Actress Jeri Ryan and her husband, chef Christophe Eme, welcomed their first child together, a daughter, on Sunday, March 2nd. Gisele Eme was born Sunday in Los Angeles, weighing 7 lbs., 13 oz. Ryan also has a 13-year-old son, Alex, from a previous relationship.
Ryan, 40, the former Star Trek: Voyager star, currently stars on the CBS drama Shark, wed French chef Eme in the Loire Valley last June. The two own hip L.A. restaurant Ortolan, where Emé is head chef. Actress PAULA MARSHALL will temporarily replace Ryan on the CBS drama while the new mom takes maternity leave.
