The stage is finally set for Charlie Harper’s funeral on “Two and a Half Men” … which features a tribute to the iconic WARDROBE Charlie Sheen made famous on the show — and TMZ has the pics!

Harper’s trademark bowling shirt and shorts hang at the front of a what appears to be a chapel — surrounded by flowers. There is no sign of a coffin or an urn.

The episode is scheduled to air on Sept. 19 — and according to Deadline.com, the funeral will be packed with just about every memorable chick Harper nailed on the show since it began.

Mel Gibson wants more quality time with his little girl — and in order to get it … he’s demanding a change to his child custody agreement with Oksana Grigorieva.

Sources connected to the former couple tell TMZ Mel has filed a request with the court … for additional overnight visits with 1-year-old Lucia.

Under the current agreement … Mel gets 3 overnights with Lucia every 2 weeks.

Nothing’s decided yet — a hearing is set for September — but if the judge grants Mel’s request, he and Oksana will be much closer to an even 50-50 split of their time with Lucia.

Charlie Sheen thinks his way of rehab is the best way — so he’s having his ex-wife Brooke Mueller go through the same treatments he recently did … and he’s picking up the tab.

Soulja Boy doesn’t know the meaning of the word recession — because TMZ has learned, the 21-year-old rapper is dropping $55 MILLION on a new private jet.

A member of Soulja’s management team tells us … the kid bought himself a G5 jet as a birthday present to himself this week.

The jet cost $35 mil … but that’s just the beginning. We’re told the birthday boy is dropping an additional $20 million to pimp out his ride with all sorts of cool stuff … like 12 custom Italian leather seats, flat screen TVs, 4 liquor bars, a special travertine tiled floor, and Brazilian hardwood cabinets.

We’re told S.B. is also gutting the in-flight lavatory — and replacing it with a giant, LUXURIOUS bathroom. Oh, he’s also giving the jet a custom paint job … to include his logo.

And if that’s not enough for someone’s 21st — we’re told Soulja’s also spending $300,000 to throw himself a blowout birthday party at a Miami nightclub tonight … and Dwight Howard, Bow Wow, and Sean Kingston are all expected to attend.

In one of the worst cases of horrible timing EVER,

Katherine Jackson tells TMZ she knows of NO evidence to support the conspiracy theory that people connected with the Michael Jackson Estate killed the singer.

A number of people, including LaToya Jackson, have suggested there was a conspiracy to kill Michael, and LaToya has said she believes Estate honchos were involved.

Katherine tells TMZ … “It is only natural for people who loved Michael, including family members, to be suspicious about the circumstances surrounding Michael’s untimely death. So far I have not seen one shred of evidence that anyone associated with Michael’s estate conspired to kill him.

She continues, “If such evidence ever comes to my attention I will be the first to bring those facts to light.

Lindsay Lohan was at a house party last week POUNDING TEQUILA … at least that’s the way

As if J.K. Rowling wasn’t rich enough — Warner Bros. gave her a token of its appreciation for the latest “Harry Potter” flick — an insanely expensive piece of jewelry.

Sources close to CEO Barry Meyer tell TMZ … Rowling scored a white gold, antique 40-diamond bracelet worth millions of dollars — which he presented to her at the London premiere after-party.

According to sources, Rowling was nervous about donning such a valuable piece of jewelry before she got it insured … but

TMZ has learned … Rachel Uchitel has given Tiger Woods back most of the settlement money he paid her … and now Rachel is preparing to sue Gloria Allred, the lawyer who struck the deal, allegedly because Gloria sold her out for money.

As TMZ reported, Gloria negotiated a $10 million settlement for Rachel … just hours before Rachel was going to hold a tell-all news conference about Tiger Woods.

Brooke Mueller got into it Tuesday with the crew of a United jet from L.A. to Cancun, and it’s unclear if she was removed from the plane or just got off in a huff.
