Doing her civil duty as a United States citizen, Hilary Swank was spotted grabbing a bite to eat in Los Angeles before heading off to cast her vote in today’s Presidential Election.
The “Boys Don’t Cry” actress looked cool and casual in a blue button-up shirt teamed with a pair of jeans and red sneakers.
Enjoying a classy night out in the Big Apple, Hilary Swank was spotted glamming up the red carpet at the Escada Honors Damiano Bella Free Arts Benefit on Thursday (October 30).
The “Million Dollar Baby” actress arrived in a fuzzy white wool topcoat to chase away the autumn chill, and once inside, she revealed a shimmery green one-strap dress as she posed for the paparazzi.
Taking a break from her busy celebrity lifestyle, Hilary Swank was spotted along with her boyfriend/agent John Campisi taking his son Sam to the Valley Animal Shelter to adopt a dog.
The “Million Dollar Baby” babe looked sporty in a black tank top with black Capri short and black gladiator sandals as she pet the new pooch, smiling and laughing all the while.
Enjoying the early fall weather yesterday, Hilary Swank was spotted out and about in Santa Monica with her boyfriend/agent John Campisi.
The “Million Dollar Baby” babe and her gentleman caller looked to be having a good time as they left a nail salon, opting to get a little exercise with a stroll around town.
Hilary Swank was hospitalized this week after her doctor discovered what appeared to be a “benign growth.”
“She was experiencing some discomfort and went to see her doctor, who prescribed an immediate course of action that included a brief hospitalization to remove a small, benign growth,” the star’s manager, Jason Weinberg, said in a statement.
“Her condition has been resolved, and there are no continuing health issues, with the exception of some short-term rest and recuperation,” Weinberg said.
This will eventually prove to be the metaphorical “oil to the grease fire” for the people still deciding for themselves whether or not Hilary is a boy or a girl. The mysterious and unexplained benign growth could be seen as the rebelling boner she’s been trying to tame for a while now.

It worked for Robert DeNiro, Charlize Theron, Russell Crowe and Renee Zellweger, and now Oscar-winning actress Hilary Swank is set to gain between 20 and 30 pounds for her role in the new film French Women Don’t Get Fat, an adaptation of the best-selling book.
Those concerned over Hilary Swank’s plummeting weight can rest easy—maybe. The two-time Oscar nabber is next set to pack on the pounds (and a lot of ‘em) to play the lead in French Women Don’t Get Fat, an adaptation of Mireille Guiliano’s best-selling book, which Swank will also produce.
“She’ll gain 20 to 30 pounds,” we’re told by a source close to the production. “It’s no sweat. She’s played a man before. She can handle anything.”
Some of Swank’s colleagues are more than concerned about her alarmingly thin frame, which is so tiny, some say Chad Lowe’s former wife is looking downright frail. But anything for a meaty part, eh?
While French Women is nonfiction, an early premise says Swank will play the manager of a champagne company dealing with French beauties who consume bread, wine and pastries yet never gain an ounce. And naturally, self discovery happens along the way.
Hilary’s been looking a bit anemic these days, ever since she played an aspiring boxer in “Million Dollar Baby.” Her physique has always looked a bit masculine- which is probably why she was able to play Brandon Teena in “Boys Don’t Cry” so well. I’d be willing to bet that another 30 pounds on her frame would really soften up her face and jawline and make her actually look pretty.

Hilary Swank will take on the role of Amelia Earhart in “Amelia.” The biopic of the famous aviator will be directed by Mira Nair, based on the script written by Ron Bass. Bass delivered the script just before the WGA strike began, and he used Susan Butler’s book “East to the Dawn,” Mary Lovell’s “The Sound of the Wings” and Elgin Long’s “Amelia Earhart: The Mystery Solved” as primary resources.
The picture is scheduled to begin shooting in April, financed by Ted Waitt through his Avalon Pictures banner.
Aussie pop star Kylie Minogue was on hand to receive Germany’s top show business honor, the prestigious Golden Camera award.

There are a lot of fun faces to look at here at the opening of Barneys New York in Vegas. The shop is inside the Palazzo Resort & Casino and here are some of the stars who made their way to its opening. Hilary Swank looks kind of meh in her turtleneck and is still rocking the haircut Oprah gave her. I'm glad she's showing off her legs, but with a torso like that, I don't even have that patience to scroll down to the good stuff.
Christina Ricci looks cute, but I love her so much with the dark hair, that I'm not sure how I feel about her light hair. Nicolette Sheridan is fucking fantastic and cannot move a single muscle on her face. I wish Eva Longoria would try and cross her. All we'd see is a flurry of fake ponytail and yoga work-out clothing and the next thing you know, Nicolette would be cleaning her teeth with a toothpick.

Or I wouldn't be in this relationship for as long as I've been. He's a great guy," Swank says. Swank and Campisi have been making sexy since thesummer of 2006. Which was also the year of Hilary's most famous split - with ex-husband Chad Lowe. If you'll recall, she went on to reveal that Lowe had addiction problems. I think it was because he got pissed that she kept forgetting his name in her goddamn awards speeches. You thank everyone but your husband? That sucks. Speaking of addictions, Hilary's a junkie. For vitamins. She says that she takes over 40 vitamin supplements a day! Jesus Christ, she's running on pills. Healthy pills, but pills nonetheless. Is that what gives her skin that intense shine? It’s destined to be the date movie of the Holiday Season, and as “P.S. I Love You” premiered last night, Hilary Swank gave onlookers plenty to talk about with her interesting style choice.
Grauman’s Chinese Theater in Hollywood was the place to be last night, as “P.S.” stars Swank, Gerard Butler, Gina Gershon, James Marsters, Lisa Kudrow, Harry Connick Jr., and Kathy Bates all showed up to premiere their new movie.
Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Hilary Swank and Gerard Butler all took their moms to the premiere of P.S. I Love You! Seriously how sweet is that and how much fun do they are all look like they are having.
Hilary Swank is rocking her new haircut that was given to her by Oprah on her "Great American Haircut" episode and looks plenty happy not only with her do, but with her boyfriend, what's-his-name. The two of them can safely walk down a dark alley because Hilary has no problem laying the smack down. She recently said, ""Check out my bloody knuckles. I went to Krav Maga this morning. It's what the Israeli army is trained in. It's awesome!" I do similar self-defense training, except it's called owning a gun. It does virtually nothing for my abs, but I have great tone in and around my trigger fingers.

Page Six is reporting that Hilary Swank has signed on to play the legendary female pilot Amelia Earhart. Earhart went missing never to be heard from again in 1937 while trying to fly solo around the world.
Swank will be getting Earhart's short do later this month when she appears on Oprah to donate her locks to Pantene's CareFair. CareFair donates human hair wigs to women who lost their hair to cancer. Good for Hilary.

This past Thursday night, the Academy Award winning actress was spotted in a curve-hugging black Dolce and Gabanna gown as she co-hosted a dinner with perfume maker Guerlain at London’s Almada restaurant.
Looking like the glam, Oscar-winning actress that she is, Hilary Swank got all dolled up and girly for the promotion of "Insolence," the new Guerlain fragrance at Selfridges department store. It's a far cry from her upcoming movie role in "Iron Man." Usually known for her hard-hitting, emotional dramas, Swank will be making a cameo in the Marvel Studios action-hero flick, "Iron Man." Perhaps, she's getting back to her "Karate Kid" roots, and just wants to get involved in some old-fashioned, on-screen ass-kicking. Sure beats the heck out of having to put on some high-heels and a fancy dress, as far as I'm concerned. But then again, if I were a Hollywood actress, I'd probably only take on roles that allowed me to walk around in my pajamas, so maybe I'm not the best judge.

Sometimes in the movie industry, the establishment gives back to the people. And that’s just what happened at the Hollywood Foreign Press Association Grant Ceremony, with plenty of star power to go around.
A-listers like Hilary Swank, Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony, Eva Mendes, Charlize Theron, and Jaime Foxx showed up to hand out $1.2 million in grants to various filmmaking schools and programs.
