I guess the fact that Gwyneth Paltrow attended the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show last weekend instead of spending time with her husband Chris Martin means her marriage is in trouble. Works for me. From the New York Post:
Is Gwyneth Paltrow heading down the same marital path as her pal Madonna? Paltrow raised eyebrows last weekend when she went to the Victoria’s Secret fashion show at the reopened Fontainebleau hotel in Miami Beach instead of flying to see her rocker husband, Chris Martin, on tour with Coldplay.
One insider said, “Gwyneth flew down privately at the behest of [Fontainebleau Resorts owner] Jeff Soffer.” Paltrow and Soffer - a billionaire bachelor who’s regarded as Miami royalty - have become very good friends recently, insiders added.
Reports that Martin and Paltrow have been on the rocks for months have circulated in the press as they’ve refused to be photographed together. One wag snipes, “She spent the summer filming a TV show in Spain with Mario Batali and now, instead of hanging out with her husband, she goes to a Victoria’s Secret show? Really? Gwyneth doesn’t have anything to do with Victoria’s Secret. If things were so great with Chris, why wouldn’t she be with him?” (Source)
Is anyone surprised by this story? Gwenyth can’t possibly be expected to stay with someone who isn’t up to her standards. As was deftly pointed out in an American cinematic masterpiece,* it is common knowledge that Gwyneth Paltrow “suffers from high self-esteem.” The bottom line is this: if Gwenyth is ever going to find a partner that she actually thinks is good enough for her, she’s only got one option — date a mirror.

Gwyneth Paltrow is back on apparently good graces with PETA after the anti-fur group lashed out at the actress for wearing a fox stole in a Tod’s ad. In August, the group released a statement that said: “Gwyneth Paltrow won’t be the apple of her daughter’s eye if she continues to flaunt fur.”
The actress came under fire from PETA and animal rights campaigners after she appeared in Italian designer Tod’s advertising campaign draped in fox fur and wearing fur-lined boots. A spokesperson said at the time that they had wrote to the star many times about the treatment of animals used for fur, but their contact had been rebuffed.
But the 35-year-old, who has previously won praise for her and husband Chris Martin’s green credentials, made amends for her fashion faux pas by telling PETA vice president Dan Mathews she didn’t realised the fur was real. Mathews tells Usweekly.com the star approached him at the Fontainebleau Hotel opening party in Miami, Florida at the weekend to give her side of the story.
He reveals, “(Paltrow said), That was awkward, and I’m glad you asked, because I do not wear fur at all.
“It was a daylong photo shoot on a boat near Capri, and there were all sorts of poses with all kinds of clothes - none with fur. During one set-up, a stylist came up from behind and draped a stole around my shoulder.
“I didn’t pay much attention to it, and when I noticed it was fur, I assumed it was fake fur, but did not ask, so it’s my fault. I know it’s not a great excuse, but I hope you and your members understand.”
(Kate Winslet recently found herself in a similar situation, when she appeared in Vanity Fair posing on a fur rug she thought was faux. The magazine later apologized.)
Paltrow, says she and her husband Chris Martin, plus kids Apple and Moses, mostly skip meat, told Mathews that she thinks people should focus on vegetarianism more than fur.
“We know it’s the best diet for us and our kids, and of course, for animals and the environment,” Paltrow said.

After the anti-fur group PETA lashed out at Gwyneth Paltrow for wearing a fox stole in a Tod’s ad, the actress is back on good terms after mending things up with the activist agency.
Following the incident, Dan Mathews, the senior vice president of PETA, talked with the star in Miami over the weekend at the Fontainbleau Hotel. The group had previously released a statement last August that read: “Gwyneth Paltrow won’t be the apple of her daughter’s eye if she continues to flaunt fur.”

This story is proof positive that Madonna’s on the juice. She’s showing the three classic symptoms of users: 1. Her muscles have become unusually large, 2. She explodes randomly in “Roid-Rage,” and 3. Her testicles have begun to shrink. Of course, the fact that she’s sleeping with A-Rod (an accused steroid user) doesn’t help her case . . . or prove she’s female.

here was a story few days ago that lonely Madonna was “begging” her friend Gwyneth Paltrow to move to NY to spend time with her. They could swap 700 calorie a day diet tips and work out for two hours a day together with their scamming trainer. Gwyneth is busy with work, but it’s not she has to stay in London for the sake of her husband and can’t bring her kids with her to New York. Their dad, Chris Martin, has been away from home touring with his band Coldplay since the summer.
Gwyneth told the press in late October that she was supporting Madonna during her divorce. Her comments were vague and noncommittal but spoke to their deep bond over a shared body image obsession. She said, “She’s a dear friend, and I’m supporting her in all [the] ways that I can. I’m just here on the other end of the phone, really. I speak to her a lot.”
According to the National Enquirer, Madonna’s wasn’t happy with Paltrow’s comments and told her she better shut if if she wants to stay in her temperamental.
Madge slapped Gwyneth with a gag order after her Oscar-winning pal went dishing to the press about how she’s been “helping Madonna through her divorce.”
The public declaration left Madonna furious.
“If you want to help me and be supportive of me, then keep your mouth SHUT! Say nothing about me or my divorce,” the tense Material Girl has warned her friend.

You can see Madonna fuming at Gwyneth for daring to talk about her divorce even in general terms. Gwyneth gets all pouty and whines that she’s just trying to help. These two only recently worked out a truce over the fact that Gwyneth won’t give a large chunk of her cash to Kabbalah in exchange for faux enlightenment. Madonna likely considers Gwyneth spiritually challenged and is just barely tolerating her. She won’t stand for any comments about her divorce that she doesn’t pre-approve.

Gwyn thinks it’s going to be devastating for the couples three children when they divorce. It’s very sweet that Gwyneth stepped in to try to stop her crazy friend from throwing away eight years of marriage.
A source told MailOnline: ‘Gwyneth begged Madonna all summer not to be an idiot and let this marriage fall apart. But Madonna can be very hard-headed and treats Gwyneth like a younger sister. If Madonna goes through with a divorce it’s going to break Gwyneth’s heart and affect their friendship permanently.’

Batali and Paltrow were shooting scenes for their new Spanish food and travel show Spain… On The Road Again when the masterchef pulled over to pick up a stranded tourist, on a remote Spanish road under protest from his passenger.
It was a total setup and the supposed stranded tourist turned out to be R.E.M. star Michael Stipe.
Batali says, “Gwyneth was really nervous but it was just our friend Michael Stipe - I had invited him (along) to surprise her. We got her good.”

I used to work as web designer and one of the main things I would tell clients is that they need to have content before launching a site. It’s not something I came up with - it’s a cardinal rule of web design. It makes you look unprofessional when you launch a site and have missing sections or areas that all point to the same thing. You get clients who think you can’t deliver, and may have people watching the site to see when you finally update it. It’s even worse if you’re a celebrity and think people will lap up your pearls of wisdom and visit your crappy flat site again to hear your latest theories about how to live life at a level of luxury and leisure most of the world will never experience.
Paltrow appeared on Oprah last week to publicize her new PBS show, during which she aired footage of a workout session with the trainer she shares with Madonna, Tracy Anderson. Anderson has a history of abandoning health club businesses, and left a Fishers, Indiana pilates studio owing hundreds of clients tens of thousands for pre-paid training and pilates lessons. There are two very interesting threads over at Gabsmash in which former clients of Anderson’s now-bankrupt Indiana studio say she made overblown claims about her fitness program which just weren’t true, and that she still owes them significant amounts of money. Several people also say she’s a compulsive liar and told them she was in the Broadway show Cats, was the pink Power Ranger, and that she was in the film Pearl Harbor.
Gwyneth may know how to live life to the fullest on her millionaire salary with several homes and a full staff, but she’s not a great judge of character. Maybe people who are full of shit just stick together.

Gwyneth Paltrow is a younger/hipper/newer/greener Martha Stewart. (I know Rachel Ray or Katie Brown would be closer in age and make more sense…but Gwyn could never been compared to glutinous Rachel Ray and Katie Brown is just too freakin’ perky)
Gwyneth’s new website, GOOP, is the latest brand expansion in a recent Paltrow-blitz on the public. Now in addition to her PBS culinary show with Mario Batali, Spain…On the Road Again, and her collaboration with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson on a series of fitness DVD’s, you can get life coaching from Gwyn on line.

Simply striking, as always, Gwyneth Paltrow attended the launch party for “Spain...On The Road Again” at the Queen Sofia Spanish Institute in New York City on Sunday evening (September 21).
Looking as if everything in life is going as well as could be hoped for, Gwyneth recently revealed that things haven’t always been at their best - as she kicked post-partum depression with the help of exercise and Madonna.

...and I'm very surprised with some of their choices! Of course Charlize Theron, Anne Hathaway, Michelle Obama and Gwyneth Paltrow belong on the list, but Sarah Jessica Parker and Rihanna? SJP looks great on the red carpet, but when it comes to keeping it casual, she doesn't really know
what she's doing. As for Rihanna, I think she's superhot and I love her street style, but her red carpet outfits could definitely use
some improvement. And by some improvement, I mean hiring a new stylist.
Heidi Klum and Eva Mendes also made the list, and while I think they deserve it, they need to step it up a bit. Heidi could wear a paper bag and still look hot, but her style is a bit on the safe side, so I'd like to see her wear more lace and ruffles and glam up her
street clothes. Though Eva doesn't always get it right, 9 out of 10 times I want to steal her
outfits, so I'll forget about some of her red carpet
disasters.
Fergie and Kate Hudson also made the list, and while they generally look great, there is nothing fierce about their style. The fact that they made the list and NOT
Jennifer Lopez and Victoria Beckham is a bit weird, don't you think?

Oscar-winning actress and mother of two Gwyneth Paltrow sat down with Oprah and chatted about her fitness routine, dieting and her struggle with postpartum depression.
On how she keeps her fabulous figure:
"I just cannot diet. I think maybe it's the idea that you can't have something...I just can't do it. It's worth it to me to do that extra exercise so I can eat what I want and not think about it."
On postpartum depression:
"It was very strange, because I wasn't expecting it at all...After I had Apple, I would characterize it as post natal euphoria. I was on cloud nine, I was in a bubble and then when I had him I didn't feel ok, I didn't feel right...[Moses] came out and I thought 'it's really strange, it's not the same, what's wrong with me?' I went down a slippery slope with it...It was about six months until I felt completely normal again. I didn't realize what was wrong with me."
On how BFF Madonna helped her through the tough times:
"She's given me a lot of great advice, she really helped me out of my post natal depression. She is one of the most caring women and also a very tough woman...She's very wise and has a very soft, soft side."

She headed home early from husband Guy Ritchie’s 40th birthday bash last night, and Madonna showed the reason for her much-needed beauty sleep as she spent Thursday evening (September 11) rocking Wembley Stadium during a star-studded concert.
The 50-year-old queen of pop took the stage in a white silk top hat, high cut leotard, fishnets and leather stiletto boots - delivering many of her greatest hits as part of the ongoing “Sticky and Sweet” tour.

As usual, PETA tries their best to be up the ass of America’s ordinary meat eaters and wearers. After posing with a fur coat to promote Tod’s autumn and winter collection, PETA have become outraged and are trying to start a flame war with the lovely actress.
“Gwyneth Paltrow won’t be the apple of her daughter’s eye if she flaunts the skins of once-beautiful animals,” says a PETA spokesperson in a statement sent to E! News. “Promoting an industry that electrocutes animals, snaps their necks, and skins them alive is a shocking example to set for a young child.”
Screw you, PETA. What you probably don’t realize is that this is the perfect example to teach her bratty child. More than likely, she prances around the house wearing fur coats, and when she sees her daughter she makes sure she goddamn knows that if she steps out of line, she’s going to be the next one skinned alive. Gwyneth should send them a video tape of her ripping out the heart of a Siberian tiger and then eating it raw. That would show them what she thinks about their bitching and moaning.

With her straight locks blowing in the wind, the Oscar-winning “Shakespeare In Love” actress gave a glance at the paparazzi before hopping into her ride with a few purchases in hand.

Coldplay were the musical guests on The Tonight Show last night and they performed their hit Viva La Vida for air, but afterwards they did a performance of Lost just for the net and I am glad so glad I found it. Make sure to watch it all the way through to see Chris Martin’s aka Mr Gwyneth Paltrow boo boo, total classic response to it! Good thing this was the only-on-the-net version!!!

While her hubby Chris Martin is off touring for his band Coldplay’s new album “Viva La Vida”, Gwyneth Paltrow is busying herself with her own agenda of swanky industry events.
The “Shakespeare in Love” actress was spotted leaving the Waverly Inn after attending the afterparty for the launch of Estee Lauder’s Sensuous fragrance over at Bloomingdales where she played the role of spokesmodel.

Is this the most “sensational” story this book has to offer? Considering who the main character is, you think there’d be more stories of gangbangs, bestiality, and bestiality gangbangs. The only thing shocking about Madonna kissing Gwenyth is that she wasn’t immediately rushed to the ICU. Kissing Madonna is a lot like when the Prince kissed Snow White — only in reverse.
