The reality TV starlet looked fashionable as always in a button-up blouse and cream-colored slacks as she made her way inside an office building for a meeting.

It’s no secret Kim does what it takes to keep her look fresh and beautiful, and yesterday the paparazzi caught up to the star as she was leaving Laser Away hair removal salon in Santa Monica.

Offering up some encouraging words to her loyal followers, Kim tweeted earlier today, “live your life as if everything you want for yourself already is.”

It’s a well known fact none of the reality tv shows are actually based in reality. They’re basically loosely scripted dramas with bad actors. But if you need proof, look no further than the episode of Kourtney and Kim Take New York that aired last Sunday.

Reality Tea discovered that Kim and her mom Kris faked the entire scene where she questioned her marriage to Kris Humphries. The scene was supposed to have taken place in October in Dubai but was actually shot in a studio in LA on December 6. A comparison photo shows Kim and Kris leaving the studio carrying and wearing the same outfits as they wore in the contrived scene. The scene was shot 6 days after she filed for divorce and was probably meant to get sympathy.

Not only was that fake but so was Kim’s proposal. Kris was told exactly when, where and how he was to propose to Kim so they could get usable footage for the show.

“Kim told Kris how, where and when to propose, it was absolutely no surprise to her whatsoever”, a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com exclusively.

“First of all, Kris proposed in the middle of the day, and he had to do that because it would create better lighting to capture the moment. Kim looked so surprised but she knew it was happening,” the source says. “She was in full hair and make-up, as she always is on the show. Kris wanted it to be very intimate and romantic, but all of his ideas were shot down by production officials and Kim.

“Kim told him the paparazzi would ruin the special moment if it were to take place in a public setting, like the beach, which he had also considered. How romantic could it be with three camera crews?” Radar

I’m pretty sure if you asked a five-year-old, even they’d tell you that Kim is faker than a Bugs Bunny cartoon. The only way Kim could have a real moment is if E! perfectly scripted one for her.

That’s right, folks, there WERE apparently plans for America’s most overexposed favorite family to film Kardashian Khristmas – and yes, that was actually the title – for the E! network, but of course, Kim has now pulled the plug on the project, in light of the bad press from her divorce from Kris Humphries!

An insider reveals:

“It didn’t look promising due to schedule conflicts, but once Kim’s divorce happened it was definitely not possible.”

Damn! Now we’ll NEVER get into the holiday spirit!

We guess Kourtney & Kim Take New York will have to suffice!

Either Kourtney Kardashian has taken to trolling Twitter or she’s never heard of Goatse because she just re-tweeted a photoshopped picture of two hands pulling apart an anus cloud with the caption “Gods hands in the [cloud].”

Apparently, the site usually only sees about 300,000 visitors a month – but this number skyrocketed over the nuptials weekend, as TMZ reports over 2 million people checked in on the naughtiness.

The reality TV star initially fought to keep the sex video from going public, but eventually came to an agreement with Vivid Entertainment that included an undisclosed sum which includes money from the DVD sales.

From a miniature male stripper giving Kim Kardashian her own private strip tease to cakes and goodies shaped like male body parts, it sounds like the Kardashian sisters had a great time at Kim’s bachelorette party at Tao Las Vegas last night (January 23).

As People.com Reports:

“My sisters are doing everything they can to embarrass me,” Kardashian told the crowd that cheered for her and more than 20 party guests, including sisters Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian, mother Kris Jenner, pals LaLa Vasquez Anthony and Brittny Gastineau, who all wore red light-up rings on their fingers.

Her fiancé Kris Humphries, meanwhile, wasn’t far away, celebrating his bachelor party at Lavo Las Vegas with Kim’s brother Rob Kardashian, Lamar Odom and several NBA players. Donning a white T-shirt, Humphries downed shots and sang along to the deejay. But the singing stopped momentarily when a woman crashed the celebration. That woman was Kim Kardashian.

Though the couple had vowed not to see each other on their bachelorette/bachelor weekends, Kardashian headed to Lavo around 2 a.m., surprising Humphries at his VIP booth. After getting over the shock of seeing his fiancée on guys’ night, Humphries kissed his future bride delicately before picking her up to smooch her in full view of the club. Kardashian and her crew mingled with Humphries and his group for about 10 minutes before departing and leaving the men alone.
