Long before Dane Cook and Chris Rock ever thought about taking the stage, there was another comedian who paved the way with his envelope-pushing ways named George Carlin.
And according to reports, Carlin passed away at Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, California yesterday (Sunday June 22nd) at the age of 71, the result of heart failure. He had battled heart problems in the past, including a previous heart attack.
