amanda from Massachusetts, you’re definitely gonna burn in hell. Save me a spot!

Jenny McCarthy bikini pics! (Malibu - 8/11)
It amazes me how hot Jenny McCarthy still is. She’s well past a woman’s peak hotness age of 18 to 18-and-a-half, yet she still looks incredible. Jim Carrey must break down giggling like a schoolboy every time he sees her naked. I don’t know if it’s technically possible to high-five your penis but I’m sure Jim’s found a way.

Andrew McCarthyarrived on the Greenpoint Avenue set of Lipstick Jungleyesterday in Brooklyn. In the scene, he enters into Victory’s (Lindsay Price) boutique with a new piece of arm candy at his side. Maybe it’s just us, but this leggy model looks a lot like Lisa Kudrow in the face. We know it isn’t her (not even close), but we certainly detect a resemblance. We’re excited to see the new season of the show; and with Andrew’s new girl at his side, Victory’s response should be priceless. This is looking like a sure-fire hit.

It’s always cute to see a girl sporting her man’s clothes, but the reverse situation can be a little creepy, as evidenced by Jim Carrey and Jenny McCarthy’s switch-up yesterday.
The “Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind” funnyman and his longtime blonde babe girlfriend were spotted strolling along the Malibu beach on the Fourth of July looking very much in love.
And by IT we mean a sense of humor! Jenny McCarthy and her long-time beau Jim Carrey gave us some gorgeous shots yesterday in Malibu, California. Jim though, decided that that wasn’t enough! The two disappeared into the house for a bit, and then reappeared with Jim sporting Jenny’s bikini. Hm, is this a good look for him, y’think? The couple looked like they were having a nice afternoon, holding hands and enjoying each other’s company. We love it when A-listers don’t take themselves too serious. After all, its called ENTERTAINMENT for a reason.

Jim Carrey and Jenny McCarthy, accompanied by Jenny’s autistic son Evan Asher (above), were on Capitol Hill in Washington, Wednesday, at a rally calling for the elimination of toxins from children’s vaccines. Wearing shirts that read “Green Our Vaccines,” the pair held pictures of Evan as well. McCarthy, who has written a book about her experience raising an autistic son, has long believed his childhood immunizations triggered his condition. Jenny McCarthy and Jim Carrey led the “Green Our Vaccines” march, rally and press conference at the Capitol Building, West Capitol Grounds in Washington D.C. on Wednesday (June 4).
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. joined the couple as the keynote speaker at an event aimed at “battling to eliminate toxins from children’s vaccines and to encourage national health agencies to reassess mandatory vaccine schedules.”
Jim Carrey and girlfriend Jenny McCarthy led a rally today in Washington, D.C. to urge the government to eliminate toxins from children's vaccines. The "Green Our Vaccine" rally took place today in front of the Captiol building.
Carrey and McCarthy appeared on Good Morning America this morning, where Diane Sawyer interviewed them about how they're not against vaccines per se. They're actually trying to get mercury and other chemicals taken out of them. One theory is that mercury and other chemicals in childhood vaccinations is what causes autism.
Click here for a pretty interesting clip about Jenny and her autistic son Evan, and how Jim Carrey has helped them out. I have to say, for a bawdy and goofy lass like Jenny, she seems to really know her topic.
This post has been less than snarky, but I am capable of seriousness sometimes! Damn!
Plus, the cause is near and dear to my icy little heart. So if you have a sec, click on this link and check out how you can help in the fight against autism.

Not surprisingly, she’s single
See all those autographs? They’re actually tattoos. The woman’s name is Marissa Burech. She gets celebrities to autograph her arm (latest celeb: Jenny McCarthy outside the CNN studios on Wednesday) and then tattoos over them. Wow. That’s pretty neat. It totally beats my hobby of having friends.

The stars were out this weekend for the premiere of the new animated children’s film Horton Hears a Who, based on the 1954 Dr. Seuss book of the same name. Abortion protesters crashed the premiere at Westwood Village Theater on Saturday, with the justification that the film and book’s motto “a person is a person, no matter how small” can also be used as a statement against abortion. Dr. Seuss was personally against the abortion activists appropriating his phrase for their cause, and he threatened to sue over it before he died in 1991. In 2001, his widow did sue an abortion group for using her husband’s writing without his permission.
Judging from these photos, the protestors were contained and kept away from the little guests at the film, and the premiere went on as scheduled.
Carrey stars as the voice of the elephant Horton, who discovers a planet in a small speck of dust and works to protect its tiny inhabitants. It also stars Steve Carell, Carol Burnett, and Will Arnett.
Here’s the trailer:
Horton Hears a Who is out in US theaters on March 14, and is refreshingly out in the rest of Europe around the same time. It is getting good reviews, and since it’s a kids’ film it’s sure to be a hit.
Thanks to PRPhotos for these pictures, which also include Jenny McCarthy and her son, Evan, who will be 6 in May, Brooke Shields, her husband Chris Henchy and their daughters Rowan, who will be 4 in May, and Grier, 23 months. Also shown are Carol Burnett and what look like her surly grandchildren, Jamie Pressly and her fiance, DJ Eric Calvo, Joely Fisher and her daughter True, 25 months, Ray Liotta and his daughter Karsen, 9, and friend, Jesse McCartney and his brother Timothy McCartney, The American Idol Finalists, Steve Carell, Will Artnett, and Jim Carrey’s 20 year-old daughter, Jane, showing off her Canada tattoo.
Jenny McCarthy’s five-year-old son Evan is autistic, and Jenny has been a vocal advocate for all sorts of alternative autism treatments. Though to be fair, there is such a wide range in the autism spectrum and so much is still unknown about it that there aren’t exactly many conventional treatments at this point. Most things are experimental and work for some kids and not others. Jenny recently spoke about the benefits of treating autism with diet and vitamins, and urged the medical community to at least consider it.
McCarthy, whose five-year-old son Evan suffers from the disorder, travels around America giving talks about the alleged benefits of natural medicines. But the blonde, who is dating Jim Carrey, wishes doctors would acknowledge how diets and vitamins can be used to treat autism.
She says, “I’ve been speaking to moms across the country who are all shouting out the same thing: ‘This (diet and supplement intake) is working. It’s so heartbreaking to see the medical community not support something called diet and vitamins. And it pains us, city after city after city. I see this heartbreak on these mom’s faces. Autism isn’t covered by (medical) insurance. If things like diets and supplements are working, then why not support it? These kids are getting better and I will not shut up and will not stop fighting about it.”

Jenny has gotten a lot of flack for her techniques and her beliefs, especially from the rest of the world that doesn’t have to deal with autism. They’re definitely unconventional, but if nothing else it speaks to the desperation a mother must feel in trying to heal her son. She was open-minded and willing to try anything. In October, Dr. David Feinberg, chief executive officer of the UCLA Hospital System, called McCarthy his hero for all the work she’s done related to autism. She travels around the country speaking to audiences about her experiences with it, and has written a bestselling book. She is, however, associated with a group called Indigo Moms that believe their kids have special abilities and auras that’s pretty hooky, and it brings her credibility down a few notches. Either way, she’s still making headlines, bringing a lot of attention to autism, and raising a ton of money for research, which can only be a good thing.

I'm a sucker for clever uses of animal print and I have to say that I think Jenny McCarthy is looking ab-fab here at the 'Best Damn Super Bowl Party Period." Ludacris and 50 Cent were there to perform and for a moment in one of these pictures Paris Hilton looks like she's stopping over to say hey to the half-dollar rapper. She's probably telling him very politely that despite what he may have heard, she actually has an enormous amount of respect for black people.

NOTE: I’m out of town on a “working vacation” from Monday to Wednesday of this week. I’m using these three days to catch up on the hundreds of bikini pics I never got around to posting this summer. Masturbation jokes will resume on Thursday at approximately 7:30 A.M. Pacific Standard Time.
Although she’s had a baby and turned 34 earlier this year, Jenny McCarthy is no worse for the wear. The former Singled Out hostess was looking fine on the beach in Hawaii earlier this week.
Apparently, Jenny is vacationing with her beau actor Jim Carrey in the tropical state. The former Playboy Playmate seems to have taken her cues from Victoria “Posh Spice” Beckham and Katie Holmes in the haircut department.
