Making for another fizzled out fling, Cameron Diaz and Alex Rodriguez have reportedly drawn an end to their relationship.

According to Life & Style, the “Shrek” actress and her former Yankees beau pulled the plug on their togetherness after getting together back in February of this year.

The Life & Style source tells, “Cameron and A-Rod are no longer dating and have definitely parted ways. He just doesn’t like her anymore. That’s honestly the reason they split.”

Diaz and Rodriguez are thought to have called it quits last month, as Cameron was absent from A-Rod’s games throughout the playoffs as the Yankees made an early exit at the hands of the Texas Rangers.

“Cameron and A-Rod are no longer dating and have definitely parted ways. He just doesn’t like her anymore. That’s honestly the reason they split,” a source tells the mag.

Trouble started brewing back on October 28 when Rodriguez reportedly hit up a nightclub in Las Vegas without Cameron.

With Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week drawing close to its end, the stars were busy getting their last looks at the hottest designers’ newest duds in New York City on Tuesday night (September 14).

Never one to miss out on a runway show, Sarah Jessica Parker sat alongside Editor-in-Chief of Vogue Anna Wintour at the Narciso Rodriguez Spring 2011 fashion show at The Theater.

Also making her way to the Lincoln Center venue was the lovely Claire Danes, who quietly sat in her prime seat while soaking up the famous designer’s classy offerings.

Rounding out the celebs paying homage to Mr Rodriguez was the always-interesting Courtney Love – who showed up in a surprisingly conservative ensemble while meandering her way tocheck out the catwalk display.

Getting in full swing when it comes to promotional duties, Jessica Alba was spotted out for a photo shoot in Los Angeles, CA on Thursday afternoon (August 26).

Proudly flaunting her beautiful backside, the always-sexy actress was all smiles as she toted a few Billy Jealousy bags while chatting with a pal following the day’s work duties.

Having premiered her new movie “Machete” the previous night, Miss Alba was asked by MTV News who she would choose as her top lady ally.

Making the safe choice of one of her castmates, Jess answered, “Michelle [Rodriguez]! [Michelle's character in the movie] and Robert Rodriguez,. Because he’s a genius and he’s amazing.”

Also commenting on her other co-star, Lindsay Lohan, the 29-year-old said, “She’s so good in this movie. I can’t wait for people to see [her in] it.”

“Machete” makes its way into theaters next Friday, August 3rd.

Lindsay Lohan’s stint in jail won’t affect her ability to reinvigorate her career, Machete co-stars Jessica Alba, Michelle Rodriguez and the film’s director Robert Rodriguez said at the premiere last night. In fact, it may even make her stronger than ever.

“Lindsay is so good in the movie, and I can’t wait for her to see it,” Jessica Alba told People. “It’s awesome. She’s great. I’m very proud.”

Director Robert Rodriguez was also very proud of Lilo’s turn as a nun with a gun in his latest flick. “She’s awesome in the movie. She’s going to enjoy it a lot,” he said. “She can do anything she wants. This movie is so great for her. I think she’s got a lot of talent, obviously. So, it’s all up to her.”

Michelle Rodriguez, who also was sent to jail following a DUI, knows what Lindsay is going through and thinks Lilo will not only pull through, but flourish.

“This crazy little party girl who loves to enjoy life actually has a purpose,” Rodriguez said. “So, that’s really the core of why I’ve survived so many years and I can go and I can fall down and I can get back up. Why? Because I know why I’m here.
That’s the question that a lot of people need to answer when they do fall is, ‘Why am I here?’ If you can answer that question, you’ll be able to dust yourself off and shine like a phoenix out of ashes.”

Let’s hope Lindsay, who stayed home from the premiere last night to make a late night joyride to a friend’s house, does just that!
