With her hit movie “Forgetting Sarah Marshall” releasing on DVD last week, Kristen Bell has a lot to be excited about. And she was spotted arriving at LAX International Airport on Saturday (October 4).
The “Veronica Mars” babe looked flirty in a blue jacket overtop a black v-neck with belted jeans and sunglasses as she made her way out of the main terminal.
Jack Osbourne, youngest child of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, was shopping London’s Marylebone High Street on Saturday when he saw a man snatch a woman’s purse. Before you could say “Perfect PR Op” the recently slimmed down Osbourne instantly put his workouts into action and took off after the mugger. Osbourne caught the man, pinned him on the ground, and with the help of a couple other people, held him there until the police arrived.
The 14-stone fitness fanatic and martial arts fan told the News of the World: “I could see the girl was in trouble, it just felt like the natural thing to do. I’m glad it turned out okay.”
A source said of the host of ITV2’s Adrenaline Junkie: “He was amazing. He ran after the mugger like a man possessed—a real hero.
“It happened so quickly. But Jack spotted it, easily beat him in the race over 20 metres and pushed him to the ground. Whatever technique he used meant the robber couldn’t escape.
“The girl was very grateful, but Jack was very modest.”

It would appear Jack could be turning into a pretty decent guy. He’s working hard on Adrenaline Junkie, staying out of trouble, getting healthy and fit and now, rescuing damsels in distress in the streets of London. I’m glad to see it because I always thought he was worse than Kelly on The Osbournes. His general attitude seemed more entitled while Kelly’s was rebellious, kind of like the difference between Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie the first season of The Simple Life.
Jack must have taken his reality stint on Armed and Famous alot more seriously than one would have thought. Osbourne went through police training alongside Eric Estrada, LaToya Jackson, WWE’s Trish Stratus and Wee Man of Jackass in the flop reality show. The show was a disaster and didn’t even last a season, but now they can say something good came of it. Now if LaToya would just contribute to society it might all be worth it.

"COPS IN NUDE TASER SLAY", right? That is the headline of the day! Until you, you know, read the story. And it's about the NYPD killing a mentally ill dude with some tasers. He was armed with a fluorescent light and his nakedness, so he was tasered, and he fell from the second-floor awning he was standing on and landed, face-first, on the street, and was sent to a hospital, where he died. "'This is very out of character,' said the building's superintendent, Charlene Gayle, 31." He meant out of character for the dead, naked guy. Not for the NYPD! Finally Heroes is back tonight on NBC at 8p for a 3-hour event. The first hour is a recap and the next two are the season premiere! I have seen the first hour and this is the Heores we know and love! Hiro is back to being Hiro and Sylar has his powers back and is one evil mofo! In the first hour of the show, we finally get to see something we always wanted to see and it is better than you ever thought it would be! I want to tell you more, but I don’t want to give too much away and ruin it for you because it is just that amazing!!!

The “Heroes” hottie looked cool, calm, and collected as she reclined in the spa chair, receiving the salon staff’s full attention for her manicure and pedicure.
Jimmy Jean-Louis who plays The Haitian on Heroes lived up to his show’s title and visited Haiti, that has been severely hit by two hurricanes Gustav and Hannah, to donate sports equipment from the Hollywood United Football Club.
Jimmy Jean-Louis Haitian native says, “Haiti always needs help, but right now the need is critical. The gravity of the situation is comparable to what happened in New Orleans with Katrina, it is happening right now in many cities in Haiti.”
HUFC whose players include Anthony Lapaglia (Without a Trace), Brandon Routh (Superman), Ziggy Marley, Frank Le Boeuf (France World cup winner 1998), Alexi Lalas (former General Manager of David Beckham’s LA Galaxy), Gilles Marini (Sex in the City’s hunk) amongst others, generously donated sports kits to AJSB and L’Athletique D’Haiti, two non-profit organizations in Cite Soleil and Bel Air, the most impoverished slums of Port Au Prince, Haiti.

I can tell you I saw the first episode of season 3 and all I have to say is wow! The old sweet loving, wannabe hero Hiro and the evil brain stealing Sylar are both back as they were and should be and I can’t wait to see how their characters will play out in Volume III: Villians! One other thing I will say about the the first episode of season 3 is we will finally see something that we have always wanted to see and it is better than you thought it could ever be!!! Does that make you want to see the 3 hour event on September 22nd? I know it has be sitting on the edge of my couch!!!

Hayden Panettiere's dad was arrested this morning for allegedly hitting her mother according to The Insider.
Alan Panettiere, 49, was taken into custody at around 3:00 a.m. in West Hollywood, according to a police booking report, which lists a bail amount of $50,000.
When I saw this story, it reminded me of all the turmoil Lindsay Lohan went through with her parents and I wonder if The Panettieres will be the next Lohans. Plus in ways I think Hayden is on her way to being like Lindsay, you know being 18 and dating a man 13 years her senior, their relationship still grosses me out.

Band From TV, that is appropriately named because the Band is made up with people From TV, is putting on a free show this Saturday at The Autry National Center in Griffith Park. For years I have been saying I am going to see them live, but I have never done it. That was until now because I am going to to do it on Saturday. If you are in the LA area, you should also do it because not only can you see some your favorite TV stars, but they are actually really good.

The blonde cutie was spotted on the set of her hit NBC drama Heroes yesterday horsing around and having a marvelous time in between shooting her scenes.
Heroes won’t be back on TV until September, but NBC.com will be host a 3-part Heores webisode called Going Postal starting on Monday. Each Monday for three weeks we will be treated to a new webisode to tie us over until the new season of Villians starts in September! I can’t wait to see Heroes: Going Postal on Monday, but I think my ears want to wait!
Packing some heat, Hayden Panettiere looked ever the femme fatale while on the set of her hit show Heroes, which was shooting in Los Angeles on Saturday (June 21).
Also on hand was boyfriend Milo Ventimiglia, who wore an all black ensemble with his hair slicked back as he filmed a few action sequences.
The good news is that Heroes is back in production, the bad news is that 30 year old Milo Ventimiglia and 18 year Hayden Panettiere are still dating. It is going to be weird seeing this uncle and niece acting together when Heroes finally comes back in September.

The Greatest American Hero will guest star on Heroes this season, but William Katt will not be playing a hero on the show according to Newsarama.
"I just filmed it last week," Katt says of his appearance on Heroes. "I play a really, really wonderful, seedy, smarmy-mouthed reporter that goes after Ali Larter. It was a lot of fun."
Now I am even more excited for the third season of Heroes to start! It will be nice to have William Katt back on the small screen again.

I went outside yesterday and I was very tired but also happy because I could see a cloud that looked like my old hamster, Tim Daniels. He was named after one of daddy's tennis friends who liked to go see musicals and sometimes he would take me and Dabney to get ice cream cones and I'd always spill but Tim Daniels would say it's ok. He had a nice friend that he lived with named Arthur Meckleburg. We named our iguana Arthur Meckleburg. I was looking at the cloud for a while and then Guadalupe said 'Meez Tinsley, you have been outside for hours!' So I laughed and she made me some fishsticks and then I cried for a while and then she taught me how to do her Mexi-Dancing. It was a great birthday.

I so miss watching Hiro on Monday nights in Heroes on NBC! Masi Oka is just too cute for words and he seems like a sincerely nice guy by the way he was talking to paparazzi like that!
So let’s go see him in Get Smart when it comes out because that looks like the next time we will get to see him something new.
Seriously WTF is up with this video of Milo Ventimiglia it’s too weird to express in words. The good news Heroes was renewed, the bad news is that we will not see any new episodes until the fall. I am bummed because I can't wait to see the third volume of Heroes, Villains but I understand that they want to hold off so they can tell it properly.

Adrian Pasdar has been filming different cast members and posting the hysterical videos on YouTube. Since the strike started he hasn’t posted any, so it was nice to see a new one! Especially one with Masi Oka, seriously how cute is he!

It is so cool to see Masi Oka talk about his other job with Industrial Light & Magic as one of their top programmers. I just love how excited he is as he talks about CGI effects.

Am I the only one who looked at the picture and thought now we know what happened to Long Duk Dong and Lumberjack?
When I was looking at the photos for the GQ Man of the Year Awards the thing I noticed is that so many people were taking their picture with Hayden Panettiere. There was one obvious person who was not photographed with her and that is her Heroes co-star Milo Ventimiglia. Thins that make you go hmmmm….
The paparazzi caught up with Hayden Panettiere yesterday at Orso restaurant, grabbing a bite to eat with some friends. And while this may seem a bit on the boring side, the “Heroes” star says she’d rather be safe than sorry.
In a recent interview, Panettiere told press that she chooses to behave herself, and avoids the pitfalls of fame like the plague. She says she doesn’t want to be just another young star with a party problem.
How in the world does Hayden Panettiere always look so good? Well, for starters, she’s constantly hitting the gym and breaking a sweat.
The “Heroes” star was on her way to Ultra Body Fitness Gym in West Hollywood yesterday when the paparazzi caught up with her. According to one shutterbug, “Hayden had some confusion as to where to park her car before heading inside for her workout.”
Just like Sylar's powers during Volume 2 of Heroes, we are not sure when Heroes will come back.
Greg Beeman gave us an update on Heroes' future now that the last written episode aired.
Fans, I wish I could tell you what's happenin g, but I truly do not know what the future holds. None of us in Hollywood knows when the strike will be over, or if when and how many more episodes of HEROES will happen this year.But no matter what, we WILL be back, serving you to the best of our abilities, as soon as we can.

After watching the last :30 seconds of Heroes yesterday and seeing where Volume 3 is going, I am even more bummed we are not sure when Heroes will be back. I love that evil Sylar with powers is back and you know all that pent up energy is going to come out and when it does it is going to bring hell to earth!
And seriously who was not high-fiving Hiro when he buried Adam alive! That was my favorite scene of the season! Way to go Hiro!
Model and heiress Lydia Hearst sat down in her dark corner with her glass of tequila and lime juice, all Hemingway-like, and pumped out another column for Page Six magazine. Thank God. Besides some musings about her new hair color and the traffic that kept her from her Puma bag launch breakfast, Lydia has some unsolicited advice for Brooke Astor's troubled son Anthony Marshall.
The lady says: "If it is true, the news of Brooke Astor's son being indicted for mishandling his mother's fortune is disgraceful. As an heiress, I think the most important thing is to maintain respect for the legacy that has afforded a wonderful life." Do tell!
She continues: "To invite unfavorable attention is the ultimate betrayal to the name, and it's surprising that anyone from a family with those means might misuse a loved one's money or sully a grand reputation."
Someday, we imagine, Lydia's mom might want to sit her down and have a candid talk about that little Symbionese Liberation Army kerfuffle.
Tonight’s Heroes looks amazing, I can’t wait to see how they wrap up the generations and virus arc. Plus who will die??? I am hearing that at least one of the deaths will stick!
Hopefully when Heroes comes back for season 3 we will get cute Hiro and likable Peter back because I have not been liking them as much this season.

So for weeks it was reported that the ending of next week's Heroes was reshot because of the WGA strike, although that is partially true it is not the full story!
