Rumors circulated earlier this week that Pete Deherty died from a drug overdose before he did a gig and then he was revived by EMTs and went on to do the show. Well Pete is setting the record straight with MTV UK.
On the claim by the media that Pete nearly died earlier in the week due to an overdose…
Pete Doherty: 'I know that was absolute rubbish, I was in Austria, I mean between me and you like, it would’ve been lovely to have enough stuff but there was nothing about, to be honest it was a really clean week and it was complete rubbish.'
Better luck next rumor on his demise.

One of Pete Doherty's cat passed away yesterday according to NME. He was late for a gig (he still gets them?) and told the crowd.
"Sorry I'm late. But considering I've had to bury one of my cats at the roadside I've done pretty well to be here."
Before Doherty arrived at the venue an announcement had been made that the singer was "en route" and that "his kittens had gone crazy". When he did arrive, the Babyshambles man was carrying one of his cats in a pet transporter. The feline watched the show from the back of the stage.
What does that mean that he had to bury his cat at the roadside? I don't want to know what killed that poor cat. Since in the past his cats have tested positive for drugs and he admitted that he got clean after a raising a shovel to one of his cats and was about to smush it.
While I never would wish death on any animal, I think in this case it was almost humane that it is no longer with him and us.

Pete Doherty filmed Amy Winehouse around animals. I have no idea what they were saying or doing, but that video horrified me. Seriously why is he able to keep or be around animals after he confessed to almost killing his cat with a shove and giving drugs to another.
This video is more proof that they are the Sid and Nancy for the new millennium, let’s hope they have a better ending.
UPDATE: Here is the two of them playing with the baby mice with their dirty fingers. G-d knows what is on their fingers and when was the last time they were watched. I doubt those babies will survive that and them.

Amy Winehouse and Pete Doherty are so gross together that I don't think I will be able to keep anything down for days after seeing these pictures. So ewwww.
BTW looks like Pete Doherty is no longer sober. Hopefully they will get the cats away from him before he does something to them, afterall he admitted that almost killing one of cats is what got him sober for (what looks like) a very little while.

Pete Doherty who has given his cats drugs finally decided to get clean after almost killing one according to The Sun.
He recalled: “I got a shovel and was going to kill one of the cats. That was when I was, like, you know, ‘I’m a bit of a mess’. It was a bit of a crazy time.”
Let's see how that long that lasts. Personally I don't understand why he still had his cats at that time he tried to kill one of them after The Sun published the above picture. They should be taken away ASAP. He should be locked up and the key thrown away for all the torture he has done to his poor cats.

Obviously he shot this before he went into jail, but it is just incredible that Pete Doherty posted this less than 24 hours after being in jail for 29 days.
BTW the video is called i’ll kill him, wonder if that is how he really sees he is going to die as compared to how we all see him dying of a drug overdose.

Pete Doherty was released from jail 29 days after he went in according to The Sun.
He described prison life as “a lot of gangsters and Radio 4” and when asked if he had taken any drugs whilst inside the west London prison, he replied:
"Well, I knew it was going to be a bit rough to start with, with the overcrowding and the medical facilities although they do their best - they are good, they can’t really cater for the average junkie…”
As he walked through the prison’s exit Doherty, who will be returning to Marlborough in Wiltshire, said: “Thank you Mrs Thatcher for putting me in the company of the most dangerous criminals in the country.”
Looks like drugs were not the only thing he did without while he was in jail, brushing his teeth, showering and brushing his hair were some of the other things he didn't do during the month he was incarcerated.

The Sun has acquired the first pictures of Pete Doherty in jail and he doesn't look like he is enjoying it at all. At least now we have proof he is finally doing some jail time!
You would think he would use this time to quit drugs but according to The Sun he is still doing heroine in jail.

Pete Doherty, who has escaped jail 15 times in 4 years, has finally been put behind bars for at least 14 weeks according to the Daily Mail.
The judge in his case, Davinder Lacher, had spared Doherty a custodial sentence last year and gave him four weeks to prove he could stay off drugs after he was found in possession of crack, heroin, cannabis and ketamine.
The singer's extensive criminal record includes assault, possession of a flick-knife and numerous driving and drug offences.
But yesterday Judge Lacher's patience ran out, and she sentenced Doherty to 14 weeks in jail for repeatedly flouting the conditions of his probation order.
Yesterday, a source at the court confirmed that Doherty, the former boyfriend of Kate Moss, was jailed for "breach of timekeeping, unacceptable behaviour, non-compliance with his probation order and using different drugs".
Doherty's long-serving lawyer, Sean Curran, said the singer accepted the court's sentence.
He added: "Pete Doherty attended court today on a summons for breaching a condition of a suspended sentence imposed last October.
"He admitted the breach - he had missed two appointments and the judge has rescinded the conditions and has reactivated his suspended sentence, although has reduced it slightly to 14 weeks.
In Pete's defense he probably thought that since he got out of going to jail all those other times, that yesterday would be no different. Hopefully he will use his time to clean up his act, but I doubt it.

Pete Doherty might be trading one addiction for another and this one might be Scientology according to The Sun. They say his girlfriend is a member of the Church and she told him about her beliefs and he became fascinated with it.
A source said: “Nadine is really into Scientology. She takes her beliefs very seriously.
“Pete’s chatted a lot with her about it. He went out and bought some books to read up about it.
“He just wanted to find out more about Nadine and what she believes in.”
I can't wait until the day when Tom Cruise and Pete Doherty break bread together. The crazy and the crazier.

As an update to the Gossip Girls story regarding Pete Doherty’s tell-all documentary about his love affair with Kate Moss, the supermodel is looking into taking legal action.
“Kate and Pete: A Love Story” may never see the light of day, if Kate has anything to do with it. Reportedly, she flipped out when she learned of the Babyshambles singer’s plans to actually appear in the British TV documentary.

Kate Moss was spotted leaving the Groucho Club in Soho last night after a night of piano playing and partying with her boyfriend Jamie Hince. Perhaps she was trying to forget about the tell-all TV documentary that her ex is about to release to the public.
That’s right, Moss’ former flame, Pete Doherty, is reportedly in talks with British Television Network ITV2 to supply the subject matter for a documentary titled “Kate & Pete.”

The Sun posted this video of what looks like Pete Doherty using again this weekend. Although he claimed to be drug-free at the MTV European Awards, this cameraphone video tells a different story. A source told the paper.
“It’s not the first time he’s injected since he was supposed to have gone clean.
“He may have got clean through rehab, but as soon as the temptation is put in front of him, he cannot help himself. It’s so sad to see. He’s been given so many chances and so many fresh starts and he just throws them all away.
“It’s not fair on those who have tried to help. It makes a mockery of the legal system.
“Anyone else would have been sent to jail by now.”
Personally I thought he should have been put in jail after his kitten tested positive for drugs and then there were pictures of him giving another cat drugs. Sober or an addict he needs to be put away for those crimes. Hopefully the Judge will stop giving him chances already, because just like a cat his nine lives should be up by now.

Pete Doherty has jumped in on the latest (sick) trend and sent his ex-lover Kate Moss a dead rat broach as a present according to the Digital Spy.
A source commented: "Some people might find it disgusting but it’s still art, if in its extreme sense. Nobody baulks when Damien Hirst puts a shark in formaldehyde and this is very similar.
"It’s become the latest outlandish fashion statement in Manhattan but Pete is trying to emphasise how he feels without Kate – defeated, crushed and broken, like the dead animal."
I am sure she did not get his message, she was probably creeped out to get a dead rat on a pin as a present and didn't bother to analyze the importance of the gift.
And why is wearing a dead rat as a broach art, that is just nasty. Ewwww.

This is alledgedly a picture of Pete Doherty giving his kitten crack in a pipe he especially for the kitten according to The Sun. He friends are so horrified that they are the ones that sent the picture to the paper.
The friend said: “One in particular has borne the brunt of his drug abuse. Pete thinks it’s hilarious to get it wasted.
“He even made a special mini-crack pipe out of a bottle so it can get the maximum hit.
“But the kitten is starting to get really bad withdrawal symptoms.
“It has lost some of its balance and takes huge risks jumping over things that are too high. It thinks it can fly. It’s really distressing to see.”
Pete just entered rehab to avoid going to court where he most likely would have finally been sentenced to jail. I hope that the Judge sees those photos and next Pete is in front of them that they throw him jail and throw away the key. What a waste he is? I am just so infuriated over this picture I can't even verbalized it, but I think we all feel the same way.
