Believe it or not, we’ve come to the end of yet another season of “The Hills.” And with the fourth season slightly visible on the horizon (new episodes begin airing in August) the girls (and guys) had a little shindig to commemorate the close of Season Three.
It all went down at a private mansion in Beverly Hills, California and probably the most shocking part of the night was the absence of media whores Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag (although, according to an inside source, they weren’t invited- ouch!).

Multi-award-winning R&B recording artist, Usher has been lined up to star in a Broadway revival of classical play Golden Boy according to Michael Riedel of the New York Post. The singer showed his chops on the New York stage playing Billy Flynn in the play Chicago in 2006, and he is now in talks to take on the role made famous by Sammy Davis Jr. in the 1960s. Based on Clifford Odets’classic play, Golden Boy is a musical about a pianist who quits music to become a boxer.
Composer Charles Strouse tells the New York Post, “I can’t tell you the contract have been signed yet, but Usher’s interest in the show is real. He’s a rare talent. He moves so well, and he’s a terrific singer. I would be the most flattered guy in the world if he does the show.”
The original musical, directed by Arthur Penn, was nominated for four Tony Awards, including Best Musical, Best Choreography by Donald McKayle, Best Producer (Hillard Elkins) and Sammy Davis, Jr.’s nomination as Best Actor in a Musical.
