Enjoying some time across the pond, Scarlett Johansson and Eva Mendes were looking fine at the London, England photocall and launch party of their new movie “The Spirit” earlier today (December 4).
The “In Good Company” actress and her “We Own The Night” co-star were spotted hamming it up at the Atelier Moet photocall, along with co-star Samuel L. Jackson.
Living it up in Madrid as they promote their new movie, Scarlett Johansson, Paz Vega and Eva Mendes were all on hand for a photocall for “The Spirit” on Tuesday (December 2).
The co-star cuties made their way to the Santo Mauro Hotel press room, playfully posing for photographers along the way.
If this picture could talk, more than likely it include Eva Mendez parading around the red carpet for “The Spirit” in Madrid shouting out at the top of her lungs “This is for all of you who have ever wondered what a sexy bottle of Pepto Bismol would look like.” I suppose half of that sexiness comes with the idea of near instant relief from an upset stomach. The cause? More than likely that dress.

She’s made quite a name for herself with her diverse film roles, and earlier today Eva Mendes was hard at work on her latest project “Last Night.”
The “We Own the Night” hottie was spotted on the New York City set of the film, in which she stars alongside “Pirates of the Caribbean” babe Keira Knightley.
Given her high-profile presence in the fashion industry, it’s no wonder Eva Mendes was all about checking out the action at Macy’s 150th Birthday Celebration last night (October 28).
The “We Own the Night” actress looked excited as she sauntered down the red carpet, sporting a sleeveless shiny red dress teamed with a pair of muted pink heels.
Eva Mendes probably looks fantastic when rolling out of bed in the morning. Hates it!

Taking a break from her successful movie career, Eva Mendes was spotted arriving at the Calvin Klein store on Regents Street in London, England earlier today (October 14).
The “We Own the Night” stunner looked absolutely fabulous in a sleeveless red plunging neckline dress with a white topcoat, black heels, and a grey handbag as she stopped to pose for the paparazzi.
Nicole Kidman and Eva Mendes were just two of the fabulous ladies who showed up for the 15th annual Women in Hollywood awards, where Kidman was being honored, along with Halle Berry, Jane Fonda, Nicole Kidman, Anne Hathaway, Sigourney Weaver, Isla Fisher and director Catherine Hardwicke. Although both of the actresses pictured above shill for various design houses (Kidman for Chanel, Mendes for Calvin Klein), it's kind of amazing how different their energy is.

Eva Mendes at the Calvin Klein 40th Anniversary obviously didn’t know a couple things about clothing before she arrived. For instance, you should never pursue wearing skin-tight clothing unless you absolutely have nothing to hide or are a super hero. Eva, isn’t one of these people. There are some funky little things going on under that dress. There’s a little belly bulge escaping here and there, and some hips that are nowhere near accenting a slim waistline. That… and is she carrying a mini-toaster? FOR SHAME. Next time around, I’m sure she’ll get her wardrobe down.

The “We Own the Night” hottie was over at the Regent Theatre where she helped launch the official party for ACP Magazine’s “30 Days of Fashion and Beauty.”
Taking full advantage of the amazing weather yesterday, Eva Mendes was spotted out and about with a gal pal in Los Angeles, California.
And the “We Own the Night” hottie was definitely dressed to get attention, looking lovely in a black and white floral print sleeveless summer dress with a pair of celebrity shades and her hair pulled back in a ponytail.
We caught the usually-shy Eva Mendes in our lens yesterday, as she left a West Hollywood gym after a workout. Eva was a bit shy to be seen in her workout clothes so the second that she realized that there was a photographer present, she quickly turned around. She went back inside the gym to change and do her hair, thereby not allowing the photographer to get a shot of her looking sweaty from her workout. Eva came out wearing a beautiful blue dress and can be seen carrying a purse and a bag. Eva’s recent advertisement for PETA, where she posed naked, was banned in the USA for being to risque. Thanks for dressing up for us, Eva!
She’s parlaying her big-screen sex appeal into a lucrative deal as the spokesmodel for Calvin Klein’s newest fragrance Secret Obsession. But Eva Mendes’ new commercial has been branded as too racy for television here in the States.
And it’s not hard to see why most domestic television stations are refusing to air the spot. After all, it contains a kinda-sorta nipple shot as the “We Own the Night” actress writhes around on an unmade bed while whispering seductively.

In the ad, Eva rolls around on a bed breathing the fragrance's signature line, "between love and madness lies Obsession", and even flashes a nipple at one point! Holy Janet Jackson!

Calvin Klein, who has a history of airing provocative ads, doesn't seem fazed by the ban. It "is not entirely a surprise for the U.S. market," says Tom Murry, president and chief operating officer of Calvin Klein, Inc.
The FCC's fine against CBS for Janet Jackson's infamous "wardrobe malfunction" was recently repealed, but whaddya think, have we come to the point in America where we're ready for an intentional nip slip?

Eva Mendes seems to be doing more skin-barring photo shoots than acting lately. Remember her PETA ad, and the Italian Vogue lingerie spread? Now Eva is stripping down to her skivvies for Calvin Klein.
The 2 Fast 2 Furious star finally makes her debut as the face for Calvin Klein’s Seductive Comfort underwear, a move CK president and CEO Tom Murry says is “a departure from more slender body types that have typically been used in Calvin Klein Underwear ads…This product is made for a curvaceous woman.”
Listen up idiots at Calvin Klein…Eva Mendes IS slender. If you want to show what your undies are going to look like a gal on the street then hire someone like America Ferrera or Sara Rue. That doesn’t mean I’m not going to buy some in the hopes that there is slim chance that wearing these intimates will make me look like Eva.
Eva Mendes had just finished filming Training Day and felt the need to carry a knife for safety reasons. The crime drama featured Eva nude and received a large amount of attention. She told Interview Magazine that at the time carrying the blade made her feel empowered. Upon reflection after seven years since her nude scene in the film, she now feels “stupid” for carrying it.
That was my controversial stage where I’d just started acting. I went through my little Angelina Jolie phase, like I was really tough. I had just come out in Training Day and I was nude in it, so I was getting a certain kind of attention.
During her “Angelina Jolie” phase and carrying weaponry she also packed alternative protection. The knife was a last resort in case of an emergency.
And I did carry a little blade. My God, with obviously no intention to ever use it. I had Mace as well. But the blade sounded cooler in interviews. I was young and stupid.
Mendes has also been featured in Jack Magazine. Again, she will be featured naked. She is no stranger to being in the buff. Her spread in Italian Vogue was beyond risqué. The spread included photos of her topless and sporting several different bouffant hairstyles. At one point she was sucking on her own toes. PETA also employed her for their “I rather go naked than wear fur” campaign in which she was once again without clothing.
I too carry protection. Completely different kind, but at least I can make balloon animals with mine.

Looking fit and fine, Eva Mendes was spotted going for a jog in the Hollywood Hills on Wednesday.
She looked focused as she made her way around her neighborhood sporting a green ball cap, white t-shirt and black yoga pants, along with a fanny pack.
Eva Mendes checked herself into Utah’s Cirque Lodge rehab facility late last January here, for “personal issues.” Star Magazine, which is been on a strange roll lately, claims Eva was actually researching a film role.
Acting coach John Kirby who has not worked with Mendes, told the magazine, “It’s not unusual at all for an actor or actress to go to the extreme of checking into rehab to prepare for a character. In fact, I would encourage that for my students, because you want to fully immerse yourself in the role.”
For the role in question, Eva plays a Spanish drug lord in the movie “Queen of the South.” Her character flees Mexico for Spain when her drug-runner boyfriend is murdered. So what does this have to do with rehab?
Variety reported that Mendes had been added to the cast, on May 6th, and in their plot synopsis gives no indication that Teresa enters rehab in the film.
Eva was in rehab in January, before the cast announcement was made, so you would have to believe she accepted the role earlier, or was trying to show her commitment to win the part? I don’t really buy it, but if this story is true, maybe she should have gone undercover to acting school instead?
Eva Mendes appeared topless in a fantasy retro photo shoot for Italian Vogue. The 34 year-old recently rehabbed actress wears various corsets and 50s style wigs, her bare breasts peeking out from open bolero jackets in two shots. In one photo, she’s laying on a couch with a clear lucite tray table sitting across her chest, a filled highball glass waiting for the viewer as she looks up at the camera seductively. Another shot has her up against the wall with her eyes closed and a faraway smile on her face as a pair of women’s stockinged feet are mashed up against her breasts.
These are certainly sexy pictures and you have to wonder what kind of strategic career move Mendes was hoping to make. According to IMDB, Mendes has two films in post production and nothing else planned. She’s definitely trying to get someone’s attention, and it works for me. I like this approach much better than the staged vacation bikini pictures. Those are a dime a dozen. Now we know that Eva’s all natural and that she’s capable of acting seductive and aroused, and doing films set in the 40s, 50s, or 60s. There are plenty of roles for her.
