TMZ has obtained photos … showing the damage Michael Lohan allegedly caused to his ex-girlfriend’s body during a domestic violence incident early Tuesday morning.

The pictures show bruising on Kate Major’s upper right arm … where she claims Lohan violently grabbed her during an argument in her Tampa apartment.

Major also has black and blue marks on her leg, which she claims she suffered when Lohan was shoving her around. 

As we previously reported, Major told Tampa police … Michael got violent and threatened to kill her after she refused to perform oral sex on him in her apartment.

Lohan was arrested and charged with domestic violence … though he told police he never laid a hand on Major and “would never hurt her.”

Michael is still in custody — but he’s set to face a judge this morning in the hopes of being released from jail.

Katherine Jackson tells TMZ she knows of NO evidence to support the conspiracy theory that people connected with the Michael Jackson Estate killed the singer.

A number of people, including LaToya Jackson, have suggested there was a conspiracy to kill Michael, and LaToya has said she believes Estate honchos were involved.

Katherine tells TMZ … “It is only natural for people who loved Michael, including family members, to be suspicious about the circumstances surrounding Michael’s untimely death. So far I have not seen one shred of evidence that anyone associated with Michael’s estate conspired to kill him.

She continues, “If such evidence ever comes to my attention I will be the first to bring those facts to light.

A day removed from ringing in her 25th birthday, Lindsay Lohan continued to enjoy her freedom from house arrest with a trip to the beach at Paradise Cove in Malibu on Sunday (July 3).

Joined by her brother, Michael Jr., and sister, Ali, the trio of siblings met up with a few friends as the “Mean Girls” star covered her face with a baseball cap while donning a cute little speckled black dress and a camera strapped around her neck.

As previously reported by GossipCenter, Miss Lohan spent the previous evening celebrating her 25th with a low-key affair at the popular seaside restaurant Geoffrey’s.

Commenting on his daughter’s decision to pass up on a more lavish affair, LiLo’s dad, Michael, told press, “She opted to stay in California instead of coming to New York because she has community service and wanted to concentrate on that. She’s doing really, really, really well.”

The Michael Jackson estate has dropped the hammer on the man who famously crank called MJ in 2007 … claiming he has NO RIGHT to sell the recording because it contains MJ’s REAL voice.

The call was made by legendary prankster Ralphige — who has fooled the likes of Donald Trump, Paris Hilton, and Chris Brown.

There was nothing sedate about the way Dr. Conrad Murray spent the two-year anniversary of the death of Michael Jackson … he danced the night away at a wedding.

TMZ snagged video of Murray dancing at the reception Saturday in Pennsauken, New Jersey … bopping along to the classic Sister Sledge song, “We Are Family.”

Our spies say Murray was uncomfortable at first, but loosened up.

His much-awaited debut is quickly approaching, and now Will Ferrell can be seen in a brand new clip from his upcoming guest stint on “The Office”.

With his four episode arc beginning on April 14th, the “Old School” funnyman can be seen introducing his DeAngelo Vickers character to the Dunder Mifflin staff.

Ferrell recently spoke about his role with the New York Times, telling, “[The show's producers] Paul [Lieberstein] and Greg [Daniels] came to sit down with me and I just said, ‘I love the show’s writing so much that I just trust you guys – why don’t you just take a stab at whatever you feel is a good fit?’ From that first episode that I’m in, they created, in the style of The Office, this eccentric, bizarre character.”

Also talking about DeAngelo’s relationship with Steve Carell’s Michael Scott, Will said, “Me and Michael Scott, we hit it off immediately. We’re birds of the same feather. And then, in a very Michael Scott way, he slowly starts to resent me because everyone’s just kissing up to me. Slowly, you see in my character that maybe I’m not as good as Michael Scott and am pretty much a weirdo. Everyone’s looking at each other going, ‘Oh no, we had it so good! We didn’t even know it. We knew we had a friend in Michael Scott but we didn’t realize, in his backwards way, what a good manager he was’.”

Adding to the buildup, a second just-released clip sees Mindy Kaling’s Kelly Kapoor character trying to create a “meet cute” moment with the new boss by doing what she does best… flirt.

Michael Lohan stopped by daughter Lindsay’s new Venice pad on Sunday with a peculiar piece of artwork: A large painting of Heath Ledger as The Joker.

Ledger, who died of an accidental overdose in January 2008, was later rumored to have had a very close relationship with Lindsay. So why the painting?

Additionally, Michael Lohan got into an argument with his girlfriend in the car afterward, apparently because she got out of the car to walk his little white dog Lily while Michael was inside Lindsay’s house.

Meanwhile, Michael's ex Kate Major filed a criminal complaint with Florida police against him recently, claiming Michael's been harassing her nonstop.

Michael himself maintains that Major “has done this before” and the “allegations always prove to be false.”
