Getting back to work on their star-laden movie, Zac Efron and Nicole Kidman both turned up on the set of “The Paperboy” in New Orleans on Tuesday (August 23).

The “High School Musical” alum and his “Australia” actress co-star both dressed in costume as they each took turns working their magic for the cameras.

Boasting a stellar cast, the film also stars Matthew McConaughey, Sofia Vergara and Tobey Maguire and is based on the 1995 Pete Dexter novel of the same name.

According to Publisher’s Weekly, the plot revolves around Narrator Jack James who is the son of the Moat County Tribune’s editor and publisher. While Jack’s older brother, Ward, reports for the Miami Times, Jack has settled for a job delivering papers for the Tribune. But when Ward and his partner, evil dandy Yardley Acheman, come to Moat County to investigate the four-year-old murder of the local sheriff, Jack assists them in the inquiry.

Either Nicole Richie is getting ready for a fairytale wedding at her father Lionel’s Beverly Hills pad this weekend, or she’s spending a lot of time and money planning a decoy event!

Today X17 photographers spotted trucks coming and going to Lionel Richie’s Beverly Hills mansion, and workers were seen unloading boards to make a platform in the backyard for the guests. X17online broke the news that Nicole Richie was planning to wed baby daddy Joel Madden the first weekend of December, and given all her trips to the gym (not to mention countless meetings with a wedding planner) it looks like Nicole is more than ready to walk down the aisle.

Life’s been busy for both Christina Aguilera and Nicole Richie lately. Xtina just split from hubby Jordan Bratman but, on the upside, she also just received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Congrats to the blonde bombshell! Her performance in Burlesque must be uh-mazing, right?

Meanwhile, Nicole Richie already has two beautiful kids, a successful fashion career and Joel Madden – what else could a girl want? A wedding, natch! The starlet is set to marry her man the first weekend of December… and Xtina might be performing at the big event!

After four years and two children together, Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are finally tying the knot the first weekend of December, according to X17online sources.

And now a source tells X17online exclusively that the couple are in talks with a very special wedding singer to perform during their big day!

A fellow club-goer at the Soho House in West Hollywood over the weekend (where Nicole, Joel and Christina Aguilera were all partying together) tells us:

“Nicole and Christina were chatting non-stop about Nicole’s upcoming nuptials. And I even overheard Nicole talking to Christina about possibly singing a song at Nicole’s wedding!”

Christina normally commands about $1 million for a private performance, but somehow we think she won’t charge for this one.

Not only did Christina attend Nicole’s bachelorette party in Mexico in September, but a source tells us that Christina’s been “practically living at Nicole’s house” since her split from husband Jordan Bratman, where she’s been spending a lot of time with a “certain guy.” Like maybe Nicole’s soon-to-be brother-in-law?
