Judge Delays Ruling On Conrad Murray's Medical License

Looks like the accused caught a break in court today…

Dr. Conrad Murray faces manslaughter charges in connection with Michael Jackson’s death but, luckily for him, a decision has been put on hold.

Judge Michael Pastor postponed ruling on whether Murray’s medical license will be suspended. Both sides will return to court on June 14th.

Guess that means the doctor can still technically practice medicine!

And interesting to note, Pastor disclosed that Attorney General Jerry Brown appointed him to the bench back in 1983 – Brown wants Murray’s license suspended – but insists it will not affect his judgment.
