Eva Longoria and Tony Parker are suing paparazzi photo agency X17 after they reported that Tony cheated on her with a model he met at the couple’s wedding.
Longoria says the whole ordeal upset her and she feels completely justified taking it to court.
She says, “It’s easy when things aren’t true. This is the first time Tony and I have had to sue someone over something. It was just so far-fetched and so false.”
Eva adds that despite reports she and Parker are on the rocks, her husband is even more romantic now that they are married. “He plans a lot of surprises. He’s been planning my birthday, which is in March, for the past six months. And he has our first year anniversary gift already.”
It’s often been said that if you wanna see a woman let herself go, get her married. And Eva Longoria claims that getting hitched has switched her focus from being obsessed with appearance to feeling good.
The Desperate Housewives actress told press, “Now that I’m married I don’t have to try so hard. Only kidding! Like most women I go through phases of working out hardcore and then two months of not touching a bar bell.”

Remember Alexandra Paressant? She was the French model that claimed to have had a two month affair with Eva Longoria’s new husband Tony Parker. Turns out she’s a lying whore. Dana Kennedy over at the Huffington Post (and People magazine) did some digging and found that Paressant pretty much made up everything:
. . . bewildering holes started to appear in her story. Routine checks by a growing team of PEOPLE reporters assigned to the story showed that bookers at the modeling agencies she’d listed had gotten photos, emails and calls from her - but she never showed up in person. Nobody had ever met her.
The photo X17 used to illustrate the increasingly raunchy anecdotes Alexandra was feeding them about Parker appeared to be of a German model named Hana Nitsche.
Even weirder: Alexandra gave me the mobile phone number of her alleged best friend Ornella Irie. When I called “Ornella,” the voice that answered was unmistakably Alexandra. “Ornella” was not to be confused with “Olivia Ducreu,” a woman Alexandra has called her agent who also is said to be Paressant herself.
Then it turned out that before PEOPLE, there was one small monthly magazine in France called SO FOOT that investigated Paressant. The reporter, Alexandre Gonzalez, was suspicious about Paressant’s alleged relationship with Ronaldinho and tracked down Paressant’s divorced parents and old friends in her hometown, Le Creusot in Burgundy. Even her mother told Gonzalez that Alexandra always liked to make up stories. (Source)
I knew this story was bullshit. It just didn’t add up. Between holding Eva’s purse, peeing sitting down, and complaining that the wine cooler he’s drinking is too “alcoholy,” where does a guy like Tony find the time to bang a French supermodel?
Tony Parker is sending a message to all media outlets that he’s not someone they should mess with. And in his $20 million lawsuit against gossip site X17, Parker appears to mean business.
X17 is being sued for allegedly posting a series of “false and defamatory” articles that claimed that the San Antonio Spur cheated on his wife Eva Longoria.
Tony Parker’s attorney is fighting claims made by a model, Alexandra Paressant, who says she had intercourse with the NBA star.
Stanton “Larry” Stein of the firm Dreier Stein & Kahan stated, “Tony adamantly and unconditionally denies ever having laid eyes on this woman, let alone having had an affair with her. The allegations of the supposed affair are entirely false and fabricated.”
He added that he would “pursue all legal remedies against those making such false accusations.”
Parker, who wed Eva Longoria earlier this year, denies all claims made by the model. Longoria, who hasn’t wavered from her man, says she has faith that her husband hasn’t strayed.

Nicollette Sheridan and Michael Bolton have been flashing some new bling - matching rings worn on their ring fingers! Have they had a secret wedding?
The Desperate Housewives actress and the singer - who got engaged in March 2006 - were seen leaving a New York restaurant both wearing a band on their respective wedding fingers.
A source told the New York Post newspaper: “If they have got married, they’ve kept it very quiet. Michael wasn’t trying to hide his ring, though.”
Michael and Nicollette originally dated in the 90s but split in 1993, before rekindling their romance in 2005.
At the beginning of November reports began circulating that Nicollette was pregnant, so maybe their wedding has been moved forward to accomodate a growing baby bump. Michael Bolton denied the rumours, saying “I am not going to be a father again soon,” and adding that they still had yet to plan a wedding.
Of course, I doubt that any celebrity couple can resist the opportunity to sell the exclusive pictures of their nuptials to a tabloid magazine. Fellow Desperate Housewives actress Eva Longoria sold the pictures of her wedding to Tony Parker for $2 million. OK! Magazine bought the rights, which probably paid for the wedding and left the couple with some spare change. Which might have been why she got married in the first place, on the date 7/7/07, in order to make some money and raise her public profile. Perhaps it was cash and not true love that drove those vows, which might explain the text message love affair.

Alexandra Paressant is saying that Tony Parker has been stepping out on his wife, Eva Longoria, with her and that she was even a guest at the couple's wedding this past summer. She says that Tony's motivation for the affair was partially because he felt sexually repressed with Eva. According to Paressant, "She does not want to make love in front of a mirror, does not like [a] certain position and thinks that sperm gives acne." Ha! If that's true, then it's awesome. And I'm talking about Eva's skin care regime. Also, the two were broken up for a short period after their engagement, and rumors of Eva engaging in a romantic tryst with Mario Lopez have also plagued their relationship so, who knows? Either way, this Alexandra woman is clearly a very specific type of star-fucker, having had dated Brazilian soccer star, Ronaldinho.
