Mel Gibson wants more quality time with his little girl — and in order to get it … he’s demanding a change to his child custody agreement with Oksana Grigorieva.

Sources connected to the former couple tell TMZ Mel has filed a request with the court … for additional overnight visits with 1-year-old Lucia.

Under the current agreement … Mel gets 3 overnights with Lucia every 2 weeks.

Nothing’s decided yet — a hearing is set for September — but if the judge grants Mel’s request, he and Oksana will be much closer to an even 50-50 split of their time with Lucia.

Quite the busy lady these days – as she also has a new TV show debuting this fall – Rachel Bilson was spotted for the first time getting to work on her brand new movie titled “The To Do List”.

With filming getting underway in Los Angeles, CA on Sunday (July 10), the former “OC” star offered up a variety of different looks as she spent some time in her trailer getting her hair done and going over her script before slipping into a funky two piece dress for an outdoor pool scene at the Woodland Hills Recreational Center.

As for the film’s plotline, “The To Do List” tells the story of “a recent high-school grad who feels pressured to become more sexually experienced before she goes to college.”

Written and being directed by Maggie Carey, the movie also stars Alia Shawkat, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Bill Hader and Andy Samberg while scheduled for a 2013 theatrical release date.

LeBeouf hints that his relationship with Fox, who was replaced for the third installment of the Transformers saga by British actress Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, went from professional to physical while filming the action franchise.

“Look, you’re on the set for six months, with someone who’s rooting to be attracted to you, and you’re rooting to be attracted to them,” he tells Details magazine. “I never understood the separation of work and life in that situation. But the time I spent with Megan was our own thing.”
He adds: “I think you can see the chemistry onscreen.”

So was Fox, who married Brian Austin Green last summer after an on-and-off relationship since 2004, a single woman at the time? “I don’t know,” LaBeouf, 25, says. “It was what it was.”

A rep for Fox had no comment about the story.

He also claims that he and Isabel Lucas were ‘experimenting’ when she was dating Entourage’s Adrien Grenier. Hmmm……

She’s just wrapped up her debut year sitting on the show’s judging panel, and now Jennifer Lopez says she’s unsure whether she’ll be returning for a second season on “American Idol.”

As of now, the “On The Floor” songstress has fulfilled her obligations to her one-year, $12 million deal with the super-successful FOX show.

When talking to BBC Radio 1, Jennifer made it clear that she’s still weighing her options, telling, “I don’t know. I haven’t been forced to make a decision and I’m glad about that because honestly I’m very on the fence about it.”

The always-busy Lopez says that much of her 2011 is already filling up, adding to her indecisiveness, as she explained, “I had an amazing time doing it and I loved it but I have a lot other things happening, and it’s going to come down to me making a choice of what I want to do for the next year and we’re not really at the breaking point of ‘You have to make a decision right now! I’m just really enjoying the time of just waiting and seeing.”

Seriously, if I had a few overwater bungalows in Tahiti, this is NOT how I’d be spending my time. But we’re glad the Kardashians did!

Who, besides Victoria Beckham, looks this good when they’re getting on an airplane! No sweatpants and flip flops here, Paris went glam for a flight out of LA Saturday.

And while Paris the heiress usually wears dresses, we think she looks amazing in these cropped gray pants with super high platform heels to match. And again, we’ve gotta say it, Ms. Hilton must be spending some serious time in the gym because her bod is bangin’!
Paris was off for some rest and relaxation in Maui ahead of the launch of her new reality show on Oxygen, The World According to Paris.
