The UK Sun reports, Lily Allen has been “let go” by Ed Simons of the Chemical Brothers. Allen, who was carrying Simons’ baby, had a miscarriage only weeks ago and now she’s been kicked to the curb, so to speak. Reportedly, Lily and Ed tried to make their relationship work, but after a series of major fights Ed told her to bugger off (that’s English speak for get lost).

A source said, “They tried to make things work but couldn’t. The miscarriage was a horrible experience for both of them - and in recent weeks the mood between them had been really strained.”

Inspite of the Suns story, who knows why they really decided to split up and who really broke up with whom. The fact is Lily got pregnant a month after she started dating Ed, not usually the best way to begin a long relationship. Both seemed determined to make a go of it, but apparently the miscarriage was too much a hurdle to endure. Sad story but that’s life.

You can tell Lily Allen is quite adventurous. She’s photographed a lot leaving the pubs in the UK, getting pregnant, singing in music videos with masturbating muppets… And now, comes her mildly shocking admission of anal sex.

Lily, the daughter of actor Keith Allen, said: “I was with mum dad, his wife and my sister. We were all sitting round and I said my nipples really hurt today.

“My dad’s wife said maybe you’re pregnant. I said no I’m not pregnant and my dad went: ‘Are you telling me you and your boyfriend have had sex?’

“I said: ‘Well yes but I didn’t think you could have sex by having it in the bum bum!’

“I thought I would write a song about it that goes: ‘I didn’t know you could pregnant from the bum bum’.”

I say mildly shocking only because you could “accidentally” slip it in there and she wouldn’t mind. She’d just smile and say “Oh bollocks! Your willy is up my arse… Well, as long as you’re there..”

However, bait-and-switch anal sex is no laughing matter. Unless you’re in prison. Then it’s hysterical.

The Sun is reporting 22-year-old Lily Allen is pregnant with 37-year-old Chemical Brother’s Ed Simons’ baby. They are delighted. I am indifferent.

“Lily is thrilled to be pregnant and can’t wait to become a mum. She’s a real family person. “Ed’s very happy. He is really looking after her.”

“It’s the icing on the cake for what has been an incredible 18 months for her. She is looking forward to finishing her new album early next year and releasing it before the birth of her first child.”

Uh, yea. Whatever. I don’t know much about her except she has that one video for Alfie. Have you seen it? That puppet freaks me out.

Singer Lily Allen is pregnant

British pop star Lily Allen is pregnant with her first child. The 22-year-old ‘Smile’ singer found out she was expecting last month, but only revealed the news to her family until now.

According to reports, Lily & her boyfriend Ed Simons, 37, of the electronic music duo Chemical Brothers who have been dating since September are delighted and will now move in together to care for the baby.

A source close to the singer said: “Lily is thrilled to be pregnant and can’t wait to become a mum. She’s a real family person.

“Ed’s very happy. He is really looking after her.”

In the past, Lily - who’s , Allen’s 2006 debut album, Alright, Still, sold nearly 2 million and currently in the charts with her hit single ‘Oh My God’, has made no secret of her desire to start a family.

The source added: “Lily could not be happier.

“It’s the icing on the cake for what has been an incredible 18 months for her. She is looking forward to finishing her new album early next year and releasing it before the birth of her first child.”

Allen recently started taking her health seriously, shedding pounds after being diagnosed with a heart murmur. But she still has not given up smoking, despite knowing she was pregnant.

Lily is also expecting to follow in the footsteps of Welsh singer & Television presenter Charlotte Church, 22, and branch out into TV in between releasing albums, reports The Sun.

The BBC have signed Lily to front her own TV show Lily Allen and Friends. She is also joining comedian Russell Brand, 32, for a spoof cinema version of classic novel Pride and Prejudice.
