Paris and Nicky Hilton’s little bro, Barron, was sentenced today for his Feb. 12 DUI arrest. The teen faces a suspended license for a full year, as well as probation. Which is more than Mischa Barton got for driving without a license, DUI and possession of a narcotic.
Barron Hilton pleaded no contest to DUI charges Wednesday in a Malibu, California, courthouse.
His license was suspended for a year, and he was placed on three years’ probation. He must also attend a three-month alcohol program.
In addition, Hilton, 18, is required to visit a Los Angeles County morgue and attend a lecture given by Mothers Against Drunk Driving, Celebtv.com reports.

I’m glad that this kid is being held accountable for his actions. Hopefully he will take it more seriously than his older sister did the first time around and keep himself out of trouble. It seems like his parents were a lot less accommodating to Barron than they were with Paris after her arrest- it’s reported that when Barron was arrested, his parents let him wait it out a while in the holding cell before bailing him out- and that Paris outright refused to bail him out.
Barron Hilton, 19, plead no contest today in a Malibu courthouse to driving under the influence. Hilton was arrested on February 12 in Malibu with a blood alcohol level of .14%. According to a clerk at the courthouse, Hilton was not present, so his attorney Rich Hutton entered the plea on his client's behalf.
Paris Hilton's little brother will be placed on three years probation, and he will attend a 3 month alcohol program (the same one Lindsay attended!) where the dangers of drinking and driving are reviewed.
Hilton's arraignment is set for April 14 - let's hope he shows up!

Is it odd that Barron Hilton had to get a girl friend to bail him out of jail and not his parents? Barron was arrested Wednesday for drunk driving and nearly killing an innocent gas station attendant.
As a follow-up to the Gossip Girls story about Barron Hilton’s DUI arrest yesterday, reportedly he is currently free on bail.
The 18-year-old brother of Paris and Nicky Hilton was sprung from jail by his friends. Apparently neither Paris, nor the Parents Hilton were willing to help him out.

Here's Barron Hilton doing the walk of shame after being bailed out of jail yesterday around 5:45 p.m., and it's no big surprise to find out that on Saturday night, his sister, Paris, was doing some serious drinking of her own. According to Page Six, Paris got things started at a friend's house in the Hollywood Hill with "shot after shot" of tequila. From there, she hooked up with her buddies, Brittny Gastineau and Alli Sims (shouldn't you be fretting over Britney, girl??) and they all headed out to the club, Area.
Afterwards, she and her crew hit up Villa, where they ran into Alex von Furstenberg, John Legend, Jamie Tich and Leonardo DiCaprio. An eyewitness revealed that the heiress "threw back more and more shots" when the group relocated their partying to a Beverly Hills party with an Austin Powers theme. It was there that they partied until 5 a.m.
These kids need a driver. But to be fair, it appears that it was Barron's friends who posted his $20,000 bail as it looks like his family was prepared to let him spend the night in jail. Hmm, maybe they're finally learning the value of some tough love. I doubt it, but still.

At least he did it with style. Paris and Nicky Hilton’s little brother allegedly struck a gas station attendant with his car Tuesday morning while driving drunk. The guy Barron hit was not hurt when he was run over by Hilton’s fancy black Mercedes at 6am, but he still called the cops. Good man!
“I was knocked to the ground,” Tellez claimed to PageSix.com. “The Mercedes lost control as it was turning into the gas station and Barron got out of the car and he was totally drunk and couldn’t walk straight.”
The bragging rights never end for Rick and Kathy Hilton.
Following in his sister Paris’ footsteps, Barron Hilton, 20, was pulled over early this morning and arrested on DUI charges.
It all went down on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, California. Around 8:30 am Barron was driving a black Mercedes-Benz when he was pulled over by police.

According to L.A. Sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore, Barron Hilton blew a .14 — nearly twice the legal limit.* Coincidently, Hilton’s sister Paris blew 14 guys last night at Les Deux.
*since he’s under 21, any blood alcohol level is considered legally drunk
The story of Barron Hilton's DUI arrest keeps getting crazier and crazier!
The LAPD has just released a report contradicting earlier reports that Hilton may have run into a gas station attendant, asserting instead that Hilton was followed by a fellow motorist who spotted him "weaving on the roadway" and "driving on the wrong side of the highway".
The report claims Good Samaritan followed Hilton until he stopped at Corral Canyon Road and Pacific Coast Highway - and then sat his behind on a bench until the law arrived!
After a drunk driving investigation, Hilton was arrested, taken to Lost Hills Sheriff Station, and charged with driving under the influence. Hilton's blood alcohol content was measured at .14%.
The big news, however?
There may have been a crash - and Barron might not have been the responsible party!
"Hilton had a female passenger in the car," the report asserts. "Apparently the female was driving the Mercedes prior to Hilton and was possibly involved in a collision."
Well, that must put Rick and Kathy's mind at rest - at least a little bit!
Man, Paris' parents are going to be building a new wing on some DUI lawyer's house!

Barron apparently snuck out of his parent’s home without telling anyone and was out all night long.
He was arrested at 8:30am this morning at a 76 gas station after running his car into an employee who was working there. The employee says the vehicle was driving crazy before it hit him and was involved in a minor crash just before.
Police say drugs were not involved, but he did blow a .14, which is a considerably high BAC.
Rick Hilton released the following statement to the media, “I haven’t been contacted yet by either my son or the police. If what I have heard is true, it is very disturbing and I will have a lot to say — but it will be to my son, not the media.”
He is currently being held on $5,000 $20,000 bail!
They say that he called big sister Paris first, to see if she would bail him out and she refused! So Barron called on some friends who showed up with $2,000, thinking they only had to pay 10% to bail him out - but that is if you are a Bail Bondsman!
The kids set out to find a Bail Bondsman and eventually did, as Barron was released at 5:50pm PST.

Crazy Britney Spears continues to muddle her way through her twenties while her younger sister, 16-year-old actress Jamie Lynn, is pregnant (which got her Nickelodeon show canceled.) Britney's sister in infamy, heiress Paris Hilton, has recently been revealed as a horrible mistreater of animals. So it would follow, by the rule of fucked up siblings, that Paris's younger brother Barron would begin a life of disaster on his own. And wouldn't you know it, today, gloriously, it began. Reports are coming in that he drunkenly ran into a gas station employee in Los Angeles this morning. The man was unhurt, luckily, but apparently when Hilton got out of the car he could barely walk. You'll remember that Paris recently served jail time for her own traffic violations. So, here we go. What awaits this poor lad we can only imagine. Though we can probably assume it will have something to do with trademarked catch phrases, creatures locked in closets, and many, many bastard children. Congratulations Hilton parents. Your progeny are truly something to be proud of. Clearly you have taught them excellent values and morals, which is why they constantly provide you with so much light and joy, never once embarrassing the greater extended Hilton family. Many of the rest of the Hiltons are actually pretty upstanding people, and have donated vast quantities of their wealth to charity. Something tells me that the future doesn’t look quite so brightly philanthropic for this particular branch of the family tree.

Barron Hilton is following in his older sister's footsteps and has earned himself a DUI at the ripe old age of eighteen. At the moment, he's being processed at the Lost Hills Sheriff's station, after being pulled over in his black Mercedes on the Pacific Coast Highway.
The young Mr. Hilton was cruising through Malibu with a passenger, who didn't happen to be one of his older sisters, at 8:30 AM this morning, according to TMZ.
It's so odd to me because the Hiltons seem like they've done such a great job raising their kids. More details as the story develops...

Word is that he was shacking up with the Skye Peters, 16, daughter of mega-movie producing tycoon Jon Peters and "something happened". The police were called in. What the sitch was isn't known, but sixteen year olds can check into hotel rooms? I didn't know that. I mean there was this place called the Boston Motel in my hometown that you could check into if you were, like, 12 and if you wanted to entertain a hooker and score some primo crack rock. But the Bel Air sounds legit. Wait, isn't that where Dylan McKay lived in "90210"? God, that was hot. Dylan and Brenda forever! Ok, scratch that, the Bel Air is cool with snotty teenagers getting up to mischief. Barron got mugged earlier this year while trying to sneak into NYC's Stereo nightclub. Skye Peters is at the center of her parents' divorce battle, and reportedly Jon will be looking into why his ex-wife Christine is letting their daughter pull these motel hotel Holiday Inn shenanigans with rich trash. Christine Peters says that Barron and Skye (those are some "Passions" names if I've ever heard them) are good friends and police weren't called. Whatever happened, it's good to know that Barron's apple didn't fall too far from the skank.

Paris Hilton spent Monday night escorting younger brother Barron around town - making stops at Katsuya, Hyde and Villa in West Hollywood.
The Hilton siblings were accompanied by oil heir Brandon Davis, and, fortunately, the threesome was smart enough to hire a driver for the evening.
