Actress Michelle Rodriguez in an interview with Latina magazine got very defensive when asked whether she was gay.The Lost star said the publics fascination with celebrities’ sex lives was “sick” and that she should be able to sleep with whomever she wants behind closed doors.
Rodriguez somewhat ranted to the magazine:
“I don’t answer those questions. I just keep it to myself and it’s nobody’s business.
“If I wanna f**k a girl, a boy, a dog, that’s my business. That’s why there’s bathroom doors.”
“What the majority of [people] want to know is what I’m doing with my vagina, and I think that that’s sick.
“What do you care who I’m dating? I can tell when somebody just wants to know about sex. And it makes me sick.”
She also paints a pretty vivid image of exactly what she thinks of journalists who want to know if she’s a lesbian.
“I picture them turning into pigs, slime coming out the side of their mouth, and I picture them jerking off,” she says of the journalists and bloggers who she believes are constantly trying to ‘out’ her. “
Sweet girl! Truthfully I for one don’t want to know what Michelle is doing with her body parts nor with whom. I think there is a lot of truth to what she is saying, I just don’t like the way she goes about saying it. She can keep her angry little secrets to herself.

It appears Michelle Rodriguez isn’t backing off from her angry girl image. She seems to think the rest of the world is pretty disgusting – and perverse. In fact it seems like any talk or thought of sex seems perverse and invasive to her. Michelle gave an interview to Latina magazine, in which she talks about her sexuality. The magazine notes that people have always wondered if she’s gay or straight – a question she doesn’t answer. But she sure gives some interesting thoughts on sex – and why people are so obsessed with wanting to know her orientation.

Or the porn industry wouldn’t be the highest grossing industry in the world.”

Um…. Wow. I actually don’t have a comeback for that. Michelle’s orientation is definitely her business, that’s true. I’m so stuck on trying not to imagine the slime vomit pigs that I’m having a hard time figuring out what else to say. I think another part of the reason people often want to know is because she’s such a “I’m gonna tell you what I think” type who never bites her tongue. She appears confident and tough. So I guess it just seems like she’d be someone who would say, “Yeah, I am, so what?” but with a lot more swear words.

Michelle Rodriguez wasted no time in getting caught up on her partying. After being released from jail early last week, she immediately went out with some galpals and painted the town red this past weekend. Michelle tooled around in a convertible and told the paps that "I got some New Year's celebrating to do." Michelle was in the lesbian playground for violating her probation agreement. I understand. If I had just gotten out of jail, I'd be out in the club baptizing myself with champagne and buying rounds. That is, if it jibed with my parole agreement. Is she supposed to be behind the wheel? Cause' she tends to drive drunk. And then when she gets busted, she tends not to do her community service. But I'm not gonna ask her, YOU ask her. And I know I've said this before, but PLEASE remind me to commit crimes or at least shirk my probation duties in LA. They're sorta soft on crime. If all this crap happened in a state down south, half of these slags would be dead by lethal injection.

Michelle Rodriguez was released from prison after serving only 10% of her sentence.
The actress, best known for her role on Lost, was sentenced to 180 days for violating probation stemming from her DUI arrest. She checked into the Lynwood, California, jail days before Christmas, on Dec. 23.
“She’s nice, personable, down to earth … nothing like Paris Hilton!” a correctional officer told Us a few days into her stint. “She asked to work,” the source said of the star who helped in the kitchen. “She said she wanted a job and didn’t want to be isolated like other celebs.”
When asked if she was nervous about her jail time, Rodriguez said:
“Hell no! I’m going to have so much butch lesbian sex it’s going to be great!”
OK, so she didn’t exactly say that, but both you and I know that’s exactly what she was thinking.

Ho Ho Ho, and away she goes! Yesterday, Michelle Rodriguez began her six-month jail sentence at the Lynwood Correctional Facility. She was booked at 4:33 pm.
And while the judge in her case explicitly forbade her from being released early from the facility (the same jail in which Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie, and Lindsay Lohan all did time), she still may be able to get some time shaved off her sentence.

They’ve started a petition that they’re going to send to the frequent drunk driver’s judge, hoping he will take leniency on her cuz she’s a wonderful human being.
“There is no lesson that Michelle Rodriguez could learn in 180 days that she couldn’t learn in 18, or even 8,” reads their plea. “We do not believe that the imprisonment of this women is a demonstration of justice nor a fair punishment for her crimes. She is a good person. You were not allowed the opportunity to see Mayte Michelle Rodriguez the human, only the name on a legal document and if anything the “celebrity” name. To us, she is not a celebrity. We do not just support her for her few films or her professional career. “I hope the girls are hot!”
After violating her parole in a DUI case, Michelle Rodriguez was sentenced Wednesday to six months in jail.
She must report to LA County Jail by December 24th. Superior Court Judge Daviann L. Mitchell ruled that she may not be granted an early release even with the jails overcrowding situation. She must also serve 30 days of road clean-up.
The LA City Attorney released the following statement,
“(She) admitted violating her probation by failing to provide proof of completion of her community service and for consuming alcohol three times while wearing an alcohol-monitoring device.”
The City Attorney’s office claims that Rodriguez submitted a false document stating that she completed one day of community service on September 25th. However, she later told the court she was in New York that day.
Her former attorney says that he believes it was due to clerical error and that she served all 30-days.
Michele is no stranger to the law. She’s got a few arrests under her belt and has been on probation numerous times for DUIs and other traffic related offenses.

Why is she going to the slammer? For violating her probation stemming from one of many drunk driving arrests and convictions.
Not only did the fired Lost actress fail to complete her community service, but she lied about actually doing it. She said she did when she didn’t.
The court found out and owned her ass!
Once out of her six month stint in jail, the judge ordered Rodriguez to complete the community service cleaning streets and highways. He also prohibited her from being granted early release for work furlough or electronic monitoring.

I greatly esteem Michelle’s spunky acting. She is a personal favorite of the post-modern era. Her smile is the very best though. It could light up the Great White Way. She has such a wonderful, endearing positive energy - a lovely orange aura. Earlier in the evening, she dined at Koi with a female friend and a male friend. Michelle always keeps one guessing with her constant array of female companions. When is she ever going to settle down???

Michelle Rodriguez - love those specs! This is an interesting photograph. Michelle has a fun deer-in-the-headlights look and a Norma Desmond stare depending on how you look at this image. She always keeps it real in a town that never keeps anything real. She is never imitation crab meat. She was at Guy’s last night for her dear friend Samantha Ronson’s birthday celebration. A spy inside tells Buzz Foto that she was in there with five other girlfriends. Good for you, Michelle!
