Sometimes you can see the moment when a YouTuber graduates from a sloppy wannabe comedian to promising talent in one breakout video. Weirdly enough, Adrien Chen's mock video application to Essence Magazine hasn't even broken a thousand views on Vimeo or YouTube. Maybe everyone stopped halfway through and missed the racism (not racist!) joke that ties the whole thing together.Chen only has eight more videos, the best of which are a brief mockery of the YouTube debates and one where he's a Girl Scout.

That’s my way of saying something positive when I really want to say “what were you thinking when you dressed yourself this morning”. While I appreciate Adrien Brody and his risk taking style, there are times when it kinda goes wrong. This is one of those times. He wore about one plaid piece too many at last night’s Energie/Miss Sixty flagship store opening in NYC. Also, the hair is a bit too plastered to his head, just saying. Well he looks happy with his look so I guess he wears it well? That’s Musician Miri Ben Ari with Adrian in second pic.

Yes, looking that emaciated was quite a stretch for me. I skipped lunch for a whole day to achieve that gaunt look." I kid because there's a special place in my heart for skinny guys. That's why when it seems that Adrien is showing up in what looks like special padded clothing to the opening of Energie/Miss Sixty New York flagship store in NYC, I can't help but smile and want to pinch his cheeks, except that I'm pretty sure it might injure him.

What? No Bai Ling in between these classy-looking stars in their low-key suits, trench coats and generally tasteful looking ensembles? I guess the opening of the Chopard jewelry boutique on Madison Avenue in NYC was a smidge too classy for our favorite habitual nipple exposer. Instead, stars like Liz Hurley (who we suspect might be reconciling with her ex, Hugh Grant), Maggie Gyllenhaal, Adrien Brody, supermodel Eva Herzigova and Rachel Weisz all showed up, flashing their pearly whites at the store's debut. Also in attendance as the guest of honor was the man who defines the very concept of sparkly, Elton John, who claims Chopard jewels as some of his favorites.
"I'm here in a small capacity, returning a favour to them for a very big favour they do for us. They're great people and great humanitarians."
What Elton is referring to is the work that Chopard has done in the past in helping him raise funds for his AIDS foundation. These pictures are all pretty sedate, except for the one of Ivana Trump after the jump, where you can see that she's so rich, she can afford a fur coat made out of an actual Cookie Monster.

No, not French, love, the language of love! Adrien and his girlfriend, Spanish actress Elsa Pataky, looked very much in love at the Miu Miu show in Paris for fashion week. When our French correspondent even asked him if he enjoyed being in love in Paris, Adrien responded with "there's no better city to be in love in!" But what's with that cane? Fashion statement? Owen Wilson's Suicide Attempt Adds Somber Undertone to "Darjeeling Limited"

Adrien Brody, who is so exactly as skinny as my ex-boyfriend, that friends of mine teased me at the Oscar party where we watched him kiss Halle Berry on stage by saying, "Look, your BOYFRIEND is kissing Halle Berry!" is seen here, out and about with his actual girlfriend, Elsa Patakay. The two are in Malibu, while Adrien's new film, "Darjeeling Limited," which also stars Owen Wilson, is being promoted, with the trailer for the movie playing in movie theaters and available to watch online. I have to say, I took a peek at the trailer, after reading on Film Crunch that seeing it in the midst of the suicide attempt made by Owen Wilson definitely gives the film an even darker undertone that I'm sure had originally been intended. His character wears mysterious bandages around his head and hands and you kind of get the feeling you're watching Owen right before his lowest point. In any case, I'm a huge Wes Anderson fan, so I'll be sure to go check it out in theaters when I get a chance, and either way, I'd like to think that it would help cheer Owen up if his movie does well.

A recent sighting of Paris Hilton with Adrian Grenier, star of the HBO hit series Entourage, has sparked rumors ranging from “Paris is joining the cast of Entourage” to “a secret romance between her and Grenier.”
