  He won’t even let her leach cousin Alli Sims hang around anymore. Alli told Page Six:

  “I have no idea when I’ll see [Britney] again. I miss her every day. When [Britney’s] dad gained control, he put some rules down . . . it’s just best for her to not communicate with a lot of people. My main concern is her being OK.” (Source)

  Alli’s right. It’s probably for the best that Britney’s being kept away from all the bad influences in her life — like K-Fed and chocolate . . . because both seem to make her stomach grow. And is anyone surprised that Alli misses Britney “every day”? Britney is to Alli what elderly rich widows are to me: $$$$$$$.* If Alli really wants to “see Britney again,” there’s only one thing she can do: fry herself.

  Archive pic Page Six reports that Britney Spears' cousin Alli Sims - who once acted as her personal assistant - is still banned from speaking to Brit... because of the rules father Jamie has enforced! "When [Britney's] dad gained control, he put some rules down... it's just best for her to not communicate with a lot of people," explains Alli, who's currently working on her music in Nashville, Tennessee. Will the former BFFs reunite? "I have no idea," Alli says. "I miss her every day." She also adds that "my main concern is her being OK." Think this is really all Jamie Spears' doing?   Celebrity nobody and cousin-betrayer Alli Sims (a.k.a. Britney Spears’ faux cousin) partied at Crown bar nightclub in West Hollywood, California. We’re surprised anyone let her in. Maybe she showed the people at the door texts she got from Brit’s other old parasitic pal, Sam Lufti as proof she really is famous and friend to Brit. We’re sorry, we just still can’t forgive Alli for the bad influence she has been on the troubled pop-star and who is only famous because of her ‘blood line’ and willingness to tag along.

  Britney Spears’ cousin or assistant or whatever Alli Sims was seen coming out of the Josh Kelley concert at the Hotel Cafe in Hollywood. It must have been a pretty great show - Alli left the show smiling away. We’re sure she’s happy that someone is nice enough to use valuable camera space on a foto of her. As much as we get on Alli about her no-name status, she must be doing something right - she can afford that great white Versace bag that she’s carrying. Pretty nice.

  Is Britney Spears‘ family finally coming together to stage an intervention? It appears this is the case, as her parents, sister, cousin and friends were all spotted at her home last night night.

  TMZ:

  “If it happens,” it should happen this week. Last night, Brit’s mom, Lynne, her dad, Jamie, cousin Alli, as well as Sam Lutfi and Adnan Ghalib all showed up at Britney’s house and were all there at the same time.

  Brit’s mom and dad (and others) have known for months that a bipolar disorder — and not substance abuse — is at the root of her problems. They cannot involuntarily commit her (impossible under these circumstances) and Brit has refused to voluntarily enter a hospital or even undergo evaluation for the problem. But now the plan is underway.

  Here’s what’s significant: Britney has not spoken to her mom for a while — no contact at all. Last night, Britney and Lynne (along with Sam) left the house at one point and went to the drugstore, so it seems they are now interacting.

  There were signs last night that Britney didn’t feel as warm toward her dad, that she didn’t want anything to do with him.

  This move has been in the planning stages for well over a month. It should begin to unfold IF Britney cooperates, and that is the wild card.

  BTDub, this “creative” intervention is different from what her divorce lawyers pitched to Commissioner Scott Gordon last week. They are not involved in this one.

  This would be great news, if Britney would agree and then commit to something, but why is it I don’t see this happening?  She can’t even show up to court for her own children. Why would she do anything to help herself? I do hope she gets the help she needs, but I don’t have faith that will happen.  Don’t hold your breath..

  Britney's Crew Checks in with The Media

  Sam Lufti gave old Babara Walters a ring on the phone to keep Babs up-to-date on what was going down with the young Ms. Spears. You can be pretty sure when she was interviewing Castro and the like back in the day, she never anticipated that she'd be talking on the phone with some schmuck-head like Sam Lufti about the "Oops I Did It Again" girl. On a recent episode of "The View," Barbara described Sam as Britney's "very good friend" and said that he revealed that the pop star was getting treatment for her "mental issues." According to Barbara, "She, I assume, is starting some kind of treatment," as Sam said that she had been to a psychiatrist.

  Additionally, Britney's cousin, Alli, chatted with People magazine about Britney's state at the moment in regards to her custody case with Kevin Federline. Although Sims says, "I'm not saying that everything is fine," at the moment, she has hope that Britney will be able to straighten out her life in the future, saying, "She's hanging in there. I'm not worried. She'll get back. She'll be fine."

  And Alli still has no love for Britney's new pal, Adnan Ghalib, saying of the opportunistic paparazzo, "I only know him from him following us around for eight months. I don't personally know him. But I don't like that vibe."

Apparently, Maloof Productions - the prospective producers of Alli's show run by the same family which runs the Palms Hotel in Vegas and the Sacramento Kings NBA team - had been counting on Britney's presence as the main draw to Alli's show, but started backing away as Alli appeared to have a falling-out with the Spears family. The breaking point, apparently, came during Britney's hospitalization crisis. “While Britney was being hospitalized in LA," an insider tells L&S, "Alli, her supposed best friend, was self-promoting in NYC. She was flown in for meetings to draw attention to her career — including her reality show. Only problem is, it’s not happening!" Poor Alli - first she's catching hell from people for her alleged first-hand involvement in the crazy scene, and now she's paying the price from not even being on the same coast! Page Six is alleging that the aspiring singer "was with Britney at her Mulholland Drive home, trying to calm her down, but as Britney’s emotional state worsened she locked herself inside the master suite bathroom. Eventually, Sims used a hammer to break the door down and then called emergency services." Sounds like a crazy story - in fact, it's a little too crazy for Alli! In the midst of all this, Britney hired herself a new attorney and visited the office yesterday... where she had to start from the beginning and tell her life story. (K-Fed, the kids, the separation - everything!) And, understandably, this got her upset. To top it off, when she and Alli left there was paparazzi chaos outside and Alli wound up breaking her toenail. Considering the situation, Brit actually handled herself pretty well - I mean, how can you not cry a little after talking about all that? Don't cry! Chin up, Brit - you'll get through this! (And OMG! Alli partied with the heiress and co. at Paris' Malibu rental yesterday. You have to wonder what their conversation was about -- there are plenty of topics: puppies, babies... or maybe they just talked about the weather.   That's how marketing folks would describe Alli Sims' marketing of her forthcoming album, anyway - when we ran into the ex-sisstant last night outside of Opera, we had more questions about her album by the time she left than we did before she showed up! (And once again, Alli demonstrated her desire to be taken seriously as an artist as she refused to answer any questions about her former employer, Britney Spears. Way to keep the focus on yourself, Alli!)   We caught up with Britney at her lawyer Laura Wasser's office in Century City today around 1:30 pm. Brit and Alli spent about an hour and a half inside and our photographers say Britney left looking very upset. She peeled out of the parking garage and had a sour look on her face.   This is starting to get uglier than expected.  Kevin Federline served Britney Spears’ personal assistant with court papers.  And the kicker- he did so during a late night party that extended into the wee hours of Sunday morning.

  That’s right, Ally Sims was busy partying with her cousin/boss when she was presented with the papers.  It’s kind of ironic that she’s being asked to detail Brit’s partying habits, when she herself was getting crunk when she was subpoenaed.

  The divorce drama never ends! Brit's cousin slash assistant Alli Sims was served late last night - it was 3 a.m. - with legal papers! Kevin Federline's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan initiated the serving of documents, which state that Alli must testify about Britney's parenting skills in the on-going custody battle between Ms. Spears and K-Fed for their two children, Sean Preston and Jayden James. Our sources say that Alli very much resisted taking the papers - she kept backing away and was very angry with the situation. More details on this soon! We also have an X17 Xclusive Video coming later... so be ready! Before all that happened last night, Britney and Alli had gotten dinner with friends at Wokcano in Hollywood before heading off to a private house party... with Brit's ex-boyfriend and producer J.R.
