Showing his soft spot for cute canines, Zac Efron buddied up with an array of pooch pals at the 2009 USPA World Snow Polo Championship in Aspen, Colorado on Sunday afternoon (December 20).

The “High School Musical” hunk took to the Warner Park venue for the second straight day, checking out the conclusion of the annual Snow Polo competition.

Meanwhile, Mr Efron continues to receive praise for his congenial ways, as his former “Summerland” pal Jesse McCartney boasted about the 22-year-old actor while interviewing with MTV.

Of Zac, Jesse dished, “I actually ran into Zac like two weeks ago. We ran into each other. Literally we pulled into the parking spaces at the same time. We talked for a few minutes. Zac’s a great guy and I’m really happy for all the success. We worked together for two, three years on Summerland, and I remember when he came on the second season, he came on as a guest star and people were so impressed that they made him a star on the show.”
