Tired of all the Sienna Miller slut talk? Well, you're not alone. Sienna's mother has spoken out about her daughter being unfairly labeled as a homewrecker in the press. Jo Miller tells the Daily Express:
“You can’t understand how a woman seeing a man who has been separated from his wife [Rosetta Getty] for months can cause such a scandal. It’s awful, I can’t tell you. You wonder when it’s all going to stop.”
Apparently, Sienna's concerned that all the negative attention will be bad for her career. Was the idea of no more amazing acting jobs what made her break down at the pump last week? The bloom may be off the English Rose, but Sienna's not down yet -- with a string of movies yet to be released (including the highly anticipated G.I. Joe film), we think her career will end up just fine! I don't think she's really hurting all that badly, after all, she's dating the heir to a billion dollar fortune!

As we reported this past weekend Balthazar Getty was trying to reconcile with his wife, while Sienna Miller was said to heartbroken and considering following him to Southern Cal. to win him back. Well that’s apparently what has happened. Balthazar and Sienna were spotted kissing outside of a Ralph’s grocery store in Malibu, CA on Sunday afternoon. Balthazar apparently cased the area on his bike on the lookout for paparazzi. After he thought the coast was clear Sienna finally stepped out of the car and proceeded to kiss Getty. Seems like it’s a little too late to be worried about the paps getting photos with what is already out there. Supposedly though a passerby who recognized the celebrity couple called out Balthazar’s name, prompting him to nervously get on his bicycle and make a hasty exit.

Sienna Miller is fighting back against two British newspapers and a photo agency for publishing the scandalous photos of her gallivanting around topless with married Brothers and Sisters actor Balthazar Getty.

Miller and the law firm of Carter-Ruck are aiming at the photo agency Big Pictures and News International, which publishes the News of the World and Sun newspapers for publishing the scantily clad pictures and running a series of stories on the couple while they were vacationing in the Almalfi coast.

Balthazar Getty’s wife is “humiliated” that her husband has been gallivanting around Europe with a topless Sienna Miller. Blah blah blah, blah blah blah, he has a ten-month-old baby at home, blah blah blah. From People magazine:

Getty, who has a tattoo of his wife’s name on his chest, married Rosetta in May 2000. They had their fourth child together 10 months ago.

“It’s humiliating,” a friend tells PEOPLE. “Rosetta left the country to protect the kids, and he continues to see Sienna publicly.”

The two met through Getty’s Brothers & Sisters costar Matthew Rhys. Rhys, who briefly hooked up with Miller, was livid when the photos of the couple surfaced, says a source. (Source)

There are several reasons why you’ve got to give credit to this Balthazar dude for being able to pick up a chick like Sienna. 1. His name is Balthazar. 2. Broken hearted Rhys Ifans has been in a downtrend since Sienna Miller dumped him!

The Notting Hill star, had sold his apartment to move in with Sienna, and is now reportedly homeless and couch surfing at friends’ flats until he gets his own place.

He’s also been spending a lot of time at the local pubs in Primrose Hill.

Well, things got a little bit out of hand when a “spirited” Rhys threw a beer bottle at the paparazzi upon leaving a bar on Thursday night.

According to the Daily Mail, Rhys lost his cool after leaving the Hoping Foundation Benefit Evening, held at jazz club Ronnie Scott’s.

Rhys was seen coming out of the legendary jazz club at at 12.30pm with a bottle of lager in his hand.

Clearly infuriated iFans threw the empty beer bottle at the waiting paps, missed and almost hit another woman in the head. Needless to say the police were called and he was pulled aside for questioning.

Sienna Miller recently opened up about the loss of her friend and Casanova costar Heath Ledger.

"Heath and I had this amazing night out in Venice with my mother. It had been pouring with rain. Heath ran out in the middle of St. Mark's square and we were running around, and I slipped over," Sienna recalled.

"We all ran back to his [apartment] and he gave me these dry pajamas to get home in."

Sienna returned the PJs to Heath when he stayed at her house last November because he was having trouble sleeping and she thought it would help.

After Heath died of "acute intoxication," Sienna really wanted the pajamas back. Heath's father found them and gave them to her.

I would imagine this is something Michelle Williams wouldn't want to hear, but the idea of wearing a guys pajamas does sound rather endearing. There's just something about comfy men's clothes that goes straight to a woman's heart.

After Sienna Miller gushed over her relationship boyfriend Rhys Ifans in a recent interview with the UK version of Elle, The Sun is now reporting that the couple have, in fact, called it quits.

The article cites the reason for the split as Ifans' jealousy. The floppy-haired Welshman had allegedly grown suspicious over the possibility that Sienna was rekindling her love with former flame Matthew Rhys.

Having to communicate long-distance, the couple had grown apart in recent weeks and Miller reportedly broke the news to Ifans over the phone. According to the source Sienna found Rhys looking through text messages on Sienna's phone.

"She went bananas and Rhys said he was looking for what he called 'incriminating evidence.' He has been giving her a hard time lately, questioning her commitment to him and the time she puts into the relationship," the insider dished.

Sienna claims that she and her ex are simply close friends, however time will tell whether or not that's true.

The UK Sun is reporting that Sienna Miller broke up with Rhys Ifans this past weekend. We reported just a couple of weeks ago that the couple may be on the rocks here. But then Sienna was interviewed in this month’s Elle U.K. where she proceeded to proclaiming her love for Ifans! So we were momentarily confused.

The Sun now reports Sienna called it off with Rhys over the phone long distance while she was reportedly in Prague and he in England working on a film this weekend.

An insider reveals that Rhys’ jealousy was just too much for Sienna to handle:

“She compared him to a spotlight shining in her face all the time. He is heartbroken they have split. Sienna feels really sorry for him because he had slotted into her family perfectly, but she couldn’t cope with his suspicious and jealous behavior.”

The last straw may have been Sienna catching Rhys reading her text messages, allegedly looking for evidence of an affair with another Rhys (believe it or not). Sienna Miller tells Elle UK magazine in their July issue that she is totally in love with boyfriend Rhys Ifans. She denies rumors of engagement but she does basically admit that these two are smoking everything in sight. These two probably shaved the cat down and blazed up on the collected fur when they were out of bud.

"[Rhys] is the best cook ever," Sienna explained. "His cooking completely reflects his personality; he does these mad, quirky dishes that taste completely wonderful, like carrots poached in mandarin juice."

She goes on to detail what they enjoy eating, which includes "chicken and stuffing sandwiches; milk chocolate with salt-and-vinegar [potato chips], in the mouth at the same time - you just have to try it - and French fries dipped in [a] chocolate milkshake." Weedy! I thought it was bad when I was calling the Chinese food place eight times in five minutes to find out where my food was. Imagine these two stoned and stumbling around the supermarket at Harrod's?

Sienna says that the engagement rumors are false, despite their love, and "awkward."

"It's so embarrassing when these stories come out and your relationship has been somehow fast-forwarded. We both had our mums on the phone. It's just awkward. But I'm so happy with our relationship as it is."

When they split up, because she's real loose, who gets their weedman in the breakup?

Sienna Miller 26, is reportedly close to splitting up with her perhaps fiance, Rhys Ifans, 39. I say perhaps because the engagement has never been confirmed. Apparently Rhys is the jealous type anyway and young Sienna loves partying and flirting with other men and Ifans doesn’t like it.

An inside source said, “Rhys gets very jealous - he hates her socializing with other men and always wants to know where she is and who she’s with. During a row she yelled at him: ‘It’s just like being with Jude’. Rhys freaked out, because he prides himself on being the laid-back opposite of Jude. But he just gets worked up seeing men admiring his girlfriend and trying to hit on her. Rhys still seems madly in love with her but everyone’s speculating Sienna has grown out of the relationship.”

Sorry but this just has always seemed like a doomed relationship to me. The two of them seem to have a lot of chemistry together but not compatible personalities. I have said it before, but I think Sienna is going to end up breaking Rhys’ heart sooner or later.

Late last month (April 28th) Tarka Cordell, the musician son of late legendary music producer Denny Cordell, was found dead, having hanged himself in his Notting Hill home.

And earlier today, family and friends remembered him in a funeral service at Mortlake Crematorium in South London.

Sienna Miller attacks another paparazzi

I don’t know what it is about Sienna Miller but she always seems to be getting into fights with the paparazzi. The latest scuffle took place at LAX earlier this week. Splash News says:

Splash spied Sienna Miller yesterday afternoon as she arrived into Los Angeles LAX airport. The known pap hater was smiling as she waved goodbye to a pal, but looked over dressed in an array of layers, including a woollen dress, tights, Ugg boots and a beanie. So was it the heat that then led the starlet to boil over?

As the actress rushed to catch her flight, running with an airport staff member, one pap appeared to get too close, resulting in Sienna taking a swing at the photographer, with her pink handbag. Her vexed appearance was simmered by her airport greeter, but if she hadn’t had to catch a flight, I think Miss Miller would have happily gone back for another round!!

Wow! If most girls hit that hard, I’d never get laid.

Sienna Miller had an episode at the Los Angeles Internet Airport in which she lashed out at a photographer she thought was getting too close for comfort. She lunged at the paparazzo in a move that was reminiscent of Kate Moss' recent lashing out at paparazzi at the same airport. Except that Sienna doesn't yet have kids she can use as weapons.

Note to self: Don't try to take pictures of female British celebrities, unless you're wearing a suit of protective armor. Oh wait, these aren't normal people - these are waifs with fists the size of walnuts we're talking about here. Except for Naomi - she will cut a bitch and then demand a pedicure.
